The overall objective of the project is to: Improve the drainage system of urban rainwater, increase its environmental safety, improve its environmental status and reduce the risk of local water damage, and prevent further environmental damage. Specific objective of the project: The refurbishment and development of part of the urban rainwater drainage network is primarily for the orderly and unharmed drainage of rainwater falling suddenly into the inner area. Technical and technical content of the project: Self-eligible activity: renovation, development and expansion of the separated rainwater drainage network. Current state The long-lasting change of weather and climate change is the fact that the annual amount of water comes in the form of rainfall with fewer cases but higher intensity. Ditches and drainage systems designed to achieve a more balanced rainfall distribution and flow from it are unable to lead to increased price wave peaks due to their size and poor maintenance conditions. Presentation of the problems of the affected part of the city — The main problem is the pouring of the ditch below the western plots of Kodály Zoltán Street. In case of significant rainfall, the raised water level in the paved trench will swell the water back to low-lying plots. The hull of the trench has slipped in some places, and the bed needs to be refurbished. — The main problem in Kodály Street is that gateways are firmly descending in the west direction, the water does not flow into the ditch, but through the plots it enters the ditch at the western boundary. The paved trench in the street is not in good condition. — There is currently no drainage in the Réti József street, the low point is house number 22 Kodály Street. In case of higher rainfall the land is flooded, the entire street water flows through it into Kodály Street. The precipitation channels of Soltra A. Street and Semmelweis Street do not take away the rainwater. Rainwater flows down the pavement of the street. — In front of the Mayor’s Office, on Széchenyi Square, the rainwaters coming down from the top of the office are not drained, the existing stone pavement was struck by the rainfall. Concept ditch at the western end of Kodály street plots (980/1, 987, 988/4, 989/2): The trench profile is designed in such a way that the ditch is covered with TB 40/70/50 CSOMIÉP elements, the ditch will be submerged compared to the current bottom. A damping damper would be installed for the introduction of rainwater from the plots, which prevents bloating. At the place of the existing gateways, the TB element is given a slab. Basakúti Street (705, 706 Hrsz): In the further section of the ditch, reconstruction of the pavement is required on Basakúti street. According to our calculations, the D600 concrete passages and the D 600 concrete pipe laid down from Basakúti street to the side branch of Mária stream are of sufficient diameter. The passage at the crossing of Basakúti Street is torn down, its water digestion is not suitable, its reconstruction is inevitable. North of the low point of Basakúti Street, a section of the ditch is not covered, which must be covered with a 40x40 bed. Kodály Zoltán utca (989/36 hsz): As the casing is damaged and its bottom width is not adequate, the trench should be covered with a 40x40 bed and a bottom width of 40. The gateways shall be designed in such a way that a latched river is placed in the centre of the gateways. Réti József utca (989/51, 989/47 Hrsz): As there is no drainage in the street, we recommend the installation of the CSOMIÉP PRF 50/50/10 river element next to the pavement. The deep point requires the installation of a pit, then the water is connected to the closed section of Kodály street with a NA 300 KG-PVC pipe. Semmelweis street, Petőfi square (1040, 947/3hrsz): In the street and on the square the cover panels have been destroyed over the years, their condition is not appropriate, so we recommend the installation of 14 new covers as part of reconstruction, the same applies to concrete construction in the vicinity of sinkholes. In front of the Mayor’s Office (Széchenyi Square, 946/3hrs): There’s a sinkhole under the eaves, and we'll get the water from here to the closed sewer on Csokonai Street. A sinkhole is also required at the bottom of the fountain. Total to be built: — 255 m paved ditch recessed TB 40/70/50-130 m pavement repair with 40x40 bedboard (Basakúti street) — installation of 10 pcs of gate dampers — replacement of 1 pass of 14 m NA 600-216 m 40x40 side cover (Basakúti and Kodály street) — 10 gate gates — 204 m river PRF 50/50/10-202 m NA 300 KG-PVC pipe (section next to József Réti street and Mayor’s Office) — 14 change of cover in Petőfi Square, Semmelweis Street — concreteling of 6 sinkholes. A projekt átfogó célja: A település belterületi csapadékvíz elvezetési rendszerének fejlesztése, környezetbiztonságának növelése, környezeti állapotának javítása és a helyi vízkár veszélyeztetettségének csökkentése, továbbá a további környezeti káresemények megelőzése. A projekt specifikus célja: A település belterületi csapadékvíz-elvezető hálózat egy részének felújítás, fejlesztése elsősorban a belterületre hirtelen hulló csapadékvizek rendezett és kártétel nélküli elvezetésére. A projekt szakmai-műszaki tartalma: Önállóan támogatható tevékenység: elválasztott rendszerű csapadékvíz-elvezető hálózat felújítása, fejlesztése, bővítése. - A Réti József utcában jelenleg nincs semmilyen vízelvezetés, a mélyponton a Kodály utca 22-es számú ház található. - A Polgármesteri Hivatal előtt a Széchenyi téren, a hivatal tetejéről leérkező csapadékvizek nincsenek elvezetve, a meglévő térkő burkolatot a csapadék kikezdte. Koncepció Kodály utcai telkek nyugati végében lévő árok (980/1, 987, 988/4, 989/2 hrsz): Az árokprofil kialakítása úgy történjen, hogy az árok TB 40/70/50-es CSOMIÉP elemekkel burkolásra kerüljön, az árok a jelenlegi mederfenékhez képest süllyesztve lesz. A telkekről történő csapadékvíz bevezetésekhez torló csappantyú kerülne beépítésre, amely megakadályozza a visszaduzzadást. A meglévő kapubejárók helyén a TB elem vb. födémet kap. Basakúti utca (705, 706 hrsz): Az árok további szakaszán a Basakúti utcán a burkolat rekonstrukciója szükséges. Számításaink szerint a D600-as beton átereszek, illetve a Basakúti utcáról a Máriás-patak mellékágáig lefektetett D 600-as betoncső megfelelő átmérőjű. Építendő összesen: - 255 m burkolt árok süllyesztve TB 40/70/50 - 130 m burkolat javítás40x40-es mederlappal (Basakúti utca) - 10 db torlócsappantyú beépítése - 1 db 14m-es NA 600-as áteresz cseréje - 216 m 40x40-es mederlapos burkolat (Basakúti és Kodály utca) - 10 db kapubejáró átépítése - 204 m folyóka PRF 50/50/10 - 202 m NA 300 KG-PVC cső(Réti József u. és Polgármesteri Hivatal melletti szakasz) - 14 db fedlapcsere a Petőfi téren, Semmelweis utcában - 6 db víznyelő körbe betonozása A tervezett fejlesztés eredményeként a kiépített és felújított csapadék-vízvédelmi létesítmények teljes hossza összesen 1007 m. Kötelezően megvalósítandó tevékenységek: - Tájékoztatás és nyilvánosság biztosítása - Szemléletformáló és tájékoztató akciók megvalósítása a csapadékvíz-gazdálkodás területén. A pr (Hungarian)
