the objective of the project: On the one hand, the overall aim of the planned water works is to establish and develop the drainage and management system of urban rainwater, to increase its environmental safety, to improve its environmental status, to reduce the risk of internal and local water damage, to improve the quality of our surface waters and to prevent further environmental damage. In the case of planned rainwater drainage developments, the aim is to ensure the orderly and unharmed drainage of rainwater falling into the inland area and emerging from the surface, which cannot be utilised locally. During the planning of the development, the implementation of water retention was an important aspect. The project concerns the reconstruction and development of works for the protection of the urban area of the municipality. B) the technical and technical content of the project, together with the presentation of the selected self-eligible and ineligible activities: Construction, refurbishment and development of a separated rainwater drainage network, including: construction of an open rainwater drainage system or inland water drainage network with bed construction, restoration, reconstruction and restoration of structures, and construction of closed rainwater drainage system: it’s built only for gate entrances and underway passages, connections. Detailed description of the self-eligible activities: The construction of wall-covered drainage ditches and other structures that are part of the drainage system, justified for the protection of the urban area, has been planned. A separated rainwater drainage network shall be installed, including: construction of open rainwater drainage system and inland water drainage network by rebuilding and restoring existing gateway structures. Closed canals are built only at gate entrances and underway passages and connections. The planned channels are designed using technical solutions to ensure the utilisation/usefulness of precipitation and keeping (at street level) in situ. The existing water-level reception lakes — also serve to keep the water in place (at municipal level). Each drainage channel can safely drain excess rainwater. The choice of the type of canal was determined by the choice of the existing cross-sectional and sloping trenching element, the area available in the street area and the bottom level of the receiving canals to ensure unnecessary drainage at the same time as raining. The planned channels are not oversized as they do not have a storage function. After detachment, the lakes store the waters. When planning the drainage network of inland rainwater, it has been taken into account that the recipient is a controllable lake system, so there is no need to oversise the network, and there is no need to create additional reservoir capacity. The local government ensures the retention of rainwater by means of settlement planning and local legislation, as it encourages, controls and regulates the retention of green areas, increasing green surfaces, storing and using clean rainwater collected from rooftops, reducing rainwater drained from real estates, and reducing the amount of rainwater to be drained by wooding the banks of drainage ditches, and by frequent ditches. a) projekt célja: A tervezett vízi munkák létesítésének átfogó célja egyrészt a település belterületi csapadékvíz elvezetési, gazdálkodási rendszerének kialakítása, fejlesztése, környezetbiztonságának növelése, környezeti állapotának javítása, s a belvíz- és helyi vízkár veszélyeztetettségének csökkentése, a felszíni vizeink minőségének javítása, a további környezeti káresemények megelőzése. A tervezett csapadékvíz elvezetés fejlesztések esetében a cél a belterületre hullott csapadékvizek és felszín alól előtörő fakadó – helyben nem hasznosítható- vizek rendezett és kártétel nélküli elvezetése. A fejlesztés tervezése során a vizek helyben tartásának megvalósítása fontos szempont volt. A projekt a település belterületének védelmét szolgáló művek belterületi művek rekonstrukciójára és fejlesztésére irányul. b) a projekt szakmai-műszaki tartalma a választott önállóan támogatható és önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek körének a bemutatásával együtt Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek megvalósítása: Elválasztott rendszerű csapadékvíz-elvezető hálózat kiépítése, felújítása, fejlesztése, ezen belül: nyílt csapadékvíz elvezető rendszer, illetve belvíz elvezető hálózat építése mederkialakítással, helyreállítással, a műtárgyak átépítésével és helyreállításával együtt, valamint zárt csapadékvíz elvezető rendszer építése: csak a kapubehajtóknál, és az út alatti átvezetéseknél, bekötéseknél épül. Az önállóan támogatható tevékenységek részletes bemutatása: Belterületi burkolt víztelenítő árkok és egyéb, a belterület védelme szempontjából indokolt, a vízelvezető rendszer részét képező műtárgyak kiépítése került tervezésre. Elválasztott rendszerű csapadékvíz-elvezető hálózat kerül kiépítésre, ezen belül: nyílt csapadékvíz elvezető rendszer, illetve belvíz elvezető hálózat építése a meglévő kapubehajtó műtárgyak átépítésével és helyreállításával. Zárt csatorna csak a kapubehajtóknál, és az út alatti átvezetéseknél, bekötéseknél épül. A tervezett csatornák kialakítása a csapadék hasznosítását/hasznosulását, (utcai szintű) helyben tartását biztosító műszaki megoldások alkalmazásával készül. A meglevő, szabályozható vízszintű befogadó tavak- is a vizek helyben tartását (települési szintű) szolgálják. A levezetést követően a tavak tárolják a vizeket. A belterületi csapadékvíz elvezető hálózatának tervezésekor figyelembe lett véve, hogy a befogadó egy szabályozható szintű tórendszer, tehát nincs szükség a hálózat túlméretezésére, nincs szükség többlet tározókapacitás létesítésére. A csapadékvíz visszatartást településrendezési eszközökkel, a helyi jogszabályalkotás útján biztosítja az Önkormányzat, ugyanis településrendezési eszközökkel ösztönzi, ellenőrzi és szabályozza a zöldterületek megtartását, zöldfelületek növelését, háztetőkről összegyűjtött tiszta csapadékvizek tárolását és hasznosítását, az ingatlanokról kivezetett csapadékvíz visszaszorítását, továbbá vízelvezető árok partjának fásításával, gyephézagos árokszakaszokkal csökkentik a levezetendő csapadékvíz mennyiségét. A vezetékek és műtárgyak leírása 1. Az Arany János utcai (Hrsz.:1060, 782) (József A. - Árpád u.) csatorna: A csatorna TBH 30/50/40 árokburkolóval, és o40cm-es beton átereszekkel épült, mely a települési vízelvezető hálózat része, mely a 3. jelű tározótóba köt be. József Attila-Árpád u. közti szakaszon: A vízelvezető csatorna az Arany János utca területén a közút mellett, a közművek kikerülésével épül TB 20/30/30 jelű, majd TB30/50/40 jelű árokburkoló elemekkel. A kapubehajtóknál L=6,00m hosszú o30 b. átereszek készülnek, vasbeton támfalakkal. Az út alatti átvezetéseknél o30 is beton átereszek kerülnek beépítésre10-14m hosszakkal. Árpád-Vörösmarty utcai szakasz: A csatorna TBH 30/50/40 árokburkolóval, és o40cm-es beton átereszekkel épült, mely a települési vízelvezető hálózat része, mely a 3.jelű tározótóba köt be. A vízelvezető csatorna a Vörösmarty utca területén a közút mellett, közművek kikerülésével épül I40/40 jelű, és 50/200 padkafolyóka elemekkel. Az út alatti átvezetéseknél az Árpád utcai rákötésnél o40 beton áteresz készül 8,0m hosszal, a Vörösmarty utcai bekötésnél o30 b. áteresz készül beépítésre12m hosszal, vasbeton támfalakkal. 2. the objective of the project: On the one hand, the overall aim of the planned water works is to establish and develop the drainage and management system of urban rainwater, to increase its environmental safety, to improve its environmental status, to reduce the risk of internal and local water damage, to improve the quality of our surface waters and to prevent further environmental damage.
