Within the framework of the present grant application, the building of the Medical Surgery (3421 Mezőnyarád, Szent István Király út 100. When planning the development, the applicant consulted the health care provider concerned on the development needs. (Annexed declaration on development needs) There is no unfilled practice for the services involved in the development and is not relevant for the project. The number of patients in the given care area is 1,632. The services covered by the development have a valid operating licence and an OEP financing agreement. Compliance with minimum legal and professional requirements: — Decree No 60/2003 on the minimum professional conditions for the provision of health services (X. 20.) ESzCsM Decree (X. 20.) in the course of the implementation — implementation of the project-proportional accessibility through the development of a room/building that accommodates a mixed practice of general practitioners does not create an independent child’s and an independent adult’s office. New construction is not relevant. NR. Land, land, real estate purchase NR. Shared space NR. Development is not subject to authorisation investment, site drawing, sketch and short technical specifications will be attached to the tender.     Jelen támogatási kérelem keretében Mezőnyárád Község tulajdonában lévő Orvosi rendelő épületének (3421 Mezőnyárád, Szent István király út 100. HRSZ:537/17; 537/17/A/1; 537/17/A/2.) felújítását, átalakítását és színvonalának javítását szolgáló eszközbeszerzését tervezi. Védőnői eszközbeszerzés:3421 Mezőnyárád, Szent István k. út 109.Hrsz:192. A program célja a pályázati felhívással összhangban a jó minőségű közszolgáltatásokhoz való hozzáférés javítása, az egészségügyi alapellátó-rendszer eredményességének és hatékonyságának, valamint prevenciós funkcióinak fokozása. A projekt szakmai-műszaki tartalmát lásd a Megalapozó dokumentumban. Választott önállóan támogatható tevékenységek Jelen projekt keretében 3 alapellátási funkció fejlesztése valósul meg: háziorvos vegyes praxis, fogorvos, védőnői szolgálat (külön épületben helyezkedik el, eszközbeszerzéssel fejlesztjük). Mindhárom alapellátási funkció rendelkezik érvényes engedéllyel. Melynek alátámasztására a támogatási kérelemhez csatolásra került a frissített ÁNTSZ-NEAK táblázat. A projekt keretében egy háziorvosi, egy fogorvosi praxishoz továbbá védőnői szolgálathoz tartozó rendelő(k)nek /tanácsadó(k)nak helyt adó helyiségek/épületek fejlesztésére igényelünk támogatást. (A háziorvos és a fogorvos egy épületben helyezkednek el, mely épületet a felújítás és korszerűsítés érinti. A védőnői szolgálatot kizárólag eszközbeszerzéssel fejlesztjük, mely másik épületben található. Az egy épületbe történő integrálás nem megoldható. A fejlesztések megtervezésekor a támogatást igénylő egyeztetett az érintett egészségügyi szolgáltatóval a fejlesztési szükségletekről. (Mellékelt nyilatkozat a fejlesztési igényekről) A fejlesztéssel érintett szolgálatok esetében betöltetlen praxis nincs, nem releváns a projektre nézve. Az adott ellátási körzetben a betegek száma 1632 fő. A fejlesztéssel érintett szolgáltatások érvényes működési engedéllyel és OEP finanszírozási szerződéssel rendelkeznek. Új építés nem releváns. Funkciójukat vesztett épületek hasznosítása NR. Föld, telek, ingatlan vásárlás NR. Közös használatú helyiség NR. A fejlesztés nem engedélyköteles beruházás, helyszínrajz, vázlatrajz és rövid műszaki leírás csatolásra kerül a pályázathoz.
