The aim of the project is to develop local communities primarily to develop the community’s capacity of initiative and action, and to strengthen community engagement. As a result of community work, the people involved also work together to solve the problems. As a result of the interventions the members of the community develop their sense of responsibility towards each other, and the strengthening of local civil society helps to resolve local community conflicts and strengthen the capacity to act independently, to strengthen civic activity, to develop and strengthen the necessary competences, volunteering, local identity and attachment to settlements, parts of settlements and regions. Self-eligible activities to be implemented under the project: 3.1.1/A.1. Survey and planning with the participation of the Communities, 3.1.1/A.2. Historical exploration and making available to the public of its community activities, 3.1.1/A.3. Implementation of community actions, activities, events, programmes, processes, 3.1.1/A.4. Review and renewal of documents defining the social and economic development of the municipality, 3.1.1/A.5. Establishment of a Community Information Point on the Community Development Process, 3.1.1/A.6. Ensuring the professional quality of the community development process. Mandatory activities: ICT accessibility, publicity. Optional ineligible activity: 3.1.2.2./4. Road safety programmes. In the framework of mandatory activities, each municipality develops a local action plan for community development in order to improve the quality of social cohabitation. A summary of the experience of existing Community cooperation and the framework of emerging needs, questionnaire surveys, personal enquiries and documents. A local historical inventory based on the local securities depository will be prepared, with historical descriptions, in the form of a publication, and available in the local library, it will be posted on the web page, and there will be a small conference in each settlement. Programmes: local cultural events in each village: poetry Day, Eminent Anniversaries, Workshop Day on Library Use, Meeting of Generations, Museum lectures, lectures series, scientific meeting on renowned personalities (e.g. Zsigmond Kisfaludy Stróbl) etc. Revision of HEPs, regulations on public education, economic programmes, social strategy, public safety strategy, sport concept, etc., or the creation of new ones. Provide continuous information on community development processes and events. Development of a community information point in municipal libraries. Further training: the representatives of the 4 municipalities, the leaders of civilians, the local key actors (actors) and children to learn about community development, one for the elderly against loneliness. Exchange of experience with sister settlements. Awareness-raising campaigns in the municipalities, with the help of local professionals and professional experts. This activity involves the purchase of 20 bicycles. Tour by bicycle between the settlements. The project will start on 01 February 2018 and will run until 31 July 2022. A projekt célja a helyi közösségek fejlesztése elsősorban települések közösségi kezdeményező- és cselekvőképességének fejlesztését, a közösségi szerepvállalás erősödése. A közösségi munka hatására az érintett emberek is együttműködnek a problémák megoldásában. A beavatkozások eredményeként fejlődik a közösség tagjainak egymás iránti felelősségtudata, a helyi civil társadalom megerősödése segíti a helyi közösségi konfliktusok megoldását és az önálló cselekvési képességek erősítését, erősödik a civil aktivitás, kialakulnak, illetve megerősödnek a szükséges kompetenciák, az önkéntesség, a helyi identitás, valamint a településhez, településrészekhez, térséghez való kötődés. A projekt keretében magvalósítandó önállóan támogatható tevékenységek: 3.1.1/A.1. Közösségek részvételével megvalósuló felmérés és tervezés, 3.1.1/A.2. Közösségi tevékenységének történeti feltárása és a lakosság számára elérhetővé tétele, 3.1.1/A.3. Közösségi akciók, tevékenységek, események, programok, folyamatok megvalósítása, 3.1.1/A.4. A település társadalom- és gazdaságfejlesztése tekintetében meghatározó dokumentumok áttekintése, megújítása, 3.1.1/A.5. A közösségfejlesztési folyamatról tájékoztató közösségi információs pont kialakítása, 3.1.1/A.6. A közösségfejlesztési folyamat szakmai minőségének biztosítása. Kötelezően megvalósítandó tevékenységek: infokommunikációs akadálymentesítés, nyilvánosság biztosítása. Választható önállóan nem támogatható tevékenység: 3.1.2.2./4. Közlekedésbiztonsági programok. Kötelező tevékenységek keretében minden település kidolgozza a közösségfejlesztés helyi cselekvési tervét, a társadalmi együttélés minőségének javítása érdekében. Az eddig már meglévő közösségi együttműködés tapasztalatainak összegzése, ill, az újonnan felmerülő igények keretbefoglalása, kérdőíves felmérés, személyes megkeresés és dokumentumok alapján. Elkészül egy, a helyi értéktárra épülő helytörténeti leltár, történeti leírásokkal, kiadvány alakban, és a helyi könyvtárban hozzáférhető, a web oldalra is felkerül. és egy kiskonferencia lesz minden településen. Programok: minden faluban a helyi közművelődési rendezvények: költészet napja, jeles évfordulók,műhelynap a könyvtárhasználatról, generációk találkozása, múzeumi előadás, előadássorozatok, neves személyiségekről tudományos ülés(pl. Kisfaludy Stróbl Zsigmond) stb. A települések társdalom és gazdaságfejlesztése tekintetében meghatározó dokumentumok: HEP-ek, közművelődési rendelet, gazdasági programok,szociális stratégia, közbiztonsági stratégia, sportkoncepció, stb. felülvizsgálata, ill. újak létrehozása. A közösségfejlesztési folyamatokról, rendezvényekről folyamatos tájékoztatás adása. Közösségi információs pont kialakítása a települési könyvtárakban. Továbbképzések: a 4 település önkormányzati képviselőinek, a civilek vezetőinek, a helyi legfontosabb szereplőknek (aktoroknak) ill. gyerekeknek, hogy megtanulják a közösségfejlesztést, egyet az időseknek a magányosság ellen. Tapasztalatcsere a testvértelepülésekkel. Szemléletformáló kampányok a településeken, helyi szakemberek és hivatásos szakértők közreműködésével. E tevékenység keretében 20 db kerékpár megvásárlására kerül sor. Körtúra kerékpárral a települések között. A projekt 2018. február 01-én kezdődik és 2022. július 31-ig tart.
