The Municipality of Kálmánháza is planning to build a new crèche within the framework of the project. The planned 14-person crèche would operate with the current professional staff, according to the current legislation. The planned crèche would be built on the main street of the village near the cultural house and the school — kindergarten. The number of places planned in crèches was determined by taking into account the number of births, the number of inhabitants and the distribution by age. The current temporary mini crèche is temporary, because of the legal obligation, we have set it up in the kindergarten building, without support and at all costs. The mini crèche will be abolished and the kindergarten group and service rooms used by the mini crèche will then be returned to the use of the kindergarten, for which there is a need as set out in the underlying study. As part of the project, we undertake to carry out mandatory and non-compulsory tasks, such as: complex accessibility, ICT accessibility, energy efficiency mainstreaming, publicity, development of renewable energy sources, refurbishment of courtyard, playground, bicycle support, development of parking spaces and accessible parking places; design, web-site design, camera and alarm system. According to the professional content of the project, we planned the preparation of the complex design documentation, which includes the architectural, static, mechanical, electrical, transport and fire protection plans and budgets. In the project we intend to take into account the activities and recommendations of the crèche, IT and rehabilitation experts. As part of the project, we intend to purchase all non-single-use devices and equipment included in the asset list, which are also required by law, with a view to the complex implementation of the project. Of course, we also coordinate the performance of the tasks of the technical inspector and public buyer project manager during the implementation of the project, while ensuring information and publicity. In summary, we intend to build a new crèche in the village of Kálmánháza with 14 seats, 1 group room and the establishment of a room and courtyard areas as defined by law. The project objectives are summarised as follows: We declare that, pursuant to point 3.1.2.1 of the call for proposals, we intend to carry out the following activities: complex accessibility (3.1.2.1.1), ICT accessibility (3.1.1.2.2), dispersed asbestos removal (3.1.2.1.3) is not relevant as a new building is being built, energy efficiency considerations (3.12.4.4), publicity (3.1.2.1.5) Detailed draft implementation of mandatory ineligible activities: In connection with the implementation of the project, we plan accessibility in a complex way with the use of an environmental engineer/expert. During the preparation of your construction plan, we wish to use an expert in the design process to achieve accessibility. We undertake to comply with the requirements set out in point 3.4.1.1.B)(1)-2 of the call, in particular the construction of an accessible car park, the accessibility of the main entrance of the building — by designing the access path, the establishment of an accessible toilet with access path. We plan to implement ICT accessibility, also with the participation of an IT specialist, and with a statement about the implementation, by making the website accessible. We don't plan to remove asbestos. We plan to implement energy efficiency aspects, in accordance with Article 176/2008. Compliance with the relevant provisions of Government Decree No 7/2006. (V.24.) Kálmánháza Község Önkormányzata a projekt keretében új bölcsőde megépítését tervezi. A tervezett 14 fős bölcsőde a jelenlegi szakmai létszámmal működne, a hatályos jogszabályok szerint. A tervezett bölcsőde a falu főutcáján a művelődési ház és az iskola – óvoda közelében épülne meg. A bölcsődei tervezett férőhelyek számának meghatározása a születések számának, a lakosság számának és a kor szerinti megosztás figyelembevétele alapján történt. A jelenlegi ideiglenes mini bölcsődei elhelyezése ideiglenes, a jogszabályi kötelezettség miatt alakítottuk ki az óvoda épületében, támogatás nélkül, minden költséget viselve. A mini bölcsőde megszüntetésre kerül és a mini bölcsőde által használt óvodai csoportszoba és kiszolgáló helyiségek ezt követően az óvoda használatába vissza kerülnek, melyre a megalapozó tanulmányban meghatározott módon igény mutatkozik. A projekt keretében vállaljuk a kötelező és nem kötelező feladatok végrehajtását, úgy, mint: komplex akadálymentesítés, infokommunikációs akadálymentesítés, energiahatékonysági szempontok érvényesítése, nyilvánosság biztosítása, továbbá megújuló energiaforrások kialakítása, udvar, játszóudvar felújítása, kerékpár támaszok kiépítse, parkoló-férőhely és akadálymentes parkoló-férőhely fejlesztése; kialakítása, web-oldal kialakítása, kamera és riasztórendszer kialakítása. A projekt megvalósítás szakmai tartalma szerint terveztük a komplex kiviteli tervdokumentáció elkészítését, mely tartalmazza az építészeti, statikai-, gépészeti-, villamossági-, közlekedési-, tűzvédelmi terveket, költségvetéseket. A projektben figyelembe kívánjuk venni a bölcsődei-, informatikai-, rehabilitációs szakértők tevékenységét, javaslatait. A projekt keretében meg kívánjuk vásárolni az eszközlistában szereplő-, jogszabály szerint is szükséges – nem egyszer használatos valamennyi eszközt és berendezést a projekt komplex megvalósítása céljából. Természetesen a projekt kivitelezése során szükséges műszaki ellenőri, közbeszerzői projektmenedzseri feladatok elvégzésének a koordinálásáról is gondoskodunk, a tájékoztatás, és nyilvánosság biztosítása mellett. Összefoglalóan Kálmánháza Községben egy új bölcsőde építését kívánjuk megvalósítani 14 férőhellyel, 1 csoportszobával és a jogszabályokban meghatározott helyiség és udvari területek kialakításával. A projekt célokat az alábbiak szerint foglaljuk össze: Nyilatkozunk arról, hogy a pályázati felhívás 3.1.2.1. pontja alapján az alábbi tevékenységeket kívánjuk megvalósítani: komplex akadálymentesítés (3.1.2.1.1.), infokommunikációs akadálymentesítés (3.1.2.1.2.), a szórt azbesztmentesítés (3.1.2.1.3.) nem releváns, mivel új épület építésére kerül sor, energiahatékonysági szempontok érvényesítése (3.1.2.1.4.), nyilvánosság biztosítása (3.1.2.1.5.) Részletesen a kötelezően megvalósítandó, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek végrehajtásának tervezete: A projekt megvalósítás kapcsán tervezzük az akadálymentesítést komplex módon környezettervező szakmérnök/szakértő igénybevételével. A kiviteli terve készítése során a tervezési folyamatba szakértőt kívánunk igénybe venni az akadálymentesítés megvalósításához. A felhívás 3.4.1.1.B.) pont 1.-2. pontjában meghatározott követelmények betartását vállaljuk, főképp az akadálymentes parkoló kialakítását, az épület főbejáratnak akadálymentesítését – elérési útvonal tervezésével, egy akadálymentes mosdó kialakítását elérési útvonallal. Megvalósítani tervezzük az infokommunikációs akadálymentesítést, szintén informatikai szakember részvételével, és nyilatkozatával a megvalósításról, a weboldal akadálymentesítésével. Azbesztmentesítést nem tervezünk. Tervezzük az energiahatékonysági szempontok érvényesítését, a 176/2008. IVI.30.) Korm. rendelet vonatkozó előírásainak a betartását a 7/2006. (V.24.) TNT rendelet figyelembe vételét. Az épületen napelemek elhelyezését tervezzük. A projekthez előírt nyilvánosság biztosítását vállaljuk.” (Hungarian)
