The exterior facade of the building shall be insulated. External doors and windows shall be replaced by doors and windows in accordance with the applicable thermal standards. The car parks required by the OTÉK for operation are provided in the car parks in front and next to the building, including its accessibility. Az épület külső homlokzatát hőszigetelni kell. A külső nyílászáró szerkezeteket az érvényben lévő hőtechnikai szabványnak megfelelő nyílászárókra kell cserélni. A nyílászáró csere során a szükséges kiegészítő munkálatokat is el kell végezni. A hőszigetelés miatt az épületbádogos szerkezeteket újra kell építeni. A nyílászáró csere miatti belső rongálódott felületeket javítani szükséges és a festési munkálatokat el kell végezni. A padlásfödém szabvány szerinti hőszigetelését ásványgyapot hőszigetelővel meg kell oldani. A napelem rendszer a D-NY-i tetőfelületre kerül, azonban a statikai szakvélemény szerint a tetőszerkezet megerősítése tetőhéjazat cseréje szükséges, hogy biztonságosan el lehessen helyezni a napelemeket. Az elektromos hálózat teljes felújítása szükséges, mivel a régi vezetékek és világítótestek nem tudják biztosítani a biztonságos a rendelkező előírásoknak való megfelelést. A működéshez szükséges OTÉK által előírt parkolók az épület előtti és melletti parkolókban biztosítottak, beleértve az akadálymentes kialakítását is. A projekt keretén belül biztosítjuk a fizikai és infó-kommunikációs akadálymentesítés megvalósulását. (Hungarian)
