    Emőd Város tulajdonában lévő ingatlanon (3432 Emőd, Kossuth utca 54.) új két csoportos bölcsőde főzőkonyhával és étkezővel létrehozását+eszközbeszerzést tervezünk. A projekt célja a minőségi nevelés infrastrukturális feltételeinek biztosítása. Műszaki leírás Új, két csoportos, 24 fős bölcsőde létrehozása+főzőkonyha+étkező. Akadálymentesítés, illetve eszközbeszerzés tervezett. A részletes műszaki leírást lásd a Megalapozó dokumentumban. Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek: A) a) új férőhelyek kialakítása b) új telephely e) új építés B) Eszközbeszerzés Választható, önállóan nem támogatható: - Főzőkonyha és étkező - minimálisan előírt parkoló Műszaki szakmai elvárásoknak való megfelelősség A) Bölcsődei és Óvodai ellátásra vonatkozó közös szabályok A projekt keretében egy intézmény egy új feladatellátási helyének fejlesztése valósul meg a felhívás célkitűzéseivel összhangban, mely helyi szükségleten alapul. A fejlesztés nem eredményezi már meglévő funkcionális helyiségek csökkenését Az eszközök megfelelnek az előírásoknak Főzőkonyha tervezett (adagszám 51%-a 06 éves és szociális) Az adatszolgáltatások alá tartozó mutatók megadásra kerülnek Cél, csökkenteni a hozzáférhetőség területi különbségeit. A fejlesztés engedélyköteles beruházás, helyszínrajz, vázlatrajz és rövid műszaki leírás csatolásra kerül. A projekt-előkészítésre vonatkozó mérföldkőig csatolásra kerül tételes tervezői költségvetés. Kisgyermekellátás területén jártas szakember bevonásra került Bölcsőde megfelel az előírásoknak C) Óvodai ellátás – nem releváns Fenntartóra vonatkozó szabályok: A támogatást igénylő nem tartozik a Felhívás 4.1 fejezetének d-h) pontjába. Önkormányzati köznevelési intézmény fejlesztése történik. A projektre vonatkozó környezetvédelmi és esélyegyenlőségi szempontok betartásra kerülnek. Egyéb elvárások Költség haszon elemzés nem releváns. Energiahatékonysági intézkedések teljesülnek Akadálymentesítés tervezett az előírásoknak megfelelően. Rehabilitációs szakmérnököt vontunk be.
