Our application for support relates primarily to the development objectives/indicative allocation of resources allocated to the district of Sarkadi, as set out in point 1.2 of the Specific Annex of the area. If the allocated envelope is exhausted, we intend to implement the development from the indicative allocation allocated to each county. As a result of the development, the old building will be refurbished and partially renovated. Within the framework of the project, the water blocks, the adult’s locker room, the office and the entrance of the Mezőgyán Community nursery nursery are made accessible, and the toilet is disabled. Replacement of existing children’s toilets, washbasins, showers, replacement of cold coverings, as the rooms are outdated and are not suitable for today’s age, they are not fit for health and safety. Description of the upgrades: 1/Ongoing children’s bathroom conversion to shower and staff toilet: The interior tiles, floor coverings and sanitary wards of the existing children’s sanitary block are dismantled. The sewage network will be constructed in accordance with the new functions to be developed (shower tray, toilet shell, middle drain). Existing power lines, switches can be transformed according to new needs. The wall surfaces will be fitted with white inner wall paint, preferably with fungus and mold inhibitory additives. The room is equipped with a shower section and a staff toilet, hand wash. The walls will be fitted with new tile tiles. The shower and the washbasin will be supplied by a 50-60 litre electric boiler, which will be installed as part of this renovation. Further related adaptation works are set out in the technical specifications. 2/Reforming existing office: A barrier-free toilet and a children’s washroom will be built from the current office space. 3/Design of a new office and dressing room: The current foreground and children’s sanitary facilities are designed to accommodate the staff’s lockers. 4/Renovation of existing children’s sanitary facilities: Conversion of a child’s sanitary block with a handwashing currently used. During the transformation works, the current staff toilet, as well as all handwashing and tile tiles, will be dismantled. 5/Power refurbishment: The condition of the existing roof structure is satisfactory. Renovation works only require the replacement of cone tiles and bend tins. The condition of the cone tiles and their fixing are inadequate. During the winter weather, snow can enter the attic along the displaced broken tiles, which can be eliminated by placing new cone tiles and the corresponding roofing film. It was also necessary to replace the bend tins with rusts and holes due to rusting. The roof structure is also suitable for the installation of a 2 kW solar panel, which would provide part of the institution’s energy needs (boilers, lighting) 6/Accessibility: Barrier-net access to the building is currently not solved, so it is necessary to build it and to have a barrier-free toilet. The design and construction works will be carried out on the basis of the plans of the rehabilitation engineer. The building affected by the renovation is subject to energy modernisation (installation of solar panels) and to the accessibility of the project. The building does not contain asbestos, so the dispersed asbestos removal is not relevant under the project. (English)

Támogatási kérelmünk elsődlegesen a Terület Specifikus Melléklet 1.2 pontjában szereplő Sarkadi járás számára elkülönített fejlesztési célok/forrásfelhasználási indikatív keretösszegre irányul, az elkülönített keretösszeg kimerülése esetén a fejlesztést, a minden megyén belül jogosult számára elkülönített indikatív keretösszeg terhére kívánjuk megvalósítani. A fejlesztés eredményeként a régi építésű épület átalakítása, részleges felújítása történik meg. A projekt keretében megtörténik a Mezőgyáni Községi Óvoda vizesblokkjainak, felnőtt öltözőjének, irodájának, bejáratának akadálymentesítése, mozgáskorlátozott wc kialakítása. A falakat új csempeburkolattal lesznek ellátva. A zuhanynak és a mosdókagylónak egy 50-60 literes villanybojler fogja szolgáltatni a meleg vizet, ami ezen a felújítás keretén belül lesz felszerelve. A további kapcsolódó átalakítási munkálatokat a műszaki leírás tartalmazza. 5/Tetőfelújítás: A meglévő tetőszerkezet állapota kielégítő. (Hungarian)
