The aim of the development is to develop and expand an already existing attraction building on the cultural features of the region. The development of a historical cellar unique in the country, as well as the associated vine-growing, processing culture and traditions, which, in line with the ITP target system of Heves County, illustrates the way of life, based on the culture and traditions typical of the region, and the everyday work related to the grapes, on the reception of a press house built in a rural environment. The location of the investment is Gyöngyöspata. Based on this attraction, we intend to expand the region’s tourist offer for the cultural recovery of the region, and the resulting development can also be a basis for programmes to preserve local identity. As regards wine-growing and processing traditions, the region is of crucial importance. The specificity of the vineyards lies in the special volcanic rocky, Pannonian sedimentary soil. Already in the Avar period, grapes were cultivated in the areas. The activities planned in the programme are intended to convey professional and cultural content about the traditions, technologies and tools of vine-growing, which form an integral part of Hungarian culture, and in the framework of various programmes, the grape varieties typical of the region and the products produced from them will be presented. Thanks to the multiplier effect of the programme, other tourist services (accommodation sites, restaurants, churches) and local products can reach a larger audience. Elements of the “Seven-row Cellar Village”: Self-eligible activities — Construction of a multifunctional indoor reception building (with exhibition and showroom) — Renovation of a traditional press house and its cellar — development of an interactive technology presenting experiences — Optional activities — Purchases of equipment linked to the programme — Development of the immediate surroundings of the attraction (parking, road, lighting) — establishment of a catering and commercial unit (coffee, restaurant, souvenir shop) — Implementation of family and child-friendly elements — Historic children’s playground and playground, which can be used free of charge for the guests visiting there. Building a childcare room — Purchase of real estate The investment is realised with regard to accessibility and energy efficiency. We provide the conditions for separate waste collection in the facilities. As a family-friendly project element, we provide a diaperer for parents with children in the social block, and a playground and a playground are also set up. We implement technical developments, equipment and software acquisitions that provide innovative interactivity, which enable the cultural values to be presented in an experiential way. Among other things, the unique interactive presentation panel (USP) gives visitors the opportunity to learn about the way of life based on the culture and traditions of the region and the everyday work related to the grapes. Special softwares provide the experience of interactive experiences and try out permanent exhibitions that showcase the life of the region, the works, lifestyles and objects that characterise the region. As part of the attraction, an old-fashioned press house is built, where visitors can get to know each step of the grape processing. ‘Pincefalu’ makes it possible to cultivate and process grapes, to cultivate grapes, to show the means of working with grapes and to learn about the grape varieties typical of the region (with at least 270 days of opening hours), by developing complex tourist packages and permanent guaranteed programmes, and the weather with independent supply elements. Planned stand-alone programme elements: provide permanent and temporary exhibitions, professional lectures, animation, film screening, camps, class trips and professional programs for those interested. In addition, at least 4 events will be organised annually, corresponding to the attractiveness profile. In addition to its own programmes, the investment provides an opportunity to expand the programme range of events in the county. The programme will directly create 1 new job. During both the implementation and maintenance periods, a specialist degree in tourism will be involved, with at least 3 years of experience in tourism. The necessary human resources are available during the implementation phase. A single image will be developed to ensure successful market access. Implementation of the marketing strategy to be developed — in cooperation with TDM organisation — in two directions. On the one hand, intensive marketing and promotion activities, available in several languages, are planned, both online and social, as well as using printed media tools. On the other hand, the program relies on the elements of direct marketing. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A fejlesztés célja egy, a térség kulturális adottságaira építő már meglévő vonzerő fejlesztése, bővítés. Egy az országban egyedülálló történelmi pincesor, valamint a hozzá kapcsolódó szőlőtermesztési, -feldolgozási kultúrát és hagyományokat bemutató attrakció fejlesztése, mely - illeszkedve a Heves megyei ITP célrendszeréhez – egy falusi környezetben épített présházzal egybeépített portán szemlélteti a térségre jellemző kultúrán és hagyományokon alapuló életmódot, a szőlőhöz köthető mindennapi munkát. A beruházás megvalósítási helyszíne Gyöngyöspata. Ezen attrakcióra alapozva kívánjuk bővíteni a térség kulturális fellendülését szolgáló turisztikai kínálatát, valamint a létrejött fejlesztés bázisa lehet a helyi identitás megőrzését szolgáló programoknak is. Szőlőtermesztési és -feldolgozási hagyományokat illetően a térség meghatározó jelentőséggel bír. A szőlőterületek egyedisége a különleges vulkáni köves, pannon-tengeri üledékes talajban rejlik. A létesítményekben biztosítjuk a szelektív hulladékgyűjtés feltételeit. Továbbá éves szinten legalább 4, a vonzerő profiljának megfelelő rendezvény kerül lebonyolításra. A saját programok mellett a beruházás lehetőséget biztosít a megyében megrendezésre kerülő rendezvények programkínálatának bővítésére. A program közvetlenül 1 új munkahelyet teremt. Mind a megvalósítási és mind a fenntartási időszakában egy szakirányú végzettségű, legalább 3 év turisztikai tapasztalattal rendelkező turisztikai munkatárs is bevonásra kerül. A megvalósítási szakaszban a szükséges humánerőforrás rendelkezésre áll. A sikeres piacra jutás érdekében egységes arculat kerül kialakításra. A kidolgozandó marketing stratégia megvalósítása - TDM szervezettel együttműködve - két irányú. Egyrészt – több nyelven is elérhető - intenzív, online és közösségi, valamint a nyomtatott média eszközeit kihasználó marketing és promóciós tevékenység kerül betervezésre. Másrészt a direkt marketing elemeire támaszkodik a program. (Hungarian)
