According to point 1.2 of the TSM: The objective of the project is to develop the local economy by developing the infrastructural background of the local market. D) Provision of publicity — based on Chapter 10 of the ÁÚF document, dispersed asbestos removal is not affected by the construction of 93.15 m² market area at the implementation site, 10 points of sale, 2 business premises in accordance with the attached annexes. — C) Compliance with the conditions set out in point 3.2 of the call The expectations regarding the technical and technical content of the project and the implementation of the project a) During the development the local market and business premises are realised as the main activity. b) Developments focus on local producers and local raw materials for each self-eligible activity, the aim of which has been described in the business plan. c) As a result of the development, the municipality provides the following services to local producers and businesses: e. lease of land (d) The claim for aid for the developments in 3.1.1 may be submitted by the owner of the property. — The site of implementation is municipal property. e) The supported development is operated by the applicant on the site of implementation. F) The property is free of legal and demand-free g) Not relevant. h) The equipment to be procured complies with the relevant European directives, standards and the Hungarian regulations, standards and environmental protection regulations harmonising them. I) The assets purchased in the project are purchased from a supplier that is commercially engaged in the commercial flow of the assets concerned, which is considered to be a trader or a manufacturer, subject to standard warranty and warranty conditions on the market. J) We have compiled the project’s budget in a realistic and cost-efficient way in line with market prices. The principle of sound financial management and compliance with the average market price will continue to be ensured after the entry into force of the contract, and the project will comply with the requirement of a realistic and cost-effective budget even in case of changes in the type of machinery, change of supplier and cost adjustment. K) The business plan in accordance with the regulations has been prepared, which is attached to the request.     A TSM 1.2 pontja szerint: Minden megyén belüli jogosult számára elkülönített indikatív keretösszegre irányul a fejlesztés. a) projekt célja A helyi gazdaság fejlesztése a helyi piac infrastrukturális hátterének kialakításával. Projektünk célja, hogy a helyi környezet, működési feltételek megteremtésével új/meglévő piacot alakítson ki/fejlesszen, amely hozzájárul a település, közvetetten a térség gazdasági fejlődéséhez. - b) a projekt szakmai-műszaki tartalma a választott önállóan támogatható és önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek körének a bemutatásával együtt Főtevékenység: A) Helyi termelők, helyi piacra jutásának támogatása a) Piaci terület (vásárcsarnok, kültéri elárusítóhely, ideiglenes kitelepülés, termelői piac, stb.), üzlethelyiség vagy szövetkezeti bolt kialakításához kapcsolódó infrastruktúra kiépítése. Önállóan nem támogatható, kötelezően megvalósítandó tevékenységek a) Akadálymentesítés – amennyiben releváns, jelen felhívás 3.2 fejezetében az akadálymentesítésre vonatkozó feltételek alapján. c) Energiahatékonysági intézkedések – amennyiben releváns, jelen felhívás 3.2 fejezetében az energiahatékonysági intézkedésekre vonatkozó feltételek alapján. d) Nyilvánosság biztosítása – az ÁÚF c. dokumentum 10 fejezete alapján Szórt azbesztmentesítést a projekt nem érint 93,15 m2 piacterület kialakítása a megvalósítási helyen, 10 elárusító hely, 2 üzlethelyiség kialakítása a csatolt mellékletek szerint. - c) a felhívás 3.2 pontjában előírt feltételek teljesülése A projekt műszaki-szakmai tartalmával és a megvalósítással kapcsolatos elvárások a) A fejlesztés során a helyi piac és üzlethelyiségek kialakítása, mint főtevékenység megvalósul. b) A fejlesztések minden önállóan támogatható tevékenység esetében a helyi termelőket, helyi alapanyagokat helyezik előtérbe, mely cél biztosítása az üzleti tervben bemutatásra került. c) A fejlesztés eredményeképpen az önkormányzat az alábbi szolgáltatásokat nyújtja a helyi termelők, vállalkozások számára: e. terület bérbeadása d) A 3.1.1-ben szereplő fejlesztésekre irányuló támogatási igényt az ingatlan tulajdonosa nyújthatja be. – A megvalósítás helyszíne önkormányzati tulajdon. e) A támogatott fejlesztéseket a támogatást igénylő a megvalósítás helyszínén üzemelteti. f) Az ingatlan per- és igénymentes g) Nem releváns. h) A beszerezni kívánt eszközök megfelelnek a vonatkozó európai irányelveknek, szabványoknak, illetve az azokat harmonizáló magyar rendeleteknek, szabványoknak, környezetvédelmi előírásoknak. i) A projektben beszerzett eszközöket az érintett eszközök kereskedelmi forgalmával üzletszerűen foglalkozó, kereskedőnek, vagy gyártónak minősülő szállítótól vásároljuk, a piacon szokványos jótállási és szavatossági feltételek biztosítása mellett. j) A projekt költségvetését a piaci árakhoz igazodóan, reális és takarékos módon állítottuk össze. A hatékony és eredményes pénzgazdálkodás elvét, valamint az átlagos piaci árnak történő megfelelést a szerződés hatályba lépését követően is biztosítjuk, továbbá a projekt meg fog felelni a reális és takarékos költségvetés előírásának az esetleges géptípus-változás, szállító-váltás és költségszerkezet-módosítás esetén is. k) Elkészült az előírásoknak megfelelő üzleti terv, melyet csatoltunk a kérelemhez. l), m), n) q) r) t) Nem releváns o) x) A kialakítandó épületek megfelelnek majd a komplex akadálymentesítés követelményeinek. p) Az épületek megfelelnek majd az energiahatékonysági követelményeknek. s) A kötelező tájékoztatás és nyilvánosság tervezésre került mind a mérföldköveknél, mind a költségvetésben. u) A projektre vonatkozó környezetvédelmi és esélyegyenlőségi jogszabályokat betartjuk. v) A fejlesztéshez kapcsolódó nyilvános eseményeken, kommunikációnkban és viselkedésünkben esélytudatosságot fejezünk ki: nem közvetítünk szegregációt, csökkentjük a csoportokra vonatkozó meglévő előítéleteket. w) Infrastrukturális fejlesztéseknél: létesítmények, térhasználat közlekedési kapcsolatok tervezésekor figyelembe vettük és vesszük és érvényesítjük az egyetemes tervezés elveit, azaz a nők és férfiak igényeit, az idősek, a fogyatékosok és a gyermekek igényeit. y) Nyilatkoztunk a HEP meglétéről az adatlapon. z) Nem releváns. aa) A fejlesztést nem veszélyezteti extrém időjárási esemény, így nyilatkozunk, hogy nincs klímakockázata a projektnek. bb) Az üzleti terv pénzügyi elemzés részét a Költség-haszon elemzési útmutató alapján készítettük el a jogszabályoknak megfelelően. A projekt mérföldköveit az előírásoknak megfelelően terveztük meg.
