The number of retail outlets in Komló has declined over the past decade, with minor fluctuations, but steadily decreasing. The decline in the number is mainly driven by the emergence of large commercial chains. Businesses often appear as sole proprietorships or smaller units in the chain of stores. With the prices of these chains, it is difficult for producers to compete and often have to minimise their revenues. As a result of this investment, modern conditions would be created, more in line with today’s needs, which would facilitate market access for local and local products, thereby boosting the local economy and increasing the number of people employed in the municipality. There is an increasing trend among consumers to prioritise products of the highest quality from reliable sources. One of the best ways to do this is to buy them through as few intermediaries as possible or directly from the producer. These growing demands underpin the need for improvements to enable producers to reach customers as quickly as possible. This practice does not only bring significant benefits to customers. Producers are able to deliver their goods to the market without intervening intermediaries so that they can sell them at greater profit. Not only would the conditions of sale improve during the implementation of the project. Under these circumstances, parking is also a problem for customers arriving by car, as the current car park is only a very limited number of car parks. Those arriving at the Market Hall are forced to park in the surrounding streets. The solution of parking problems would be an important development from the point of view of customers. The aim of the project is to renovate the Komló Market Hall, to solve the parking problems around the building by creating a new car park, and to create a new covered market area in the open air. The fundamental and strategic goal of the development • The development of a Market Hall with the help of developments, which not only caters to the town of Komló but also to the surrounding small area, provides a suitable environment for both the vendors and the public who sell in the Market Hall. • The refurbished Market Hall provides a market outlet for local and local producers, thus facilitating their livelihoods. Direct operational objectives • Development of the Market Hall infrastructure. • Solving parking problems around the building by creating parking spaces. • Create a new covered market area in the open air. • Reduce maintenance costs through improvements. • Extension of opening hours. Indirect operational objectives • Reducing the economic backlog of the hops micro-region. • Encouraging farmers’ spirits in the area by developing an appropriate market outlet. Short-term goals • With the development, the presence of more producers than at present, together with a larger range of products in the Market Hall. • Increase the number of permanent vendors, constantly operating shops. • Promote the Market Hall through appropriate marketing activities. • Creating a shorter supply chain. • Proportional accessibility to the project. Long-term goals • Optimising the maintenance costs of the Market Hall. • Full accessibility in the building. • Organising a crafts market once a month. • Promote “marketing” among young people. This call provides support to the local economy, in particular their infrastructure background. It is also a priority to improve the efficient delivery of local agricultural products to local markets and to support infrastructure for distribution channels for local products. The objectives set out in the Operational Programme would be fully met by the improvements planned under the present project, since the renovation and expansion of the Market Hall would increase the producer spirit in the area, as it would be an appropriate outlet for them. In addition, the already popular building would be further popular among the population through a well-thought-out marketing activity. One of the headline targets, the short supply chain, would also be met, as visitors to the Market Hall can purchase products directly from producers, thereby reducing the additional costs, including the price. If this were done, they could compete with the prices of hypermarkets, which could further promote “marketing” among young people, which would be important for the future, as the current audience is more middle and older people. On the basis of the requirements of the project, as a self-eligible activity, the existing market area and market hall would be refurbished within the framework of the support for local producers’ access to the local market, as follows: Refurbishment/reconstruction of the Market Hall building (building No 3561): On the north side there is a new main entrance that greatly contributes to the interoperability of the entire complex and logical famine (English)

A szám csökkenése mögött elsősorban a nagy kereskedelmi üzletláncok megjelenése áll. A Vásárcsarnokba érkezők kénytelenek a környező utcákban parkolni. A vásárlók szempontjából fontos fejlesztés lenne a parkolási gondok megoldása. A projekt célja a komlói Vásárcsarnok felújítása, az épület körüli parkolási problémák rendezése új parkoló kialakításával, valamint új, fedett piaci rész létrehozása szabadtéren. A fejlesztés alapvető, stratégiai célja • Egy olyan Vásárcsarnok kialakítása a fejlesztések segítségével, mely nem csak Komló városát, de a környező kistérséget is ellátja, megfelelő környezetet biztosít a Vásárcsarnokban árusító árusok és a vásárlóközönség számára egyaránt. • A felújított Vásárcsarnok felvevőpiacot biztosít a helyi és a környékbeli termelőknek, ezáltal elősegítve azok megélhetését. Közvetlen operatív célok • A Vásárcsarnok infrastruktúrájának fejlesztése. • Az épület körüli parkolási problémák megoldása parkolóhelyek kialakításával. • Új, fedett piaci rész létrehozása szabadtéren. • A fenntartási költségek csökkentése a fejlesztések révén. • Nyitvatartási idő meghosszabbítása. Közvetett operatív célok • A komlói kistérség gazdasági lemaradásának csökkentése. • Mezőgazdasági termelői kedv ösztönzése a térségben a megfelelő felvevőpiac kialakítása révén. Rövid távú célok • A fejlesztés révén a jelenleginél több termelő, ezzel együtt nagyobb termékkínálat jelenléte a Vásárcsarnokban. • Az állandó árusok, állandóan üzemelő üzletek számának növelése. • A Vásárcsarnok népszerűsítése a megfelelő marketingtevékenység révén. • Rövidebb ellátási lánc megteremtése. • Projektarányos akadálymentesítés. Hosszú távú célok • A Vásárcsarnok fenntartási költségeinek optimalizálása. • Teljes akadálymentesítés megvalósítása az épületben. • Kézműves piac megrendezése havi egy alkalommal. • A fiatalok körében népszerűsíteni a „piacra járást”. Jelen felhívás a helyi gazdaság számára nyújt támogatást, főleg azok infrastrukturális hátterének. Emellett kiemelt cél a helyi mezőgazdasági termékek helyi piacokra való hatékony eljuttatásának fejlesztése, valamint a helyi termékek értékesítési csatornáinak infrastrukturális támogatása. Az Operatív Programban meghatározott célok maradéktalanul megvalósulnának a jelen projekt keretében tervezett fejlesztések révén, hiszen a Vásárcsarnok felújítása és bővítése révén a térségben a termelői kedv növekedne, hiszen megfelelő felvevőpiac lenne számukra. Emellett, átgondolt marketingtevékenység révén, a lakosság körében is tovább népszerűsödne a már most is közkedvelt épület.
