The aim of the project is to provide a business environment supporting up-to-date infrastructure and growth in Jászság — especially in the mechanical engineering, metalworking, automotive, environmental and computing sub-sectors. The project covers the following actions (3.1.1) to be implemented on a stand-alone basis: construction of real estate to be used for industrial development service incubation activities’ (point a), including 'to develop common spaces and workshops to support incubation functions’ (point b) and include 'basic infrastructure building within a land boundary' and 'basic infrastructure investment outside land' (point (c)). Mandatory non-eligible activities (3.1.2.1) include publicity activities. Charging infrastructure for electric vehicles is not part of the present project, because the industrial park is preparing for a charging point on an entrepreneurial basis. As an optional activity (3.1.2.2.), parking spaces will be developed. As there is no functional building in the industrial park and the JIC buildings are fully occupied, a new building will be built on the JIC-owned plot prepared in the industrial park. In the building 2 200 m², 2 pcs. 80 m² and 1 shared 100 m² workshop, suitable for use by several tenants at the same time and for short-term use, is designed for long-term rental. The workshops are accompanied by a dressing room, toilet group and dining room. There are four offices on the floor, accessible from each other and from the workshops. One of the offices operates as a common use, also for short-term use. The building is partly on two floors. The workshops have higher ceilings, single-storey spaces, social and office spaces are located in the two-storey building that connects to the workshops. The building is made with a prefabricated reinforced concrete support structure, its external wall structure is trapezoidal cover with thermal insulation. The total ground floor area is 794 m² and the floor is 93 m². Around the building, within the plot, there is an approx. 1 000 m² of square covering, with drainage, dripping floods and space lighting and fences. The connection of the public utility lines will be completed with the investment outside the plot. The equipment of the workshops of the incubator house is intended to assist businesses in the process of technical development, and the range of equipment to be procured corresponds to this. The professional, industrial 3D printer services will be used for cost-effective implementation of modelling or prototyping activities related to product development, while plotter will also be used in product development and design phase for the production of designs and technical documentation. Hand-operated lifting frogs serve the handling of materials and workpieces during work in each of the workshops which are primarily equipped to perform metalworking works. In addition, 1 forklift truck is purchased, which serves the internal handling and loading tasks of all workshops. The operating JIC Kft. implements an incubation program in the incubator house. The scheme, including the use of infrastructure, is open to an undertaking for a maximum period of 3 years. It consists of: 1. services: use of lockable file cabinets as free services, Wi-Fi, short meeting room use, parking, meeting room (with projector) and catering service as reimbursement service. 2. preferential use of assets: Tenants can use the facilities placed in the joint workshop on a cost basis. 3. Counselling and training: The advisory programme is available in the following thematic areas: finance, business development, organizational development, marketing and marketing communications, financial, accounting, tax, industry and patent law consultancy. The elements of the program will be developed according to the needs of the tenants. The advice is partly provided by JIC staff and partly by experts contracted by JIC. JIC sets the prices of the services on a cost basis. Briefings, trainings and seminars will be organised at least four times a year in accordance with the specific tenants’ needs in the above areas. As an activity related to professional implementation, the development of marketing tools, online marketing communication is also realised in order to make the incubator house known. JIC cooperates with the county and Jászberény district employment pacts during the implementation and operation of the project and increases the number of employees with a major incubator management until the physical closure of the project. The project at the level of intervention corresponds to the economic development priority of the Regional Development Programme of JNSZ County. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Az inkubátorház műhelyeinek felszereltsége a műszaki fejlesztés folyamatához kíván segítséget nyújtani a vállalkozások számára, ehhez illeszkedik a beszerezni kívánt eszközök köre. 2. kedvezményes eszközhasználat: A bérlők a közös műhelyben elhelyezett eszközöket önköltségi alapon vehetik igénybe. 3. A fenti szakterületeken – összhangban a konkrét bérlői igényekkel – tájékoztatók, képzések, szemináriumok szervezésére kerül sor, legalább évente négy alkalommal. Szakmai megvalósításhoz kapcsolódó tevékenységként marketingeszközök kifejlesztése, online marketing-kommunikáció is megvalósul, az inkubátorház ismertté tétele érdekében. A JIC a projekt megvalósítása és működtetése során együttműködik a megyei és a Jászberényi járási foglalkoztatási paktummal és a projekt fizikai zárásáig egy fő inkubátorház-menedzserrel növeli foglalkoztatott létszámát. A projekt beavatkozás szintjén illeszkedik a JNSZ Megyei Területfejlesztési program Gazdaságfejlesztés prioritásához. (Hungarian)
