    A Felhívás Területspecifikus mellékletének 1.2 pontjában szereplő elkülönített fejlesztési célok/forrásfelhasználási keretek közül Nagyecsed Város Önkormányzatának a támogatási kérelme a következőre irányul: A decentrumok és a külső periféria városai számára elkülönített indikatív keretösszeg. A projekt célja: A projekt fő célja Nagyecsed gazdaságának megerősítése, versenyképes, fenntartható gazdasági fejlődés biztosítása, melynek hatására a településen tapasztalható nagymértékű munkanélküliség is csökkenthető. A fő cél elérése érdekében a betelepülni szándékozó vállalkozások számára vonzó környezet megteremtése szükséges, melynek egyik fő eleme, hogy a város megfelelő infrastruktúrával ellátott iparterületeket alakítson ki. A hatékonyabb üzemeltetés biztosítása érdekében szükséges a Nagyecsedi Városüzemeltetési Szolgáltató Nonprofit Kft. telephelyének korszerűsítése is. A projekt két fő területen valósul meg. A belterületi helyszín fő célja az iparterület üzemeltetését biztosító „Nagyecsedi Városüzemeltetési” Szolgáltató Nonprofit Kft. telephelyének korszerűsítése. Érintett helyrajzi számok: 2681/1 és 2681/2. A projekt részletes szakmai tartalma A külterületen a betelepülő vállalkozások számára új iparterület kerül kialakításra zöldmezős beruházásként. A pályázati felhívás 3.2 fejezetének bb) bekezdésének értelmében el kell készíteni a terület környezeti állapotfelmérését. Tervezett költsége: bruttó 381.000,- Ft. Közbeszerzési eljárás lefolytatása: A nyertes kivitelezőt közbeszerzési eljárás keretében szükséges kiválasztani. A tevékenység tervezett költsége: 990.600,- Ft. Műszaki ellenőrzés: A kül- és belterületi iparterület fejlesztés műszaki ellenőri feladatait foglalja magában. Tervezett költsége: bruttó 1.104.900,- Ft. Marketing, kommunikációs szolgáltatások (Befektetés-ösztönzés): A város külterületén új iparterületet alakít ki Nagyecsed Város Önkormányzata. A területre a város nagyobb eséllyel talál betelepülő vállalkozást, ha célzott befektetésösztönzési tevékenységet hajt végre. Tervezett költsége: 4.409.448,- Ft. Kötelező nyilvánosság megvalósítása: A beruházás infrastrukturális fejlesztéseket tartalmaz, de összköltsége nem éri el a 150.000.000,- Ft-ot, a nyilvánosság biztosítása során ellátandó feladatok körét ennek megfelelően választották ki: új weboldal, 2 db „C” tábla, Fotódokumentáció elkészítése, sajtóközlemény kiküldése a projekt zárásáról és a sajtómegjelenések összegyűjtése, TÉRKÉPTÉR feltöltése. A kedvezményezett vállalja, hogy a „C” táblát a fenntartási időszak végéig kinn hagyja, ezáltal kiváltva a „D” táblát. A nyilvánosság biztosításának költsége bruttó 180.000,- Ft. Projektmenedzsment: Feladata a projekt megvalósítása során a kapcsolattartás a Közreműködő Szervezettel, az esetleges tartalommódosítási kérelmek, szakmai beszámolók a kifizetési kérelmek összeállítása.
