Within the framework of the project, the Joint Local Government Office of the Municipality of Csabrendek implements the connection to the ASP centre in accordance with the statutory requirements. The number of employees in the joint office is 10 people. The project assesses and acquires the necessary equipment for accession, reviews and designs of operational development and regulatory frameworks, creating conditions for electronic administration, improving data quality and data migration. Csabrendek Nagyközség Önkormányzata Közös Önkormányzati Hivatala a projekt keretében megvalósítja az ASP központhoz való kapcsolódást a törvényi előírásnak megfelelően. A közös hivatal dolgozói létszáma 10 fő. A projektben megtörténik a csatlakozáshoz szükséges eszközök felmérése és beszerzése, a működésfejlesztési és szabályozási keretek felülvizsgálata és kialakítása, az elektronikus ügyintézéshez kapcsolódó feltételek kialakítása, az adatminőség javítása és az adatmigráció. Ezen feladatok külső szállítók bevonásával kerülnek ellátásra. A projektben az önkormányzati munkatársak oktatásához kapcsolódóan útiköltség elszámolása történik. A rendszercsatlakozást követően a tesztelés és az élesítés folyamatai saját teljesítés keretében történnek meg az önkormányzat munkatársainak részvételével. A jogszabályi előírásoknak megfelelően a projektmenedzsment feladatok megvalósítása is saját teljesítésben történik meg. Külső szállító végzi el a kötelező tájékoztatás és nyilvánosság biztosítását az arculati előírásoknak megfelelően. Az ASP központhoz csatlakozáshoz szükséges eszközök beszerzése a projekt keretében történik meg, mivel a csatlakozás megvalósításához elengedhetetlen az korszerű eszközök beszerzése. (Hungarian)
