The owners of Schneider Machine Manufacturing Ltd. were founded in 1991, with the intention of introducing the industrial crane equipment of ABUS Kransysteme GmbH in Germany to the market for the production of crane production in Hungary, which is still undeveloped and outdated by Western European standards, by providing a complete service, with warranty background, service, design and production. The development of the site started after 1997, after which office expansion took place, and the construction of storage and production halls began. 2001, 2007, we built new halls in 2014. Our headquarters in Chargetava are also our site since the company was founded. Our market position in Hungary is stable and growing, thanks to our 27 years old past and our reputation. We also have a significant presence abroad: Our export turnover is about 60 %. We started organising our training project with preliminary interviews and needs assessment of our employees, 3 of the training courses are OKJ and 7 other types of training. The planned duration of the project is 22 months.The level of qualification of the human resources available to us is generally good, since every year we have strived to devote ourselves to training in accordance with the qualifications of our staff, whether in the form of external service providers or internal training. At the same time, it is essential to further strengthen the professional competence and qualification level of our staff. Our company assessed the level of general and specialised IT expertise related to the various jobs. Accordingly, we selected the number of staff who will participate in the IT trainings in the present application. The importance of training is shown from two distinct sides1:Retention of staff: In today’s labour market situation, it is very difficult to find and subsequently retain the right workforce in all sectors. Training is also intended to provide a kind of retention power in this respect. 2:In increased competition in the market it is very important to work efficiently and customer satisfaction. Adequate customer satisfaction can only be achieved through high-quality work, which requires continuous training and development of workers, cooperation and communication between colleagues. Training courses contribute greatly to the development of colleagues, thereby increasing the quality of production and services, which will immediately have an impact on competitiveness. Schneider Kft’s main activity is “28.22 — Manufacture of lifting and handling machinery” related to the sectors to be developed under the Irinyi Plan. The company carries out this activity and accounts for more than 99 % of its turnover. Therefore, all the training included in the project is aimed at carrying out this activity more efficiently. In the field of ICT training, we sought to provide a starting table management course in two groups, based on a pre-prepared needs assessment, to a very low level of knowledge. In the 10 types of training, Schneider Kft’s 29 employees are currently employed, in 1-2 groups per training. These workers: surface handlers, locksmiths, crane mechanics, assistants, salesmen, servicers, quality inspectors, project managers and project managers. Nine of the trainees are disadvantaged own workers, representing 31.03 % of the trainees, most of whom are under 25 years of age and, to a lesser extent, are single-educated. Currently, non-employees do not participate in training. The training will be carried out during working hours in several groups without compromising the operation of the company. The trainings will be available at the premises of Schneider Kft. in Chargetava. Here is a projector, tables, chairs, flipchart. The financial conditions are provided by the applicant for the training. At least once a year, we use an external expert in project management management. An external expert has been selected, who already has several years of experience in the field of EU applications, and we have several successful joint project implementations. Tulajdonosai a Schneider Gépgyártó Kft-t 1991-ben alapították, azzal a szándékkal,hogy a még kialakulatlan és a nyugat európai mércével nézve korszerűtlenebb műszaki színvonalú magyarországi darugyártás piacára bevezessék a németországi ABUS Kransysteme GmbH ipari daruberendezéseit, ehhez komplett szolgáltatást nyújtsanak, garanciális háttérrel, szervizzel, tervezéssel és gyártással. A célkitűzés és a főtevékenység az alapítás óta változatlan, az ABUS Kransysteme GmbH támogatásával, a részben tőlük vásárolt részegységek beépítésével, de a daruberendezések acélszerkezetének kizárólagosan Magyarországon történő gyártásával, a Schneider Kft. komplett berendezéseket állít elő, mellyel versenyképes és ismert piaci szereplő az ipari daruk területén.Vállalkozásunk 4 fő alkalmazottal kezdte meg a munkát, a létszám 2010-re megközelítette az 50 főt. Azóta stabilan 40-50 fő. Üzleti eredményt 3-5 év után kezdett a cég produkálni, 2008-ra az árbevétel megközelítette a 2 milliárd forintot. Az elmúlt 5 évben stabilan 1-1,5 Milliárd forint között mozgott. A telephely fejlesztése 1997 után indult meg, ezután irodabővítés történt, majd raktározó és gyártócsarnokok építése kezdődött. 2001, 2007, 2014 években újabb csarnokokat építettünk. A töltéstavai székhelyünk egyben a telephelyünk is a cég megalakulása óta. Piaci helyzetünk Magyarországon stabil, egyre erősödő , köszönhetően a 27 éves múltunknak, jó hírnevünknek. Emellett jelentős a külföldi jelenlétünk is: Exportárbevételünk kb 60%. Képzési projektünket dolgozóink előzetes megkérdezésével és igényfelméréssel kezdtük el szervezni, a képzések közül 3db OKJ-s és 7 egyéb típusú képzés. A projekt tervezett időtartama 22 hónap.Vállalatunk rendelkezésére álló humán-erőforrás képzettségi szintje általánosságban jónak mondható, hiszen minden évben törekedtünk arra, hogy áldozzunk munkatársaink képzettségének megfelelő képzések lebonyolítására akár külső szolgáltató, akár belső képzés formájában. Ugyanakkor elengedhetetlenül szükséges munkatársaink szakmai felkészültségének és képzettségi szintjének további erősítése. Cégünk felmérte a különböző munkakörökhöz kapcsolódó általános és speciális informatikai szaktudás szintjét, ennek megfelelően választotta ki azon munkatársainak körét, akik jelen pályázatban az informatikai képzéseken vesznek majd részt. A képzés fontossága két markáns oldalról is megmutatkozik1:Az alkalmazottak megtartása: A mai munkaerőpiaci helyzetben minden ágazatban nagyon nehéz a megfelelő munkaerő megtalálása és ezt követően a megtartása. A képzés ilyen tekintetben egyfajta megtartó erőt is hivatott betölteni. 2:A felfokozott piaci versenyben nagyon fontos a hatékony munkavégzés és a vevő elégedettség. Megfelelő vevőelégedettség csak magas színvonalú munka által valósulhat meg, amelyhez folyamatosan képezni, fejleszteni kell a munkavállalókat, a kollégák közötti együttműködést, kommunikációt. A képzések nagymértékben hozzájárulnak a kollégák fejlesztéséhez, ezáltal a gyártási és szolgáltatási színvonal emelkedéshez, amely azonnal érezteti hatását a versenyképesség terén. A Schneider Kft fő tevékenysége az Irinyi Terv keretében kiemelten fejlesztendő ágazatokhoz kapcsolódó „28.22 - Emelő-,anyagmozgató gép gyártása”. A cég ezt a tevékenységet végzi, árbevétele több mint 99%-a ebből származik. Tehát minden a projektben szereplő képzés ennek a tevékenységnek a hatékonyabb végzésére irányul. Az IKT képzések terén arra törekedtünk, hogy az előzetesen elkészített igényfelmérés alapján dolgozóink azon köre kapjon egy kezdő táblázatkezelési tanfolyamot két csoportban, akiknek ilyen irányú tudása nagyon alacsony szintű. A 10 féle képzésen a Schneider Kft jelenleg is foglalkoztatott 29 fő saját munkavállalója vesz részt, képzésenként 1-2 csoportban. Ezen munkavállalók: felületkezelők, lakatosok, daruszerelők, asszisztensek, értékesítők, szervizesek, minőségellenőrök, projektfelelősök és projektvezetők. A képzésekben részt vevők közül 9 fő hátrányos helyzetű saját munkavállaló, ami a képzésben részt vevők 31,03%-a. Ezen hátrányos helyzetűek legfőképpen 25 év alattiak, valamint kisebb mértékben gyermeküket egyedül nevelők. Jelenleg nem foglalkoztatottak nem vesznek részt a képzéseken. A képzéseket munkaidőben fogjuk elvégezni több csoportban úgy, hogy a cég működtetését ne veszélyeztessük. A képzések a Schneider Kft töltéstavai székhelyén rendelkezésre álló helységekben lesznek. Itt biztosított projektor, asztalok, székek, flipchart. A pénzügyi feltételeket a pályázó biztosítja a képzésekhez. A megtartott képzésekről, azok eredményességéről a vezetői teljesítményértékelési megbeszélések során, minimum évente 1 alkalommal kerítünk sort.A projektmenedzsment terén külső szakértőt veszünk igénybe.Olyan külső szakértő személy került kiválasztásra, akinek az EU-s pályázatok terén már több éves tapasztalattal rendelkezik, több sikeres közös projektlebonyolításon vagyunk túl.
