In the framework of the project, a section of the secondary road network will be refurbished for a total of 9.823 km. During the intervention, the profile milling of the existing casing is performed, and the new casing is formed by the installation of a binding and wear layer. The drainage is ensured by refurbishing the existing drainage system and by placing it in a good arm, and the road bench is also arranged. Works of art, penetrating and traffic equipment on the affected road sections will be refurbished as necessary. Refurbished sections: 5116 j. road (0+ 000-0+ 620 kms) intervention length: 0.620 km of the municipality concerned: Tolna (consortium) 6313 j. road (2+ 060-2+ 250 kms) action length: 0.190 km of affected municipality: Kistormás 5601 j.ök road (4+ 740-5+ 960 kms) intervention length: 1.241 km of the municipality concerned: Routing to ship station 51366 j (0+ 000-0+ 135 kms) action length: 0.135 km of affected municipality: — 6535 j. road (0+ 335-0+ 450 kms) intervention length: 0.115 km of affected municipality: Bonyhád (consortium) 51165 j. access road (1+ 175-2+ 575 kms): 1.400 km of the municipality concerned: Bogyiszló (consortium) 6519 j. road (4+ 183-6+ 200 kms) intervention length: 1.802 km of the municipality concerned: For Jágó 6519 j. access road (0+ 000-4+ 183 kms) intervention length: 4.320 km of the municipality concerned: — The project aims at the renovation and development of 4-5 digit roads, which will improve the availability of localities and jobs in the region, thereby encouraging labour mobility and economic development. Investments are made on the public road network. In fact, the properties concerned and their ownership can only be determined during the planning process. The project concerns road transport in 1988. I. tv. Shall be planned in accordance with Section 8(1a) taking into account the needs of all operators concerned. In the case of road sections within a residential area, the possibility of safely driving cycling traffic will be examined. The investment contributes to the improvement of road safety and the road safety aspects will be and will be given special attention in the planning and implementation process. The investment is part of the Tolna County Regional Development Programme. The list of road sections to be refurbished has been agreed and approved with the county government. Due to the organisation of the Applicant and its expert and institutional background, the financial sustainability of the project and the long-term (5 years) operation and maintenance of the implemented activity are ensured. The technical content of the project will be designed and designed to improve the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and, above all, children, the elderly and people with disabilities. The investment is planned and implemented in a cost-effective manner, with a realistic and economical budget. The investment is carried out through a direct or indirect link to economic development and employment and facilitates the infrastructure conditions for labour mobility. The investment is part of the Tolna County Regional Development Programme. The list of road sections to be refurbished has been agreed and approved with the county government. A projekt keretében mindösszesen 9,823 km hosszon kerül mellékúthálózati szakasz felújításra. A beavatkozás során a meglévő burkolat profilmarását végezzük el, majd kötő és kopóréteg beépítésével alakítjuk ki az új burkolatot. A vízelvezetést a meglévő vízelvezetési rendszer felújításával, jó karba helyezésével biztosítjuk, valamint az útpadka is rendezésre kerül. Az érintett útszakaszokon lévő műtárgyak, átereszek, forgalomtechnikai berendezések szükség szerint felújításra kerülnek. A beruházások az állami úthálózaton valósulnak meg. Az érintett ingatlanok és tulajdonviszonyai ténylegesen csak a tervezés folyamán határozhatóak meg. A projekt a közúti közlekedésről szóló 1988. I. tv. 8. § (1a) bekezdésével összhangban kerül(t) tervezésre valamennyi érintett közlekedő igényeinek a figyelembevételével. A lakott területen belüli útszakaszok esetében a kerékpáros forgalom biztonságos levezetésének lehetősége megvizsgálásra kerül(t). A beruházás hozzájárul a közlekedésbiztonság javításához, a tervezés és megvalósítás során a közlekedésbiztonsági szempontok kiemelt figyelmet kapnak illetve fognak kapni. A beruházás a Tolna Megyei Területfejlesztési programba illeszkedik. A felújításra kerülő útszakaszok listája a megyei önkormányzattal egyeztetésre, jóváhagyatásra került. A Pályázó szervezeti formájából, továbbá szakértői és intézményi hátteréből adódóan, a projekt pénzügyi fenntarthatósága, illetve a megvalósított tevékenység hosszú távú (5 éves) működtetése és fenntartása biztosított. A projekt műszaki tartalma úgy kerül kialakításra, megtervezésre, hogy javítson a gyalogosok, kerékpárosok, de mindenekelőtt a gyerekek, idősek és fogyatékkal élők közlekedésbiztonságán. A beruházást költséghatékony módon, reális és takarékos költségvetéssel került megtervezésre, illetve kerül megvalósításra. A beruházás közvetlen vagy közvetett gazdaságfejlesztési és foglalkoztatási kapcsolódással valósul meg, valamint elősegíti a munkaerő mobilitás infrastrukturális feltételeit. A beruházás a Tolna Megyei Területfejlesztési programba illeszkedik. A felújításra kerülő útszakaszok listája a megyei önkormányzattal egyeztetésre, jóváhagyatásra került.
