The Municipality of Battonya intends to submit this grant application from the indicative allocation allocated to all actors in the county. One of the sites of the Health and Social Care Organisation in Battonya is the Secure Start Children’s House. Nursery care is currently not available in the Secuiesc Children’s House. The new crèche to be built as a result of the project TOP-1.4.1-15-BS1-2016-00028 will be an integral part of this institution, with a capacity of 12 persons as a result of the project. In the present project, we plan to expand this institution with an additional 1 x 12 person group room. The main beneficiary is the Municipality of Battonya, the institution of the Social Services Organisation of the Municipality of Battonya. The building which hosts the institution concerned by the development is also owned by the Municipality of Battonya, which is the main beneficiary. The aim of the project is to: The main objective of the project is to develop the daycare for young children under the age of 3, and to create an aesthetic and healthy environment for young children, thereby also helping parents with young children return to the labour market. With the implementation, new places are created and space extensions are carried out. The crèche care will be extended by 12 persons as a result of the project. The building affected by the renovation is located in Battonya, under their hero u. 8. The planned building expansion, renovation and equipment acquisition contribute to the optimal environment of the institution’s crèches and furniture that meets ergonomic criteria to ensure their everyday comfort. The tools that contribute to the healthy physical development of young children can be made available to educators and helpers in caring and educating work, becoming a balanced personality. The institution intends to carry out only eligible activities. 3.1.1 A) Main activity We plan to purchase equipment from the implementation of the tender in connection with point 1) of the Call for Proposals, which is an existing crèche, renovation, modernisation, and 3.1.2.2 Optional, ineligible activity. The need for development is timely and important in the interest of children. Compliance with the conditions set out in point 3.2 of the call: When designing and implementing the project, we comply with environmental and equal opportunities legislation applicable to the project. The beneficiary does not mediate segregation, reduces existing prejudices for groups, expresses a sense of opportunity through its manifestations and communication. All technical-professional content and implementation requirements are met by the project submitted. Battonya Város Önkormányzata jelen támogatási kérelmüket a minden megyén belüli szereplő számára elkülönített indikatív keretösszeg terhére kívánja benyújtani. Battonyán működő Egészségügyi és Szociális Ellátó Szervezet egyik telephelye a Biztos Kezdet Gyerekház. A Biztos Kezdet Gyermekházban jelenleg bölcsődei ellátás nem működik. Ezen intézménynek szerves része lesz a TOP-1.4.1-15- BS1-2016-00028 azonosítószámú projekt eredményeként épülő új bölcsőde, melynek férőhelyszáma a projekt eredményeként 12 fő lesz. Jelen projektben ezen intézmény bővítését tervezzük, további 1 x 12 fős csoportszobával bővíteni. A főkedvezményezett Battonya Város Önkormányzata tartja fenn, a Battonya Városi Önkormányzat Szociális Ellátó Szervezet Biztos Kezdet Gyermekház intézményét. A fejlesztéssel érintett intézménynek helyt adó épület tulajdonosa szintén a fő kedvezményezett Battonya Város Önkormányzata. A projekt célja: A pályázat fő célja, fejleszteni a 3 éven aluli kisgyermekek számára a napközbeni elhelyezést biztosító bölcsődei ellátást, a kisgyermekek számára esztétikus és egészséges környezet megteremtése, mely által a kisgyermekes szülők munkaerőpiacra történő visszatérést is segítjük. A megvalósítással új férőhelyeket alakítunk ki, férőhelybővítés történik. A bölcsődei ellátás 12 fővel bővül a projekt eredményeként. A felújítással érintett épülett Battonyán, A Hősük u. 8 szám alatt helyezkedik el. A tervezett épületbővítés, felújítás és eszközbeszerzés hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy az intézménybe járó bölcsődések optimális környezetben töltsék napjaikat, ergonómiai szempontoknak megfelelő bútorok biztosítsák a mindennapi kényelmüket. A gondozó-nevelő munkát végző pedagógusok és segítők részére rendelkezésre állhatnak azok az eszközök, melyek a kisgyermekek egészséges testi fejlődéséhez hozzájárulnak, kiegyensúlyozott személyiséggé válnak. Az intézmény kizárólag támogatható tevékenységeket kíván megvalósítani. A Pályázati felhívás 3.1.1 A) Főtevékenység Meglévő bölcsőde, felújítás, korszerűsítés, valamint a 3.1.2.2 Választható, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenység 1) pontjához kapcsolódóan eszközök beszerzését tervezzük a pályázat megvalósításából. A fejlesztés szükségessége a gyermekek érdekét figyelembe véve időszerű és fontos. A felhívás 3.2 pontjában előírt feltételek teljesülése: A projekt tervezése és megvalósítása során betartjuk a projektre vonatkozó környezetvédelmi és esélyegyenlőségi jogszabályokat. A kedvezményezett nem közvetít szegregációt, csökkenti a csoportokra vonatkozó meglévő előítéleteket, megnyilvánulásaival, kommunikációjával esélytudatosságot fejez ki. Valamennyi műszaki-szakmai tartalommal és megvalósításával kapcsolatos elvárásnak megfelel a benyújtott projekt.
