The Körösladány dam was built in 1975-1977 on the Sebes-Körös river, at the edge of the Sebes-Körös. Its task is to reservoir the water of Sebes-Körös and Berettyó and the water transferred from Tisza to the Körös Valley, share it according to the needs, eliminate water scarcity, allow the water to be delivered to water users through water abstractions installed on the mug, and provide opportunities for improvement of water resources. The steel tipping-plate shut-off mechanism is corroded, the movement equipment is technically and physically outdated. The temporary shut-off system requires a complete renovation. The surface of the concrete structures of the artwork is worn off, the irons of reinforced concrete structures are not protected, which poses a serious static risk to the entire structure. The sub-water floor coverings of the dam were damaged by the water’s drifting effect and human intervention. Their defensive effect has been reduced. The expected significant backward leaching threatens the stability of the work. The significant movement of the support walls, in particular the upper left support wall, must be stabilised. Detailed state exploration shall be carried out, and the need to build a new support wall shall be examined. In addition to the risk of life and accident protection of electrical systems, in addition to the risks of life and accident protection of electrical systems, the engine room in the basement poses a danger to the transporting oleohydraulic equipment. The capacity of the service bridge has been reduced and shall be reinforced. The cathode corrosion protection of steel structures has been destroyed, a completely new system must be installed. The utilities are outdated, they have to be replaced. High constructions require structural, mechanical and public utilities. The settlement and access road network is sunk, potted, necessary to refurbish. All documents necessary for the implementation of the project must be obtained within the framework of the project.     A Körösladányi duzzasztó 1975-1977-ben a Sebes-Körös folyón, a Sebes-Körös mederátvágásában épült meg. Feladata, hogy a Sebes-Körös és a Berettyó vizének és a Tiszából a Körös-völgybe átvezetetett víznek a tározása, az igények szerint megosztása, a vízhiány megszüntetése, a víz eljuttatásának lehetővé tétele a bögére települt vízkivételeken keresztül a vízhasználókhoz, továbbá fejlesztési lehetőséget biztosít a vízkészlet növelésére. A duzzasztómű szerkezeti elemeinek, a kapcsolódó létesítmények, rendszerek általános állapota miatt a vízgazdálkodási rendszer hatékony működtetése érdekében szükséges a teljeskörű rekonstrukció elvégzése. A műszaki állagromlás miatt az alábbi fő szerkezeti elemeket, üzemi és biztossági rendszereket szükséges felújítani: A vezérlő berendezések, elektromos rendszerek elavultak, a rendszer automatikus, távvezérlési üzemmódra átállítása szükséges. Az acél billenőtáblás elzárószerkezete korrodált, a mozgatóberendezés technikailag és fizikailag is elavult. Az ideiglenes elzáró szerkezet teljeskörű felújítást igényel. A műtárgy betonszerkezeteinek felülete lekopott, a vasbetonszerkezetek vasainak a védelme nem biztosított, ami a teljes szerkezetre komoly statikai kockázatot jelent. A duzzasztómű alvízi rézsűburkolatai a víz elsodró hatása és az emberi beavatkozások folytán károsodtak. A védelmi hatásuk lecsökkent. A várható jelentős hátrarágódó kimosódások a mű stabilitását is veszélyeztetik. A támfalak, elsősorban a baloldali felső támfal jelentős mértékű mozgását stabilizálni kell. Részletes állapotfeltárást kell végezni, meg kell vizsgálni, szükséges-e új támfal építése. A mederpillérben lévő gépház beázása az elektromos rendszerek élet és balesetvédelmi kockázatán túl a mozgató olajhidraulikai berendezésre is veszélyt jelent. Az üzemi híd teherbírása lecsökkent, meg kell erősíteni. Az acélszerkezetek katódos korrózióvédelme megsemmisült, teljesen új rendszert kell kiépíteni. A közművek elavultak, cserélni kell. A magasépítmények szerkezeti, gépészeti, közművi felújítást igényelnek. A telepi és a bekötő úthálózat megsüllyedt, kátyús, felújítása szükséges. Valamennyi, a projekt megvalósításához szükséges dokumentumot a projekt keretében szükséges beszerezni. (Hungarian)
