J.P. 98 Heating Technology Ltd. Founded in 1998, a company specialising in building engineering design and construction, in which we perform, for example, sanitation of buildings, the construction of heating and cooling systems, the construction of renewable energy utilisation systems, the installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems. Digital competences: Competence area to be developed according to ISO 9001 competency measurement, with large individual level differences. Assessment of company and employee training needs: During the preparation of the project, we conducted a detailed assessment of the needs, during which we mapped our company’s personal and professional requirements and the individual goals of our employees. The management then decided on 4 training courses. Industry 4.0: We also implement IPAR 4.0 training for 1 employee in connection with the corporate management system applications and the CAD theme area. Irinyi Plan: Each of the 4 courses provided contributes to the professional and efficiency development of our main activity of water, gas, heating and air conditioning installation, which is related to construction. Training in support of enterprise digitalisation: Industry 4.0 preparation training 24 hours 1 person ICT training: We're not planning on realising it.     A J.P. 98 Fűtéstechnika Kft. 1998-ban alakult, teljes körű épületgépészeti tervezésre és kivitelezésre szakosodott cég, melynek keretében végezzük például épületek csatornázását, fűtési, hűtési rendszerek kiépítését, megújuló energiahasznosító rendszerek kivitelezését, klíma és szellőztető berendezések telepítését is. A 2010-2015-ös időszakban stabil, lassú növekedést mutatott, az árbevétel 400-450 000 000 Ft körül alakult, a 2016 május óta eltelt közel két év jelentős kereslet növekedést hozott, jelenleg ügyfélkörünk és megrendelés állományunk dinamikusan nő. A projekt keretében 14 fő saját munkavállalónknak és 5 fő kölcsönzött munkavállalónknak vásárolt szolgáltatásként 4 külső képzést valósítunk meg. Ezen felül biztosítjuk a projekt kötelező tájékoztatási és nyilvánossági feladatait. Rendelkezésre álló HR: A vállalkozás humán-erőforrás állománya rendelkezik a munkakörének betöltéséhez szükséges képzettséggel. A folyamatos növekedés, az új épületgépészeti és megújuló energia technológiák, eljárások bevezetése valamint a megrendelés állomány növekedése azonban új fajta (elsősorban szakmai és organizációs) kompetenciák megszerzését is szükségessé teszik. Digitális kompetenciák: ISO 9001 keretében végzett kompetenciamérés szerint fejlesztendő kompetenciaterület, nagy egyéni szintkülönbségekkel. Vállalati és munkavállalói képzési igények felmérése: A projekt előkészítése során részletes igényfelmérést végzetünk, melynek során feltérképeztük vállalatunk személyre szabott általános és szakmai elvárásait és munkavállalóink egyéni céljait is. A menedzsment ezt követően döntött 4 képzés mellett. Ipar 4.0: A vállalatirányítási rendszer alkalmazások és a CAD tématerület kapcsán IPAR 4.0 képzést is megvalósítunk 1 munkavállalónk számára.
