In the tender we plan the partial energy renovation of two buildings. 1. The Synaxy Student Home (1112 Budapest Hegyalja u. 113. RD: 8090) began its operation in the second half of the 2009-2010 academic year. In the college they can provide accommodation for 23 people, for demanding, observing, religious (primarily Greek Catholic) university students who can actively live their faith and deepen their religious lives during their university years. The building became the property of the Greek Catholic Church in 2009. Project KEOP — 7.13.0/15 Preparing Energy Efficiency Developments in Church Buildings 2014-2020 It is necessary to improve the building’s physical characteristics on the basis of the architectural and energy plans of the project in the conceptual phase. Replacement of doors and windows Flooring slab 25 cm, Leg insulation 10 cm, Outer wall 16 cm insulation Mechanical modernisation: —Condensation gas boiler heating system with electronic regulator, thermohead radiator valves 2. Saint John’s Greek Catholic school (1143 Budapest Ida u. 2. Hrsz:32657). The building was handed over by the Hungarian State to Metropolia of Hajdúdorog in 2016 to perform a public service mission. A pályázatban két épület részleges energetikai felújítását tervezzük. 1. A Szinaxis Diákotthon (1112 Budapest Hegyalja u. 113. Hrsz.: 8090) a 2009-2010-es tanév második felében kezdte meg működését, a kollégiumban 23 főnek tudnak szállást biztosítani, igényes, egymásra odafigyelni tudó, vallásos (elsősorban görögkatolikus) egyetemistáknak, akik egyetemista éveik alatt is aktívan megélhetik hitüket, elmélyíthetik vallásos életüket. Az épület 2009-ben került a Görögkatolikus Egyház tulajdonába. A KEOP – 7.13.0/15 konstrukció Egyházi épületek 2014-2020 időszakban megvalósuló energiahatékonysági fejlesztéseinek előkészítése című pályázatban a III. Koncepcionális fázisba tartozó projekt előkészítési építészeti és energetikai tervekalapján szükséges az épület épületfizikai jellemzőinek javítása. Nyílászáró cseréje Padlás födém 25 cm, Lábazat szigetelése 10 cm, Külső fal 16 cm szigetelése Gépészeti korszerűsítés: -Kondenzációs gázkazános fűtési rendszer, elektronikus szabályzóval, termofejes radiátor szelepek 2. Szent János Görögkatolikus diákotthon (1143 Budapest Ida u. 2. Hrsz:32657). Az épületet a Magyar Állam 2016-ban adta át tulajdonba a Hajdúdorogi Metropoliának, közfeladat ellátására. Az épület erősen leromlott műszaki állapotban van, részleges építészeti, gépészeti felújítását, korszerűsítést tervezzük: -Nyílászáró cseréje -Padlás födém 25 cm, Lábazat szigetelése 10 cm, Külső fal 16 cm szigetelése Gépészeti korszerűsítés:Kondenzációs gázkazános fűtési rendszer, elektronikus szabályzóval, termofejes radiátor szelepek (Hungarian)
