In the framework of the project proposal entitled “Building energy development of rest houses at the Fehérgyarmat site of SZSZBMK”, the applicant for aid, in accordance with the provisions of point 3.6.2 of the call for project No KEHOP-5.2.10, on 1 site, 3, 173/2003. Section VI of Annex 2 to Government Decree No 2 of 28 October 2004 Implement building energy improvements on a building meeting the requirements of the recreation house qualification requirements. (4900 Fehérgyarmat, Kossuth square 43, nurses’ hotel building). [Response: 804/2]) — c.ca.: 450 m² heated ground floor + 2 levels — project element 2 (PE2): Nurses’ hostel II. (4900 Fehérgyarmat, Kossuth square 45 nurses’ hotel building. [Response: 804/2]) — c.ca.: 429 m² heated ground floor + 2 levels — project element No. 3 (PE3): Nurses Hotel III: (4900 Fehérgyarmat, Kossuth square 47 nurses’ hotel building. [Response: 804/2]) — c.ca.: 466 m² heated ground floor + 2 floors. External thermal insulation and external doors and windows will be replaced on these buildings, with the required quality in accordance with the Decree of the Minister for Transport. It will result in significant energy savings for the institution after the investment. In preparation for the above construction project elements — the technical preparation activities (technical plans, building energy certificates, calculations) required for the renovation of the 3 installations for building energy purposes are carried out by the external service provider, and — the conditional procurement procedures related to the renovation (1 pcs) are carried out by 1 main public procurement consultant (required service). An external service provider shall perform the task of drawing up and carrying out the necessary certifications and calculations in connection with the construction activities related to the construction of the built infrastructure, as well as the technical inspector’s activity and — after the completion of the construction. From the start of project implementation, project management activities are carried out on a continuous basis. In the project — 1 project manager (7 years of relevant work experience), — 1 financial manager (7 years of relevant work experience) and — 1 technical expert (4 years of relevant work experience). The provision of information and publicity related to the use of the assistance is carried out on a continuous basis during the implementation of the project, in accordance with the corporate and content requirements of the ‘KIC 2020 Guidelines’. A „Pihenőházak épületenergetikai fejlesztése az SZSZBMK Fehérgyarmati telephelyén” című projektjavaslat keretében, a támogatást igénylő a vonatkozó KEHOP-5.2.10 kódszámú konstrukcióhoz készült Felhívás 3.6.2. pontjában foglaltakkal összhangban, 1 telephelyen, 3 db, a 173/2003. (X. 28.) Korm. rendelet 2.számú melléklet VI. A pihenőház minősítési követelményei szakaszában foglalt előírásoknak megfelelő épületen valósít meg épületenergetikai fejlesztéseket. Az épületek elavult hőtechnikai adottságainak javítása és az energiafelhasználás csökkentése érdekében megvalósuló épített infrastruktúra beruházási fejlesztések a következők: - 1. sz. projektelem (PE1): Nővérszálló I. (4900 Fehérgyarmat, Kossuth tér 43. szám alatti nővérszálló épület. [Hrsz.: 804/2 ]) - c.ca.: 450 m2 fűtött alapterületű, földszint + 2 szintes - 2. sz. projektelem (PE2): Nővérszálló II. (4900 Fehérgyarmat, Kossuth tér 45. szám alatti nővérszálló épület. [Hrsz.: 804/2 ]) - c.ca.: 429 m2 fűtött alapterületű, földszint + 2 szintes - 3. sz. projektelem (PE3): Nővérszálló III: (4900 Fehérgyarmat, Kossuth tér 47. szám alatti nővérszálló épület. [Hrsz.: 804/2 ]) - c.ca.: 466 m2 fűtött alapterületű, földszint + 2 szintes. Az említett épületeken külső hőszigetelés és külső nyílászáró cserére kerül sor, a TNM. rendelet szerint elvárt minőségben. A beruházást követően jelentős energia megtakarítást eredményez az intézmény számára. A fenti kivitelezési projektelemek előkészítéseként - a 3 db létesítmény épületenergetikai célú felújításához szükséges műszaki előkészítési tevékenység (műszaki tervek, épületenergetikai tanúsítványok, számítások) külső szolgáltató általi teljesítése, továbbá - a felújításhoz kapcsolódó feltételes közbeszerzési eljárások (1 db) 1 fő közbeszerzési tanácsadó (igénybe vett szolgáltatás) általi lefolytatása történik. Az épített infrastruktúra beruházáshoz kapcsolódó kivitelezési tevékenységekkel összefüggésben, továbbá - a műszaki ellenőri tevékenység, illetve - a kivitelezést követően szükséges tanúsítványok elkészítésének és számítások elvégzésének feladatát külső szolgáltató teljesíti. A projekt megvalósításának megkezdésétől a projektmenedzsment tevékenységek ellátása folyamatos. A projektben - 1 fő projektmenedzser (7 év releváns munkatapasztalat), - 1 fő pénzügyi vezető (7 év releváns munkatapasztalat) és - 1 fő műszaki szakértő (4 év releváns munkatapasztalat) teljesít feladatokat. A támogatás igénybevételéhez kapcsolódó tájékoztatás, nyilvánosság biztosítása tevékenységek ellátása, a projekt megvalósítása során folyamatos, a „KTK 2020” Útmutató arculati és tartalmi előírásaival összhangban. A projekt megvalósításának tervezett időszaka: 2018.03.01-2018.10.31. (8 hónap). A projekt költségigénye: bruttó 126.295.556.- Ft. (Hungarian)
