The train stations involved in the project run 600-10,000 people a day. A significant part of the passenger traffic is a daily walk-in traveller. The share of users of Community/individual means of transport (modal-split) is currently 35 %/65 %, which will lead to a further shift towards individual transport without positive changes. Developments initiated by MÁV Zrt. along the entire value chain: network development, stations and station services are intended to increase the competitiveness of rail transport. In addition to their role in rail transport, MÁV stations can become the service centre and community space of the municipalities. The station reconstruction program helps to stop the destruction of the environment. The construction of camera systems prevents damage and helps the sustainability of developments. The project will substantially improve the state of the station’s passenger facilities, public safety and security (surveillance cameras), the quality of passenger information and parking facilities. The project in MT was based on accepted domestic and international projections for passenger traffic forecasts. With regard to the Budapest suburban railway, including intermodality, there is an above-average passenger traffic development of 30 %, with only intermodality development possibilities and 15 % at locations in cities with a population of more than 100 persons. There is a 10 % development of passenger traffic in seasonal tourist destinations below 50e. At network level, the average expected change in passenger traffic on the railway network operated by MÁV Zrt., compared to 2013, shows an increase in annual passenger traffic of 1 % on a continuous average over the period 2014-2042. Upgrades to station buildings and passenger spaces have been omitted from the development of line infrastructure over the last decade. The designated stations were included in projects related to line infrastructure developments. The objective to be achieved is the implementation of complex service development that enhances the service level of passenger transport and meets the requirements of business policy and competitiveness. The station development programme will be implemented in the following locations: Békéscsaba, Budapest (Bp. Southern pu., Bp. Oriental pu., Bp. Western pu.), Cegléd, Érd, Győr, Kaposvár, Miskolc (Miskolc Tiszai pu.), Nyíregyháza, Pécs, Szeged, Székesfehérvár, Szolnok, Vác, Keszthely, Balatonszentgyörgy, Tapolca, Budapest (Kőbánya-Kispest). Due to the different infrastructure and specific features of the sites, the development takes place with different technical content. With a view to optimising the possibilities of local conditions, the station property development, the development of the passenger-information system, the development of a surveillance system, the establishment of an integrated customer service system (Government windows), the renovation/construction of platform roofs, the modernisation of the space lighting system for passenger traffic spaces, the development of an information communication system will be realised. As a continuation of the KÖZOP-2.5.0-09-11-2013-0003 project, the project will be implemented from IKOP sources. The phase-out is set out in Article 1369/2015. Approved by Government Decision (VI.3). During the KÖZOP phase the renovation of the Pécs entrance building and the construction of the Government window were completed, as well as the construction of the KAB in Vác and Füzesabony entrance buildings. The renovation of the Kaposvár entrance building and the construction of Kabak and the renovation of the entrance buildings of Keszthely and Balatonszentgyörgy started in the KÖZOP phase and will continue in the IKOP phase. Among the additional works to be carried out in the IKOP phase, the Bp. Eastern pu. and Bp. A conditional public procurement procedure for the construction of the renovation of the Tapolca hiring building is ongoing and a contract is expected in June 2016. The related independent engineer contracts have been concluded. A conditional planning procurement procedure for the renovation of the quarry-Kispest station hiring building is being prepared, and the call for tenders is scheduled for the beginning of April 2016. The licensee’s plans are 2017. In the second half of 2018, while the construction plans are 2018. I. will be available in half. On this basis, the construction (and the physical completion date of the project) is 31 December 2019. A projektbe vont vasútállomásokon naponta 600-10.000 fő közlekedik. Az utasforgalom jelentős része napi bejáró- hivatásforgalmi utazó. A közösségi/egyéni közlekedési eszközt használók aránya (modal-split) jelenleg 35%/65%, amely a közösségi közlekedés versenyképességének növelése, pozitív változtatások nélkül további eltolódást fog mutatni az egyéni közlekedés irányába. A MÁV Zrt. által kezdeményezett fejlesztések a teljes értéklánc mentén : hálózat fejlesztés, állomások, állomási szolgáltatások fejlesztése kívánják a vasúti közlekedés versenyképességét növelni. A MÁV állomások a vasúti közlekedésben meglévő szerepük mellett a települések szolgáltató központjává és közösségi tereivé válhatnak. Az állomási rekonstrukciós program segít megállítani a környezet pusztulását. A kamerarendszerek kiépítése megakadályozza a rongálásokat, segíti a fejlesztések fenntarthatóságát. Hálózati szinten a MÁV Zrt. által üzemeltetett vasúti hálózat utasforgalmának átlagos, várható változása 2013. évhez viszonyítva a 2014-2042 közötti időszakban folyamatos átlagban 1%-os éves utasforgalom növekedést mutat. Az elmúlt évtized vonali infrastruktúrafejlesztéseiből kimaradtak az állomásépületek és utasforgalmi tereinek korszerűsítései. Projektekbe a vonali infrastruktúrafejlesztésekhez kapcsolódva kerültek beemelésre a kijelölt állomások. Keleti pu., Bp. Nyugati pu.), Cegléd, Érd (Érd alsó mh), Győr, Kaposvár, Miskolc (Miskolc Tiszai pu.), Nyíregyháza, Pécs, Szeged, Székesfehérvár, Szolnok, Vác, Keszthely, Balatonszentgyörgy, Tapolca, Budapest (Kőbánya-Kispest). A helyszínek eltérő infrastrukturális kiépítettsége és egyedi adottságai miatt eltérő műszaki tartalommal valósulnak meg a fejlesztések. A helyi adottságok lehetőségeinek optimalizálását szem előtt tartva valósul meg az állomási ingatlan fejlesztés, utas-tájékoztató rendszer fejlesztése, térfigyelő rendszer kiépítése, integrált ügyfélszolgálati rendszer kiépítése (Kormányablakok), perontetők felújítása/építése, utasforgalmi terek térvilágítási rendszerének korszerűsítése, infokommunikációs rendszer kiépítése. A projekt a KÖZOP-2.5.0-09-11-2013-0003 projekt folytatásaként tervezetten IKOP forrásból valósul meg. A szakaszolást a 1369/2015. II. félévben, míg a kiviteli tervek 2018. I. félvében fognak rendelkezésre állni. Ez alapján a kivitelezés (egyben a projekt fizikai befejezési határideje) 2019. december 31. A további 10 Kormányabalak kialakítására vonatkozó feltételes kivitelezési közbeszerzési eljárás előkészítése folyamatban van, az egyes eljárások egymást követően, ütemezetten kerülnek kiírásra. Ezekhez a helyszínekhez kapcsoló független mérnök feltételes közbeszerzési eljárás folyamatban van, az összegzés kiküldésre került, szerződéskötés 2016. áprilisban várható. (Hungarian)
