The list below follows the criteria set out in point 3.4.1.1(a) of the call. Rikovinett Kft. was founded in 2003 and is owned by Hungarian natural persons. We have more than 20 years of experience in the field of workwear manufacturing. The level of qualification of office workers is a tertiary degree (university, college), most of them have a mid-level competence in the 5 areas of the Common European Digital Competence Framework, i.e. at an independent user level. Our manual workers usually have secondary or general education. 2. 26 people will be involved in the implementation of this project. We have adapted the training needs of our employees to what machines and tools they need to use in everyday life and what additional competences they need to validate. 3. Among the training courses there is an enterprise management system knowledge training and Cloud-based solutions training in several groups, which are related to the application of Industry 4.0 solutions. 4. Our company has to develop and its main activity is 1412'08 Workwear production, which is not included in Annex 2 of the call as a priority area for the Irinyi Plan. 5. ICT: It is necessary to develop the knowledge of our employees in this field, so the “Company Management System Knowledge” training and “Cross-based solutions” training mainly provide office workers with the knowledge related to the necessary use of ICT and the digitalisation of companies. 6. Twin 1 and Twin Level 2 training programmes are not used. 7. We want to involve disadvantaged workers in our company. They are important to us, especially physical employees, so our primary goal is to keep them, which we can achieve with their further training. We do not plan to involve an outside person in the training. Nearly 80 % of our employees are involved in the training. 8. Not relevant 9; 10. The main objective of our project is to have a competitive workforce with skills and skills in line with economic needs. The direct aim of the project is to provide the 26 people involved in the training with the knowledge they can use in their daily work, from which our company and they can benefit themselves. We want to achieve group education. We plan training during working hours, so they would be an integral part of our daily work and help make our work effective. During the project a total of 5 trainings are carried out, most of them are Fktv. As other training within the meaning of Paragraph 2(5). Due to the location, it is not possible to describe all the trainings in this section, so please use the training plan tab as a guide. The training sessions are 20-60 hours. The trainings will be completed in 12 months. 11;12;13;14. The trainings have been adapted to our activities. We are constantly expanding and selling our products in search of new markets. So we need more good professionals. The training institution will carry out the mandatory satisfaction measurements and inform our company about the results of the satisfaction measurement. Human and organizational resources are provided, we have a large number of offices. The expert human resources will be provided by a selected training company. Financial implementation is risk-free and secure, with regard to our company’s capital. The necessary material conditions are provided at the headquarters of our company. Our site is located in a free business zone in Kunszentmárton. Here is a room where we can easily hold the training sessions. After completing the training, we measure the effectiveness of the work. We also carry out an in-process audit to assess the effectiveness of the training courses (personal interview, management evaluation, questionnaire survey). For effective implementation, we use a project manager. She has a tertiary education and an appropriate internship, as can be seen from the attached CV.     Alábbi felsorolás követi a felhívás 3.4.1.1 a) pontban írt szempontokat. A Rikovinett Kft-t 2003-ban alapítottuk, tulajdonosai magyar természetes személyek. Már több mint 20 éves tapasztalattal rendelkezünk a munkaruha gyártás területén. Cégünk az utóbbi évek alatt kimagasló fejlődésen ment keresztül, melynek bázisát a folyamatos minőségellenőrzés, és a színvonalas kiszolgálás képezi. Társaságunk jelentős magyarországi munka- és védőruha gyártóként van jelen a piacon. Termékkörünk folyamatosan bővült, és már nemcsak munkaruhák, védőruhák, hanem egészségügyi termékek, munka- és divatköpenyek gyártását is végezzük. Exportra egyelőre nem gyártunk, de minden munka-és védőruházati termékünk rendelkezik megfelelő tanúsítvánnyal; EK megfelelőségi nyilatkozattal, vagy típus tanúsítvánnyal. Cégünk most már három különböző telephelyen lévő üzemmel rendelkezik - a telephelyek Cegléden, Mezőtúron és Kunszentmártonban működnek. 1. Jelenleg 34 fő dolgozik nálunk. Legtöbben fizikai munkát végeznek, de rendelkezünk irodai dolgozókkal is, akik a kereskedelmi, gazdasági és irodai munkát végzik. Az irodai dolgozók képzettségi szintje felsőfokú (egyetemi, főiskolai) végzettség, legtöbbjük a Közös Európai Digitális Kompetencia Keretrendszer 5 területén középszintű, azaz önálló felhasználói szintű kompetenciával rendelkezik. A fizikai dolgozóink általában középfokú vagy általános végzettségűek. 2. A jelen projektünk megvalósítása során 26 fő bevonásra kerül. Munkavállalóink képzési igényét ahhoz igazítottuk, hogy milyen gépeket, eszközöket kell használniuk a mindennapok során és milyen további kompetenciákat kell érvényesíteniük. 3. A képzések között vállalatirányítási rendszer ismereti képzés és Felhőalapú megoldások képzés valósul meg több csoportban, mely az Ipar 4.0 megoldások alkalmazásához kapcsolódik. 4. Cégünk fejlesztendő és egyben fő tevékenysége is a 1412'08 Munkaruházat gyártása, ami nem szerepel a felhívás 2. mellékletében, mint az Irinyi Tervhez kiemelt területe. 5. IKT: Munkavállalóink tudását fejleszteni szükséges ezen a téren így „Vállalatirányítási rendszer ismeret” képzés és” Felhőalapú megoldások” képzés révén főképp az irodai munkavállalók megszerzik a szükséges IKT-használathoz, vállalati digitalizációhoz kapcsolódó tudást. 6. IKER 1. és IKER 2. szintű képzési programot nem alkalmazunk. 7. Cégünknél dolgozó hátrányos helyzetű munkavállalókat be kívánjuk vonni a képzésekbe. Fontosak számunkra, főképp fizikai alkalmazottak, ezért elsődleges célunk az ő megtartásuk, amit továbbképzésükkel is elérhetünk. A képzésbe külső személy bevonását nem tervezzük. A képzésbe a munkavállalóink közel 80%-át bevonjuk. 8. Nem releváns 9; 10. Projektünk fő célja, hogy versenyképes, a gazdasági igényeknek megfelelő képzettséggel, képességekkel rendelkező munkaerő álljon rendelkezésre. A projekt közvetlen célja, hogy a képzésbe bevont 26 fő olyan tudásra tegyen szert, melyet mindennapi munkájuk során használni tudnak, melyből cégünk és ők maguk is profitálhatnak. Csoportos oktatást szeretnénk megvalósítani. A képzéseket munkaidőben tervezzük kivitelezni, így szerves részei lennének mindennapi munkánknak, és segítenének hatékonnyá tenni munkavégzésünket. A projekt során összesen 5 db képzés valósul meg, legtöbbjük a Fktv. 2. § 5. pont szerinti egyéb képzésként. A hely miatt nem lehet az összes képzést leírni jelen pontban, így kérjük a képzési terv fület tekintsék irányadónak. A képzések 20-60 órások. A képzéseket 12 hónap alatt valósítjuk meg. 11;12;13;14. A képzéseket tevékenységünkhöz igazítottuk. Folyamatosan bővülünk és új piacokat keresve értékesítjük termékeinket. Így több jó szakemberre van szükségünk. A kötelező elégedettségméréseket a képző intézmény végzi el majd el, és az elégedettségmérés eredményeiről cégünket tájékoztatja. Az emberi és szervezeti erőforrások biztosítottak, jelentős irodai létszámmal rendelkezünk. A szakértői humán erőforrás kiválasztott képző cég részéről lesz biztosítva. A pénzügyi megvalósítás kockázatmentes és biztosított, tekintettel cégünk tőkéjére. A szükséges tárgyi feltételek cégünk székhelyén adottak. Megvalósulási helyünk Kunszentmártonban szabad vállalkozási zónában található. Itt van olyan terem, ahol a képzéseket könnyedén megtarthatjuk. A képzések befejezését követően a munkavégzés hatékonyságát mérjük. Folyamatközi ellenőrzést is végzünk, hogy felmérjük a képzések hatékonyságát (személyes elbeszélgetés, vezetői értékelés, kérdőíves felmérés) formájában. A hatékony megvalósítás érdekében projektmenedzsert veszünk igénybe. Ő felsőfokú végzettséggel és megfelelő szakmai gyakorlattal rendelkezik, ahogy a csatolt önéletrajzából is kiolvasható. A szervezéséhez, lebonyolítás segítéséhez szakmai megvalósítót jelölünk ki, aki a munkavállalók igényeit szem előtt tartva szervezi meg a képzéseket. (Hungarian)
