Our company has been providing services for 23 years, mainly in connection with customs duties. In addition to the administrator level, we also manage the activities at expert level and carry out the necessary related authorisation and appeal procedures. Since its inception, our company has been developing continuously, which is reflected in the increasing number of employees and in our growing Invoices. Our turnover increased from 47 million in 2012 to 60 million in 2016. Our number of employees reached 9 by 2017. Our pre-tax result has changed in greater variance since its inception. The vast majority of our current employees have secondary education (typically skilled workers and high school graduation). Digital competence is important for all our employees, as they all use their IT skills to varying degrees in their work. Therefore, we assessed the level of IT expertise during the preparation of the application and found that the digital competence of our employees should be developed in several cases, highlighting the development of spreadsheet competence. Therefore, out of ICT training, Excel knowledge training is intended to be implemented during the project, in which we plan to involve 3 people. During the pre-project needs assessment, we found that in addition to the development of ICT competence, our employees need training that improves work efficiency and communication efficiency. The following 3 planned training courses correspond to these requirements: Process planning and organisation training, the operation of Organisations in practice training, and the Emotional Intelligence training. In addition to the above, during the needs assessment 2 areas were identified where development is needed: information security, data protection and financial knowledge. It was expected for the training institution to assess the existing knowledge of our colleagues with different tasks, depending on the type of training, in order to support the most effective training. All trainings carried out during the project will be purchased from external service providers and all training will be Other training under Section 2(5) of the Fktv. 3 of the training courses (Information Security, Data Protection, Excel Knowledge, Financial Knowledge for Non-Financial) are still in the process of being approved, but the selected provider undertook to complete the licensing procedure for these trainings by 31.12.2018 (but at the latest by the start of the project’s planned implementation), so all planned training courses will be licensed at the time of the start of the training. Among the training courses, Information Security and Data Protection training is linked to the application of Industry 4.0 solutions (within the scope of IT data protection). In view of the future human resource needs of our enterprise, we plan to recruit additional employees in our medium-term development plan thanks to continuous development. All the training provided during the project is linked to the Irinyi Plan, as in this case the activity to be developed during the project concerns the following TEÁORs: 4618, 4669. Our company is engaged in the performance of these activities on a commercial basis, in which all our employees who plan to be involved in the project are involved in the implementation of this activity. Accordingly, the training of our participating staff contributes to the development of these activities. We do not intend to include persons not employed at the time of inclusion in the training, so the provision of recruitment or mentoring is not relevant in this case. The schedule of training courses was defined as taking into account the interests of the workers participating in the training (e.g. workload levels, holiday periods). In order to carry out the training, we have a locality at the place of implementation where the education can be carried out effectively. The successful implementation of the training courses is also supported by the professional implementation that is planned to be involved. The aim of the planned trainings is to be able to operate the activities to be developed effectively in an appropriate structure. They contribute to improving process and performance management, supporting work, reaching customers, developing the business model, complementing the development of data protection and spreadsheet competencies. The satisfaction measurement is carried out in cooperation with the training institution in accordance with the legal requirements, the results of which will be evaluated. (English)

    Társaságunk immár 23. éve végez, főként vámmal valamilyen összefüggésben levő, szolgáltatást. A tevékenységeket ügyintézői szint mellett szakértői szinten is kezeljük, elvégezzük a szükséges kapcsolódó engedélyezési- és jogorvoslati eljárásokat. Társaságunk a megalakulása óta folyamatosan fejlődik, ami megmutatkozik a növekvő munkavállalói létszámban és a növekvő árbevételünkben is. Árbevételünk a 2012-es 47 milliós szintről 2016-ban már 60 millióra emelkedett. Létszámunk 2017-re elérte a 9 főt. Adózás előtti eredményünk nagyobb szórásban változott a megalakulás óta. Jelenlegi munkavállalóink túlnyomó többsége középfokú végzettséggel rendelkezik (jellemzően szakmunkás, illetve gimnáziumi érettségi). Valamennyi munkavállalónk esetében van jelentősége a digitális kompetenciának, hiszen különböző mértékben ugyan, de munkájuk során mindannyian használják informatikai tudásukat. Ezért az informatikai szaktudás szintjét a pályázat előkésztése során felmértük és azt tapasztaltuk, hogy munkavállalóink digitális kompetenciája többek esetében is fejlesztendő terület, kiemelve a táblázatkezelési kompetencia fejlesztését. Ezért az IKT képzések közül az Excel ismeretek képzést kívánjuk a projekt során megvalósítani, amibe 3 főt tervezünk bevonni. A projektet megelőző igényfelmérés során azt tapasztaltuk, hogy az IKT kompetencia fejlesztése mellett olyan képzésekre van munkavállalóinknak szükségük, amelyek a munkavégzésbeli hatékonyságot, a kommunikációs hatékonyságot fejlesztik. E kívánalmaknak feleltethető meg az alábbi 3 tervezett képzés: Folyamattervezési, -szervezési tréning, a Szervezetek működése a gyakorlatban tréning, illetve az Érzelmi intelligencia tréning. A fentieken túl az igényfelmérés során 2 olyan terület merült fel, ahol fejlesztés szükséges: információbiztonság, adatvédelem, illetve pénzügyi ismeretek. Elvárás volt a képző intézmény felé, hogy az előzetes tudásmérés során képzéstípustól függően különböző feladatokkal mérje fel kollégáink meglévő ismereteit, ezzel is támogatva a leghatékonyabb képzések lebonyolítását. A projekt során megvalósuló valamennyi képzés külső szolgáltatótól vásárolt képzés lesz és valamennyi képzés Egyéb képzés lesz a Fktv 2 § 5. alapján. A képzések közül 3 képzés (Információbiztonság, adatvédelem, Excel ismeretek, Pénzügyi ismeretek nem pénzügyeseknek) engedélyeztetése még folyamatban van, de a kiválasztott szolgáltató vállalta, hogy e képzések engedélyeztetési eljárását 2018.12.31-ig (de legkésőbb a projekt tervezett megvalósításának kezdetéig) lefolytatja, így a képzések megkezdésének időpontjában valamennyi tervezett képzés engedéllyel rendelkezik majd. A képzések közül az Információbiztonság, adatvédelem képzés kapcsolódik az Ipar 4.0 megoldások alkalmazásához (azon belül is az informatikai adatvédelem célterületéhez kapcsolódik). Vállalkozásunk jövőbeli humán-erőforrás szükségletét tekintve a folyamatos fejlődésnek köszönhetően további munkavállalók felvételét tervezzük a középtávú fejlesztési tervünkben. A projekt során megvalósított valamennyi képzés kapcsolódik az Irinyi Tervhez, mivel esetünkben a projekt során fejlesztendő tevékenység az alábbi TEÁOR-okra vonatkozik: 4618, 4669. Vállalkozásunk ugyanis e tevékenységek végzésével üzletszerűen foglalkozik, mely tevékenység megvalósításában valamennyi a projektbe bevonni tervezett munkatársunk részt vesz. Ennek megfelelően a résztvevő munkatársaink képzése hozzájárul a nevezett tevékenységek fejlesztéséhez. A képzésbe nem kívánunk bevonni a bevonás időpontjában nem foglalkozatott személyeket így esetünkben a toborzásának, illetve a mentor biztosítása nem releváns. A képzések ütemezését úgy határoztuk meg, hogy tekintettel kívántunk lenni a képzésben résztvevő munkavállalók érdekeire (pl. leterheltségi szintek, szabadságolási időszakok). A képzések lebonyolításához a megvalósítás helyszínén rendelkezünk olyan helyiséggel, ahol az oktatás hatékonyan lebonyolítható. A képzések sikeres lebonyolítását segíti továbbá a bevonni tervezett szakmai megvalósító alkalmazása is. A tervezett képzések célja, hogy a fejlesztendő tevékenységeinket megfelelő struktúrában, hatékonyan tudjuk működtetni. Hozzájárulnak a folyamat és teljesítménymenedzsment javításához, a munkavégzés támogatásához, az ügyfelek eléréséhez, az üzleti modell fejlesztéséhez, kiegészítve az adatvédelmi és táblázatkezelési kompetenciák fejlesztésével. Az elégedettségmérés a képző intézménnyel együttműködve, a jogszabályi előírásoknak megfelelően valósul meg, melynek eredménye kiértékelésre kerül. (Hungarian)
