In January 2016, we opened our car gas refuelling station. Our company’s site is located in Bátonytereny, in one of the roundabouts of the main road 21, which has been extended to 2*2 lanes, so it is perfectly accessible to both local (Bátonyterenyes) and transiters. 2020 relating to core business In the first quarter of the year, Dibo SBH-E Installed self-service car wash equipment designed for industrial use at our site. The Hungarian representation of the product sells the 3-service equipment with the necessary accessories, as well as with 2 sided vacuum cleaners and banknote exchange equipment. The development is carried out under the GINOP grant scheme. During the last 12 months, our company has provided jobs for 6 employees. On the one hand, repair and roadworthiness testing of the vehicle, on the one hand, and the administrative work on the other. In the spring of 2019, our company submitted a tender for the publication of Porsche Hungária Kereskedelmi Kft., for the acquisition of official Volkswagen and Skoda dealership rights. Performing a successful 80 % Preaudit on 11.12.2019, we have the opportunity to represent the service activities of 3 brands, 2 persons and 1 small commercial vehicle brand in Nógrád County. Brands won in the framework of an open tender: Skoda, Volkswagen and Volkswagen small commercial vehicles. Contracts are being prepared and signed. The expansion of our existing activities based on vehicle servicing can only be envisaged by increasing technological and human resources capacity. In addition to the maintenance of the previously employed car mechanic staff, it was necessary to extend the professional staff by at least 2 persons. The launch of the brand service also extends the administrative obligations, so it is necessary to increase the number of staff by 1 additional person in this area as well. We increase the number of employees by 3 persons in the Free Entrepreneurship Zone, located in the vicinity of the Industrial Park of Bátonyterenye, at our site under the 939/41 district of Bátonyterenye. The site is still suitable for the 3-star workshop. There is a direct connection to High Road 21 thanks to the circular junction. The 3 employees to be recruited will be employed full-time, 40 hours per week following the issue of the Granting Certificate, expected from 01.04.2020. 2 out of 3 employees are employed as car mechanics, while 1 are employed as administrative staff. The expansion of the workforce and the purchase of machines at the same time are essential for the acquisition of Volkswagen and Skoda dealership rights and the maintenance of the 10-year contract to be signed. Based on the preliminary business plans and partner negotiations, we can significantly increase the revenue of HUF 55-60 million from the first financial year. We hope that within 2-3 years the annual net turnover will exceed HUF 100-110 million, while we will be able to realise a profit of HUF 4-5 million by doubling our taxed profit of HUF 2-3 million. Sound management will provide the necessary resources to invest in the medium term, thus ensuring the long-term employment of existing and newly recruited employees. With the help of Nkik, we can become a practical training site for apprentices with the help of the investments, thus ensuring the necessary professional supply at our company. Az L&L Leasy-Consulting Bt. 2006. áprilisában alakult, kezdetben eredetiségvizsgálati tevékenységgel, majd ez kibővült gépjármű hitelezéssel, használtautó értékesítéssel, biztosításközvetítői tevékenységgel, teljes körű gépjármű ügyintézéssel. 2013-ban fogalmazódott meg a szándék a cég további fejlesztésére elsősorban, mint Bátonyterenye térségében hiánypótló időszakos műszaki vizsgaállomás, biztosítási centrum létesítésére. Az eredetiségvizsgálat, használtautó adás-vétel, a teljes körű gépjármű ügyintézés továbbra is a cég profiljába tartozik. Az indulás után megvásároltuk a 3070 Bátonyterenye 939/41 hrsz. alatti telephelyül szolgáló ingatlant, majd ezt követően munkahelyteremtő pályázat segítségével szereltük fel a gépjármű javítását, használtautó kereskedelmet végző műhelyünket. Az alaptevékenységeken túl általános szervízmunkákat; futómű állítást; fékellenőrzést és -javítást; diagnosztikai vizsgálatot, általános hibakód olvasást; műszaki vizsgára történő felkészítést is végez társaságunk. Időszakos műszaki vizsgát az alábbi járműkategóriákban végzünk: • M1/M1G Személygépkocsi • N1/N1G Kistehergépkocsi 3,5 tonnáig • O1, O2 Utánfutó, pótkocsi, lakókocsi • LPG/Benzin kettős üzemű gépjárművek Flaga Hungária Kft. partnereként 2015. júniustól bővítettük szolgáltatásainkat gázcsere teleppel és gázfutár autóval. 2016. januárjában pedig megnyitottuk autógáz töltőállomásunkat. Társaságunk telephelye Bátonyterenyén, a 2*2 sávossá bővített 21-es fő közlekedési út egyik körforgalmában található, így kiválóan megközelíthető mind a helyi (bátonyterenyei), mind az átutazók számára. Az alaptevékenységhez kapcsolódóan 2020. I. negyedévében DiBO SBH-E Ipari felhasználásra tervezett, telepített önkiszolgáló autómosó berendezés telepítést valósítjuk meg telephelyünkön. A 3 kiszolgálóhelyes berendezést a szükséges kiegészítőkkel, valamint 2 oldali kiszolgálóhelyes porszívóberendezéssel, bankjegyváltó berendezéssel értékesíti részünkre a termék magyarországi képviselete. A fejlesztést a GINOP vissza térítendő támogatási konstrukciója keretében valósítjuk meg. Cégünk az elmúlt 12 hónap során 6 alkalmazott részére biztosított munkahelyet. Egyrészt a gépjármű javítás, műszaki vizsgáztatás szakmai, másrészt az adminisztratív munkákhoz kapcsolódóan. Társaságunk 2019. tavaszán pályázatot nyújtott be a Porsche Hungária Kereskedelmi Kft. kiírására, Hivatalos Volkswagen és Skoda márkaszerviz jog megszerzésére. 2019.12.11-i sikeres 80%-os Preauditot teljesítve 3 márka, 2 személy és 1 kishaszonjármű márka szerviztevékenységének Nógrád megyei képviseletére nyílik lehetőségünk. Nyílt pályázat keretében megnyert márkák: Skoda, Volkswagen és Volkswagen Kishaszonjármű. Szerződések előkészítése és azok aláírása folyamatban van. Meglévő eddigi, gépjármű szervizelésen alapuló tevékenységünk bővítése kizárólag technológiai és humánerőforrás kapacitás növeléssel képzelhető el. Az eddigiekben is foglalkoztatott autószerelő alkalmazottak megtartásán túl, szükségessé vált legalább 2 fővel a szakmai stáb bővítése. A márkaszervíz elindítása az adminisztrációs kötelezettségeket is kibővítik, így ezen a területen is további 1 fővel szükséges a létszám bővítése. A létszámunkat 3 fővel bővítjük a Szabad Vállalkozási Övezetben, a Bátonyterenyei Ipari Park szomszédságában található 3070 Bátonyterenye 939/41 hrsz. alatti telephelyünkön a foglalkoztatottak létszámát. A telephely jelenleg is alkalmas a 3 beállásos műhelynek. Közvetlen kapcsolat biztosított a 21-es számú főközlekedési úthoz, a körforgalmi csomópontnak köszönhetően. A felvételre kerülő 3 dolgozót teljes munkaidőben, heti 40 órás munkaviszonyban foglalkoztatjuk a Támogató Okirat kiállítását követően, várhatóan 2020.04.01-étől. A 3 dolgozóból 2 főt autószerelő, míg 1 főt adminisztratív munkatárs munkakörben foglalkoztatjuk. A dolgozói létszám bővítése és az ezzel egyidőben megvalósuló gépek beszerzése elengedhetetlen a Volkswagen és Skoda márkaszerviz jog megszerzéséhez és az aláírásra kerülő 10 éves szerződés fenntartásához. Az előzetes üzleti tervek és partneri tárgyalások alapján az eddigi 55-60 millió forintos árbevételt már az első üzleti évtől jelentősen meg tudjuk növelni. Reményeink szerint 2-3 éven belül az éves nettó árbevétel a 100-110 millió Ft-ot is meghaladja, míg az eddigi 2-3 millió Ft-os adózott eredményünket megduplázva, 4-5 millió Ft-os nyereséget tudunk realizálni. Az eredményes gazdálkodással megteremtődik a középtávon megvalósítandó beruházásokhoz szükséges forrás, így hosszú távon tudjuk biztosítani az eddigi és az újonnan felvett alkalmazottak munkahelyét. A beruházások megvalósításával a NKIK közreműködésével szakmunkás tanulók gyakorlati képzőhelyévé tudunk válni, így biztosítva a szükséges szakember utánpótlást vállalkozásunknál. (Hungarian)
