Our business is basically the production of wood-fired metal fireplaces and fireplaces. We export mainly to Germany and England, but there is also a strong demand for our products in Denmark, Sweden and Hungary. Every year our company participates in several international exhibitions, where we present the latest developments. Shoulder-KER Ltd. has a great advantage from manufacturing experience on the German market for more than 25 years, as it is not easy to meet the strict German quality requirements. Our main activity is the production of 2752 non-electric household appliances, 97-98 % of our turnover is derived from this, and the present development also serves the development of this activity. The proportion of turnover of our manufacturing business is 100 %. Target areas to be implemented during the project: Provision of trainings, Project preparation activities — Activities related to the preparation of trainings, provision of mandatory information and publicity. We plan to implement the training as a purchased service external training, quantifying 7 different courses. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, we prepare a professionally supported training plan with the help of an external service provider within the framework of preparatory activities. As part of the mandatory information, we implement the elements set out in the Széchenyi 2020 Arculati Manual, and we do not intend to declare any costs. The level of qualifications of our employees to be involved in the project is as follows: 24 % with tertiary education; 10 % of qualifications exceeding secondary school; 28 % with secondary education and 38 % with low education. The level of general and specialised IT expertise related to the posts will be treated as a required personal competence at the time of recruitment, depending on the position to be filled. Nevertheless, some jobs (e.g. mechanical locksmiths) have a very low level of digital competence, which needs to be improved. The implementation of training to support the application of IPAR 4.0 solutions is of particular importance to us, so it is also necessary to implement ICT-related trainings in order to achieve our goal, such as the Informatics for Employees training. Our connection to the Irinyi Plan is most evident in the fact that the main activity and profile of our company is 2752 non-electric household appliances (metal fireplaces). Our activity is also related to the construction industry, so our main activities are 2752 TEAOR felül:2561, 2511, 2530, 2521, 2811, 2573, 2599. All of the trainings to be delivered by us support the improvement of the competitiveness of our Company, the improvement of our production efficiency and the long-term IPAR4.0 technological development. All the trainings to be implemented are therefore linked to the Irinyi Plan, as the development of all workers involved in the training is closely linked to the performance of our main activities. Our aim is to involve workers who are disadvantaged according to their age and educational attainment. 42 % of the trained workers are disadvantaged workers. We do not plan to involve outside persons outside our own employees in the training. The planned training courses and the persons to be involved in the training were defined in a complex process, in which meetings took place both at management, business and overall level. The content of the selected training courses is the same as your needs. The training schedule, the implementation period of the project was designed to meet their requests, taking into account the periods of leave and the more burdened periods. Cégünk minden évben több nemzetközi kiállításokon is részt vesz, ahol bemutatjuk a legújabb fejlesztéseket. A VÁLL-KER Kft. számára nagy előnyt jelent a több mint 25 éves német piacra történő gyártási tapasztalat, hiszen a szigorú német minőségi elvárásoknak nem könnyű megfelelni. Fő tevékenységünk a 2752 Nem villamos háztartási készülék gyártása, árbevételünk 97-98%-a ebből származik és a jelen fejlesztés is ezen tevékenység fejlesztését szolgálja. Feldolgozóipari tevékenységünk árbevételének aránya 100%.. A projekt során megvalósítandó célterületek: Képzések lebonyolítása, Projekt előkészítési tevékenységek - Képzések előkészítésével kapcsolatos tevékenységek, Kötelező tájékoztatás és nyilvánosság biztosítása. A képzések lebonyolítását vásárolt szolgáltatásként megvalósuló külső képzésként tervezzük megvalósítani, számszerűsítve 7 különböző képzést. A projekt gördülékeny megvalósítása érdekében külső szolgáltató bevonásával, szakmailag alátámasztott képzési tervet készítünk előkészítési tevékenység keretében. A megvalósítani kívánt képzések mindegyike kapcsolódik tehát az Irinyi Tervhez, hiszen a képzésbe bevont valamennyi munkavállaló fejlesztése fő tevékenységeink végzésével szorosan összefüggenek. Célunk olyan munkavállalók bevonása a képzésekbe, akik életkoruk, iskolai végzettségük szerint hátrányosabb helyzetűek. A képzésbe bevont munkavállalók 42%-a hátrányos helyzetű munkavállaló. A kiválasztott képzések tartalma megegyezik igényeikkel. A képzési ütemezést, a projekt megvalósítási időszakát úgy állítottuk össze, hogy kéréseiknek megfeleljen, szabadságolási, valamint a leterheltebb időszakokat figyelembe véve. Elvárás a képző intézmény felé, hogy az előzetes tudásszintmérés során képzéstípustól függően gyakorlati, írásbeli feladatokkal mérje fel kollégáink korábban megszerzett ismereteit, ezzel is támogatva a leghatékonyabb képzések lebonyolítását, valamint, azoknál a képzéseknél, ahol erre lehetőség van, a képzési program tudásszint szerinti módosítását. Célunk, hogy munkavállalóink legalább 80%-os elégedettséggel zárják a képzéseket. A projekt keretein belül 5 db Egyéb képzés - Fktv. 2 § 5. alá tartozó képzést: LEAN alapképzés (152óra), Bevezetés az IPAR4.0 megoldásokba (40óra), Informatikai ismeretek munkavállalóknak (84óra), IKER 1 (35 óra), IKER2 (35 óra), valamint 1 db Kombinált nyelvi képzést: Angol KER A1 (90 óra) és 1 db OKJ szerinti szakképesítésre felkészítő képzést valósítunk meg: Targoncavezető képzés (60óra) . Ezeken a képzéseken összesen 57 fő vesz részt. Az általunk megvalósítandó képzések egyrészt a termelési folyamatokkal, illetve technológiákkal kapcsolatos szakismeretek bővítését, másrészt pedig a sikert támogató készségek, képességek fejlesztését szolgálják.
