MenDan Hotel Ltd. is a dynamically developing company that continuously expands its services. MenDan Magic Spa & Wellness Hotel**** superior offers 308 rooms and apartments in Zalakaros, located in Zalakaros. We gained experience in the field of project management and in the implementation of winning tenders. The company takes into account the training and continuous professional development of employees. We are expanding our staff to the extent possible, which is very difficult due to the steady decline in the number of young people in vocational training. We provide traineeships for many young people in the framework of an apprenticeship. Several young apprentices were students with us: cook, waitress, restaurant professions. The company’s turnover and results have been improving in recent years, ensuring stability, implementation and financing without problems if the aid is received. Within the framework of the project, we will recruit 6 young people under the age of 25 who have completed their qualifications in school-based training with employment resulting in a new status. The project provides support for their employment for 6 months, provides the opportunity to carry out corporate contact activities and to acquire new equipment for the work of trainees in order to create the material conditions. The project contributes to the increase of our statistical staff, to the acquisition of practical and professional experience of six young people and to their independent work at the end of the project. Quantifiable result of the project: 6 trainees employed for a minimum of 9 months and 6 key performance reviews using progress logs. The budget of the project is as follows: — Trainees’ wage subsidy of HUF 250 000 per month + HUF 47 500 employer’s contribution for 6-6 months, totalling HUF 10 710 000 per six trainees. Gross wages include gross wages and other types of personal payments. — The wage subsidy of 3 corporate contact persons is HUF 120 000/month for 6-6 months, totalling HUF 2 160 000. — A total of 2 000 HUF was planned to provide publicity — for the preparation of a project table. — A total amount of HUF 5 146 000 will be obtained for the trainee’s work: for catering, 500 pcs 24 cl ohar, 60 jugs, 120 soft drinks glasses, 120 cups with Moroccan, 120 cups with cocktails, 300 wine glasses, 240 champagne glasses, 100 cups, 100 cups, 300 plates 16 cm, 300 plates 24 cm, 250 bowls 8 cm, 150 small forks 150 pcs. 300 dining forks, 300 dining knives, 50 salt spreaders, 50 pepper spreaders, 1000 pcs teaspoons, 400 soup cups, 30 snack cups, 90 pcs serving baskets, 1 ice machine, 1 glass dishwasher, 100 tablecloths, 100 clothes napkins, 1 kitchen machine, 1 food evaporator, 15 waiter trays. A MenDan Hotel Kft. dinamikusan fejlődő, szolgáltatásait folyamatosan bővítő vállalkozás. Zalakaros városában, a kft. működtetésében álló MenDan Magic Spa & Wellness Hotel**** superior közvetlenül a városi fürdőszomszédságában 308 szobával és apartmannal várja kedves vendégeit. Az elegancia és otthonosság, a profizmus és kedves közvetlenség kettősségét tükrözi stílusuk, hangulatuk. A vállalkozás foglalkoztatásában leginkább szakképzett szakemberek szerepelnek: szakács, pincér és vendéglátós szakemberek, továbbá kisebb számban felsőfokú végzettséggel rendelkező alkalmazottak is vannak. Korábban már megvalósítottunk eszközbeszerzéssel, szolgáltatásbővítéssel és építkezéssel járó projekteket, munkabért támogató programokat, melyek hozzájárultak fejlődésünkhöz. Tapasztalatot szereztünk a projektmenedzsment területén, nyertes pályázatok megvalósításában. A cég szem előtt tartja a munkavállalók képzését, folyamatos szakmai fejlődését. Lehetőséghez mérten bővítjük állományunkat, amely a szakképzésben tanult fiatalok számának folyamatos csökkenése miatt nagyon nehéz. Tanulószerződés keretében számos fiatalnak biztosítunk szakmai gyakorlati helyet. Több tanulószerződéses fiatal is nálunk volt tanuló: szakács, felszolgáló, vendéglős szakmákban. A vállalkozás árbevétele és eredménye az utóbbi években javuló tendenciát mutat, mely biztosítja a stabilitást, a támogatás elnyerése esetén a probléma nélküli megvalósítást, finanszírozást. A projekt keretén belül új státusz betöltését eredményező foglalkoztatással felveszünk 6 fő 25 év alatti, pályakezdő fiatalt, aki szakképzettségét iskolai rendszerű képzésben szerezte meg. A projekt támogatást nyújt 6 hónapon keresztül a foglalkoztatásukhoz, lehetőséget teremt vállalati kapcsolattartó tevékenység ellátására és a gyakornokok munkájához szükséges új eszközök beszerzésére is a tárgyi feltételek megteremtése céljából. A projekt hozzájárul statisztikai létszámunk növeléséhez, hat fiatal gyakorlati, szakmai tapasztalatszerzéséhez, a projekt befejeztével önálló munkavégzéséhez. A projekt számszerűsíthető eredménye: 6 fő gyakornok foglalkoztatása minimum 9 hónapon keresztül, továbbá 6 fő teljesítményértékelése előrehaladási naplók segítségével. A projekt költségvetése a következőképpen alakul: - Gyakornokok bértámogatás havi 250 000 Ft bruttó bér + 47 500 Ft munkáltatói járulék 6-6 hónapon keresztül, összesen 10 710 000 Ft a hat gyakornokra.
