P&P Fémipari Kft. was founded in 2006. At the beginning, only self-employment was intended for family members, but now employs 37 people. Earlier, when unemployment was high in the region, the provision of skilled labour was simpler than today. Stirrup micrometer '30-66 mm 1 pc 143 657 Ft The external seeger ring inserts check 5.Digital micrometer 0-25 mm 1 pcs 59 736 Ft 6.Digital micrometer 25-50 mm 1 pc 82 173 Ft • Digital micrometers help to measure bearing nests and develop the millennium micrometer measurement and precise working culture in the intern. 7. A P&P Fémipari Kft 2006-ban alakult családi vállalkozás. Kezdetben csak az önfoglalkoztatás volt a célja a családtagoknak, de mára 37 főt foglalkoztat.Korábban, amikor a munkanélküliség magas volt a régióban, a szakképzett munkaerő biztosítása egyszerűbb volt, mint napjainkban. A társaság tulajdonosai felismerték annak lehetőségét és szükségességét, hogy szakember utánpótlásukat gyakornoki program keretében biztosítsák. A gyakornoki program keretében alkalmazni kívánt munkaerő gépgyártás technológiai végzettséggel rendelkezik, az elméleti képzettsége megvan a leendő munkakör betöltéséhez. A projekt megvalósításához szükséges költségek a következőek: I Eszközbeszerzés költségei A gyakornokot a forgácsolás egyik legmagasabb tudást igénylő területén alkalmazzuk megmunkáló központ kezelését és beállítását fogja végezni, amelyen tengelyszerű alkatrészeket gyártunk. Az alábbiakban felsorolt eszközök szükségesek a gyakornok foglalkoztatásához, a feltételek biztosításához annak érdekében, hogy munkatapasztalatot szerezzen. 1. Digital caliper for wall thickness, 4 - 1 db 32 053 Ft • Megmunkáló központon készített csőszerű alkatrészek falvastagságát tudja ellenőrizni illetve segíti a helyes korrekciózásban 3. Kengyeles mikrométer 0-30mm 1 db 97 708 Ft 4. Kengyeles mikrométer '30-66mm 1 db 143 657 Ft Kengyeles mikrométerrel a külső seeger gyűrű beszúrásokat tuja ellenőrizni 5.Digitális mikrométer 0-25 mm 1 db 59 736 Ft 6.Digitális mikrométer 25-50 mm 1 db 82 173 Ft • A digitális mikrométerek a csapágyfészkek mérését segítik elő , illetve az ezred mikrométeres mérés elsajátítást és precíz munkavégzés kultúráját fejlesztik a gyakornokban. 7. Szerszámos kocsi 1 db 143 366 Ft • A fenti mérőeszközök áttekinthető és állagmegóvó tárolását segíti elő. 8.
