    A társaság 1993.07.01-én alakult bt-ként magánszemélyek részvételével, majd 1994. 12.31-én kft-vé alakult át. Jelenleg 2 fő magánszemély, Dékány Józsefné és Turner Zsuzsanna tulajdona, akik személyesen is közreműködnek a Kft. működtetésében. A Kft. fő tevékenysége komplett ügyviteli szolgáltatás, számviteli, könyvvizsgálói, bérszámfejtői, adószakértői tevékenység. A könyvvizsgálói tevékenység körében folyamatos és eseti könyvvizsgálatot, vagyonértékelést, átalakulások könyvvizsgálatát látja el a vállalkozás. A társaság árbevétele folyamatosan növekvő tendenciát mutat az elmúlt 5 évben átlagosan évről évre 10% körüli bővülés figyelhető meg, mely az adózás előtti eredményben is megmutatkozik. A társaság jelenleg egy székhellyel rendelkezik, melyet indulás óta használ, egyéb ingatlana jelenleg nincs. A Kft. alkalmazottainak száma jelenleg 6 fő. A 9 hónap időtartamra tervezett projekt keretében 1 fő gyakornok kerülne felvételre és alkalmazásra. A felvenni kívánt 1 fő gyakornok jelenleg a mérlegképes könyvelői tanfolyamot végzi, vállalkozási területen fog mérlegképes könyvelői képesítést szerezni 1 éven belül (OKJ 5534407) A vállalkozásnál lévő szakmai gyakorlatával lehetőség nyílik, hogy regisztrált mérlegképes könyvelő lehessen, hiszen az OKJ-s tanfolyam elvégzését követően kötelező hároméves könyvelőként eltöltött gyakorlati idő szükséges a jelöltnek ahhoz, hogy regisztrált mérlegképes könyvelő váljon belőle. A gyakornok egyrészt a könyvelés területén szerezne tapasztalatot szenior könyvelő irányítása mellett az alábbi területeken: - Bizonylatok formai és tartalmi ellenőrzése, iktatása, archiválása; - Bizonylatok rögzítése könyvelő programban (NOVITAX); - Egyéb pénzügyi és adminisztrációs feladatok; - Könyvelő munkájának segítése, - adatrögzítés, számlák sorbarendezése, archiválás - kimenő és bejövő számlák rögzítése, - bank, pénztár rögzítése; - adófolyószámlák lekérése, egyeztetése; - aktív részvétel a mindennapi munkában; Másrészt a könyvvizsgálati asszisztencia területén szerezne tapasztalatot az alábbi területeken: - a megszerzett könyvvizsgálati dokumentáció összerendezése, iktatása a könyvvizsgáló programban (METRUM REFERENCIA), „rögzítése” és katalogizálása A vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartói feladatot Csejtey-Dékány Dóra, a Kft. alkalmazottja, a könyvelő iroda irodavezetője fogja ellátni. 2014-től dolgozik a Kft-nél. Feladatai: könyvvizsgálói feladatokban való aktív részvétel, kisvállalkozások könyvelése, adótanácsadása, bérszámfejtése. Legmagasabb iskolai végzettsége okleveles közgazdász és okleveles könyvvizsgáló.
