RIWEX Commercial and Service Ltd. It was founded on 12 December 1992 as a family business. We currently deliver to more than 120 shops and 12 public institutions on a daily basis. The sales safety of our products is served by the sample shop next to the bakery, as well as two small stores operated in Mád and Szerencs settlements. At the same time, the development of our business is hampered by the lack of qualified professionals. This is why we would like to have a main confectioner (FEOR code: 5135) (training ID: 34 811 01) a young graduate who is committed to his profession and could be expected in the future, not only during the project and during the compulsory re-employment period. The company’s internship contact would be the head of the company, who already has several years of professional experience, since he has been actively involved in the operation of the company since its establishment. Within the framework of the project 2 baking systems will be purchased. The tool would only be used by the trainee to distinguish the products he produces. The aim of this would be to help you to make the best possible products and to carry out your evaluation in an objective way. We would jointly evaluate the products it produces and discuss the positives or possible mistakes. Of course, after the initial period, its products would also be placed on the market. A RIWEX Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft. 1992. december 12-én alakult családi vállalkozásként. Jelenleg több mint 120 boltba és 12 közintézménybe szállítunk napi rendszerességgel. Termékeink értékesítési biztonságát szolgálja a pékség mellett kialakított mintabolt, valamint két kis áruház, melyeket Mád és Szerencs településeken üzemeltetünk. Az évek során a nyereségünket visszaforgatva több korszerűsítést hajtottunk végre a gyártás, tárolás és értékesítés területén. Bővítettük a készáruraktár területét, liszttároló és adagoló silórendszert vásároltunk,új korszerű berendezésekkel szereltük fel a mintaboltunkat, növeltük a szállítójárművek számát. Az élelmiszer-higiéniai követelményeket szem előtt tartva 2002-ben kialakítottuk a HACCP rendszert. A termelés volumenének növekedése új igényeket támasztott az adminisztrációs munkával kapcsolatban is. Gépesítettük a napi megrendelések nyilvántartását, valamint a kiszállítás és számlázás folyamatát, 2010-ben pedig korszerű vállalatirányítási rendszert vezettünk be. A vállalkozásunk fejlődését ugyanakkor a megfelelő képzettségű szakemberek hiánya hátráltatja. A projekt keretében ezért szeretnénk egy fő cukrász (FEOR kód: 5135) végzettségű (képzési azonosító: 34 811 01) pályakezdő fiatalt foglalkoztatni, aki elhivatott a szakmája iránt és a jövőben is lehetne rá számítani, nem csak a projekt és kötelező továbbfoglalkoztatási idő alatt. A vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartó a vállalkozás vezetője lenne, aki több éves szakmai tapasztalattal rendelkezik már, hiszen az alapítás óta tevékenyen részt vállal a vállalkozás működésében. A projekt keretén belül 2 db keretes sütőrendszer kerülne majd beszerzésre. Az eszközt kizárólag a gyakornok használná, hogy az általa készített termékek megkülönböztethetőek legyenek. Ezzel az lenne a célunk, hogy segítsük a munkáját, hogy minél jobb termékeket készíthessen és a projekten belüli értékelését is objektíven elvégezhessük majd. Az általa készített termékeket közösen kiértékelnénk és átbeszélnénk a pozitívumokat, vagy az esetleges hibákat. Természetesen a kezdeti időszakot követően az ő általa készített termékek is forgalomba kerülnének. Munkája során a gyakornok a cukrász szakma minden területébe betekintést nyerhetne. (Hungarian)
