Our company has been launched in response to the existing market demand and has been operating in its present form since 2006. According to our profile: We are Renault and Dacia dealership and service. Our employees consist primarily of locally qualified workers, currently employing 29 people, and their number is growing year after year. Our turnover is increasing progressively: we have doubled our revenue over the last 5 years and have a high growth potential: 2018: 1 908 235e HUF, 2017: 1 725 189e HUF, 2016: HUF 1 756 364e, 2015:1 264 142e HUF, 2014: 975 031e HUF. Depending on our investments, our results generally follow this in proportion: 2018: 81 341 HUF, 2017: HUF 54 696e, 2017: 50 536e HUF, 2015:78 809e HUF, 2014: 53 228e HUF. As you can see, since the beginning of our operations, we have ended our years with results, which allows for a stable and predictable operation. Today, the exhibition hall of the more than 900 m² dealership is available, which is suitable for the presentation of 7-8 new vehicles, which is already exhibiting new elements of Renault, which is unique in Hungary at the moment. Our existing services have been expanded further, with Dácia salon, bodywork workshop, technical examination line, washing machine. Our 6 set-up service is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and mechanical tools, in which we have created a separate space for professional repair of small-duty vehicles. Our bodywork department is one of the most modern right now. Thanks to our exclusive distribution agreement, we have an exceptional position in the area, and this type of vehicle can only be purchased with us. Negative trends in the labour market have an impact on us: most skilled workers were employed in Austria, with very few remaining in the area. That’s why we submitted 2. We want to focus on the training and employment of young people, because we see that the extra energy they put into them pays off, they are loyal to the company and they use their knowledge in the longer term. Quantifiable results of the project: The aim of this project is to recruit 1 car mechanic trainee, employ 1 corporate trainee contact person (Attila Bendes), purchase the equipment necessary for the trainee’s work (detailed below), reimbursement of administrative (general overhead) costs and ensure publicity in line with KTK 2020 (“C” table). 1 person Auto mechanic technician, OKJ_54-525-01, 220.000 HUF gross wage, 1 corporate internship contact person 64.000 HUF gross wage: NAME: Attila Bendes, EXPENDITURE: Master of car mechanics, APPLICATION: nearly 25 years of car mechanic and several students have successfully participated in practical education in recent years, Workshop manager at Kristóf Autóház Kft. since 2001. This project contributes to the trainee’s professional experience by meeting real-life challenges after obtaining theoretical and minimal practical knowledge, who will be able to deepen their knowledge, gain a routine in various tasks, but will also gain experience in the field of work ethic and attitude, which will be useful later in general and in all kinds of jobs. With continuous and traceable feedback, you will see a measurable improvement that increases your self-esteem and learns modern workplace practices that will effectively provide feedback to others in the future. Cégünket a meglévő piaci keresletre indítottuk el, jelen formájában 2006 óta működik. Profilunk szerint: Renault és Dacia márkakereskedés és szervíz vagyunk. Alkalmazottaink elsősorban helyi szakképzett munkaerőből áll, jelenleg 29 főt foglalkoztatunk, számuk évről évre növekszik. Árbevételünk progresszíven növekszik: az elmúlt 5 évben megdupláztuk bevételünket, nagy növekedési potenciállal rendelkezünk: 2018: 1 908 235e Ft, 2017: 1 725 189e Ft, 2016: 1 756 364e Ft, 2015:1 264 142e Ft, 2014: 975 031e Ft. A beruházásaink függvényében ezt az eredményünk is arányosan leköveti általában: 2018: 81 341e Ft, 2017: 54 696e Ft, 2017: 50 536e Ft, 2015:78 809e Ft, 2014: 53 228e Ft. Ahogy látható, működésünk kezdete óta eredménnyel zárjuk az éveinket, ami egy stabil és kiszámítható működést tesz lehetővé. Mára a több mint 900 m2-es márkakereskedés kiállítóterme áll rendelkezésünkre, mely 7-8 új gépjármű bemutatására alkalmas, már a Renault új arculati elemeit vonultatja fel, mely pillanatnyilag egyedülálló Magyarországon. Meglévő szolgáltatásainkat tovább szélesítve, Dácia szalonrésszel, karosszéria műhellyel, műszaki vizsgasorral, mosóval bővítettük. 6 beállásos szervizünk a legmodernebb diagnosztikai és mechanikai eszközökkel szereltük fel, melyben külön helyet alakítottunk ki kishaszon-gépjárművek professzionális javítására. A karosszéria részlegünket jelenleg az egyik legkorszerűbb. A kizárólagos forgalmazói szerződésünknek köszönhetően a környékben kivételes pozíciót foglalunk el, ilyen típusú gépjárműveket nálunk lehet csak vásárolni. A munkaerőpiac negatív tendenciái ránk hatványozottan hatnak: a legtöbb szakképzett munkavállaló Ausztriában helyezkedett el, nagyon kevesen maradtak a környéken. Ezért is nyújtottuk be 2. Gyakornoki program pályázatunkat, mert elsősorban a fiatalok képzésére és foglalkoztatására szeretnénk a hangsúlyt fektetni, ugyanis azt látjuk, hogy a beléjük vetett plusz energia megtérül, lojálisan állnak a céghez és hosszabb távon kamatoztatják nálunk a megszerzett tudásukat. Ezek a kéziszerszámok teszik lehetővé, hogy az autószereléssel kapcsolatos feladatokat teljeskörűen elláthassa a felvenni kívánt gyakornok. A projekt megvalósításához azért szükségesek, mert a napi karbantartási feladatok ezen kéziszerszámok nélkül nem elvégezhetőek. A gyakornok szakmai tapasztalatához jelen projekt úgy járul hozzá, hogy az elméleti és minimális gyakorlati tudás megszerzése után a való életbeli kihívásokkal fog találkozni a munkavállaló, aki ezáltal el tudja mélyíteni a tudását, rutint szerez a különböző feladatokban, de a munkamorál és attitűd terén is tapasztalatot fog szerezni, ami általánosságban és mindenféle munkakörben jól kamatoztatható lesz majd a későbbiekben. A folyamatos és nyomonkövethető visszajelzések által egy mérhető fejlődést fog maga előtt látni, ami növeli az önbecsülését, ráadásul megtanulja azokat a modern munkahelyi gyakorlatokat, mellyel hatékonyan tud majd a későbbiekben maga is visszajelzést adni másoknak.
