The main objective of the project applied for is the training of skilled workers. The company suffers from a lack of capacity as a worker, unable to perform enough tasks. Our young students are supported professionally, we carefully explain each installation process, we accompany their implementation so that our young colleagues can build on a stable foundation. In the framework of the project we would like to participate in the GINOP-5.2.4-16 project with a young entrant. A certain level of support is urgently needed in order to receive as a grant the wages of young people who have left school who are unable to work independently, because they are still able to carry out very few independent, value-creating jobs. The aim is to enable the trainee to work independently on plumbing basic fittings, to form pipe networks, to complete their installation and refurbishment. For the construction and installation of heating networks. The quality work equipment required for these is of relatively high value. A fiatal tanulóinkat szakmailag maximálisan támogatjuk, minden egyes szerelési folyamatot körültekintően elmagyarázunk, kivitelezését végig kísérjük, hogy fiatal kollégáink stabil alapokra építhessenek. A projekt keretében jelenleg egy pályakezdő fiatallal szeretnénk részt venni a GINOP-5.2.4-16 pályázat keretében. Égetően szükség van egy bizonyosfokú támogatásra ahhoz, hogy az iskolából kikerült, még önállóan dolgozni nem tudó fiatalok bérét támogatásként megkapjuk, hiszen ők még nagyon kevés, önálló, értékteremtő munkát képesek elvégezni. Cél, hogy a gyakornok képes legyen vízvezeték alapszerelések önálló munkavégzésére, csőhálózatok kialakítására, azok teljes szerelésére, átalakítására. Fűtéshálózatok kialakítására, felszerelésére. Az ezekhez szükséges minőségi munkaeszköz relatíve nagy értékű. Ezért szeretnénk megpályázni a projekt által felkínált munkaeszköz vásárlási támogatást. Így a pályakezdő fiatal mellé tudunk biztosítani kezdő munkavállaói eszköz hátteret, aminek költségét a projekt támogatásából finanszírozhatjuk. A projekt keretében vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartói feladatot ellátó személy az ügyvezető, aki kordinálja a napi szintű feladatvégzést. Valamint gyakornoki kapcsolattartóként szakmai, segítő, értékelő, feladatkijelölő és a szakképzési centrummal kapcsolatot tartó, a gyakorlati foglalkozást dokumentáló (beszámoló, előrehaladási napló) és teljesítményértékelői szerepkört tölt be a pályakezdő mellett. A szakmailag felkészült, több, mint 30 éves, szakmában naponta végzett munkatapasztalattal rendelkezik gyakornoki kapcsolattartó, egyben ügyvezető, Szőke Gábor. Középfokú végzettsége, technikumi érettségi mellett, Gázszerelő mester és Gáz felülvizsgálói bizonyítvánnyal is rendelkezik. A gyakornok egy olyan tudásbázist tud elsajátítani a projekt által biztosított eszközpark és „oktatói” kapcsolattartói támogatással, ami felkészíti őt az életszerű, sokoldalú tevékenységek elvégzésére, vagyis önálló munkavégzésre nevel.
