In addition to the production of steel structures, we also produce water purification filters and equipment for fish rearing technologies as part of our main activity. Our company has a significant export activity. In 2014, 38.5 % of net turnover came from exports, i.e. 27.3 % in 2015 and around 20 % in 2016 and 2017. We consider it important that practical training in vocational training should take place under real labour market conditions. We support this approach by taking a role in preparing future employees, and we have signed apprenticeships with educational institutions twice in recent years. As an employer, the internship program brings us to finding our own recruitment among young people. In the framework of our project, we hire 2 trainees in weld jobs, for which we expect a qualification of 34 521 06 OKJ. The aim of the project is to ensure the acquisition of high-quality practical knowledge for young workers, while providing suitable working conditions, and by the end of the programme we will have young and highly qualified professionals available to our business. By acquiring practical knowledge, they will have the opportunity to pass a qualification exam, thereby improving their position on the labour market, but our primary goal is to retain these workers in the long term, which will also help our business to develop. During the implementation, equipment directly assisting the new employees will be purchased 1 Micro Mig 350 BasicPlus consumable electrode welding machine, net unit price: HUF 749 700. 1 Pcs Handy TIG 180 DC ControlPro AWI welding system, net unit price 615 040 Ft. 1 pcs CleanSpace2 fresh air respiratory protection system, net unit price 198 000 Ft. 1 pcs control software Lorch Multi Material net 12800 Ft. 2 automatic welding head shields net 59 764 Ft/piece, net total: 119 528 Ft. 4 welding masks net 2 188 HUF/piece, total net 8 752 Ft. Safety glasses 2 pieces, net 13 000 Ft/piece, total: 26 000 HUF. 4 welding cloaks, net HUF 23 688, total net 94 752 HUF. 2 OSH boots, net 11 006 HUF/piece, total: HUF 22 012, 4 buckled welders, net 3 800 HUF/pcs, total: 15 200 HUF. 4 pcs welding armguards net 4500 Ft/pcs, total 18000 Ft 4pcs Welding jacket, net 12 000 Ft/pcs, i.e. 48 000 Ft, 4 pcs welding breast trousers, net 12 500 HUF/pcs, total: 50 000 HUF. In addition to the above, one project table net 10 000 HUF and the accounting costs incurred by additional labour are recorded net HUF 4000/month, total net HUF 36 000. In addition to the assets, we calculated the wages of the two employees, their contributions and cash cafeteria of HUF 8 000 per month, which represents a total of HUF 4 075 308 for staff, and we planned HUF 80 000 per month for 9 months in the case of 1 contact person. The tools are suitable for welding all the materials we use, so it will be the basic tool for their job. The software supports the operation and programming of the system. The fresh air system and occupational safety devices are necessary to create mandatory safety conditions. Zoltán Papp’s quality manager will act as the contact person for the company. In addition to being an excellent representative of the field since 1997 (skills: machine cutting, turning master, cutting technician, Fémipari Kft. is responsible for quality control in the field of quality management. The welding profession is considered to be a lack of expertise, so our project fully contributes to remedying this problem, by training professionals with appropriate practical and theoretical knowledge to achieve the result of the acquired tools by increasing their labour value.     A Fémipari Kft. egy 100 %-ban magyar magánszemélyek tulajdonában levő vállalkozás, mely összességében több mint 25 éve tevékenykedik. A Fémipari Kft. 2000. november 22-vel került bejegyzésre, ezt megelőzően 1990. június 6-tól az átalakulásig "FÉMIPARI" Gazdasági Munkaközösségként folytatta a tevékenyégét. A megrendelők túlnyomó többsége német, osztrák és svéd vállalatok, de több hazai céggel is tartós vállalkozói kapcsolatban vagyunk. Főtevékenységünk TEAOR 08’ 25.11 – Fémszerkezet gyártás – az árbevételünk túlnyomó többsége is ezen tevékenységünkből származik. Elsősorban acél csővezeték-rendszer elemek (csövek, csőidomok, stb.) tartószerkezetek és hegesztett berendezések gyártásával foglalkozunk. A termékeinket rendszerint egyedi megrendelésre, magas minőségben állítjuk elő. Árbevételeink az elmúlt 5 évben folyamatosan 200 millió felett vannak, egyes évek során nagyobb volumenű megrendelések alkalmával ezt az értéket jelentősen meg is haladták. A foglalkoztatotti létszámunk 31-34 között ingadozott az elmúlt 5 évben, ezáltal stabilnak mondható. A vállalkozásunk egy telephelyen végzi tevékenységét, amely saját tulajdonát képezi. Acélszerkezetek gyártása mellett, víztisztító szűrők, valamint halnevelési technológiákhoz szükséges berendezések gyártásával is foglalkozunk a főtevékenységünk keretében. Vállalkozásunk jelentős exporttevékenységet folytat. A nettó árbevételből 2014-ben 38,5 % származott exportból, ez az érték 2015-ben 27,3%, míg 2016 és 2017-ben 20 % körüli volt. Fontosnak tartjuk, hogy a szakképzésben a gyakorlati felkészítés valós munkaerő-piaci körülmények között történjen. Ezt a szemléletet támogatjuk azzal, hogy szerepet vállalunk a jövő munkavállalóinak felkészítésében, az elmúlt években eddig két alkalommal kötöttünk tanulószerződést oktatási intézményekkel. Munkáltatóként a gyakornoki program hozadéka, hogy a saját munkaerőutánpótlásunkat is megtalálhatjuk a fiatalok között. Projektünk keretében 2 fő gyakornok foglalkoztatását vállaljuk hegesztő munkakörben, amihez 34 521 06 OKJ számú végzettséget várunk el. A projekt által elérni tervezett célunk, hogy a fiatal felvenni tervezett munkavállók számára megfelelő munkakörülmények biztosítása mellett, magas színvonalú gyakorlati tudás elsajátítását biztosítsuk, ezáltal a program végére a vállalkozásunk számára fiatal és magasan képzett szakemberek fognak rendelkezésre állni. A gyakorlati tudás elsajátításával lehetőségük lesz minősítő vizsga letételére, ezáltal a munkarőpiaci helyzetük is javul, azonban elsődleges célunk ezen munkaerők hosszú távú megtartása, ami a vállalkozásunk fejlődését is segíteni fogja. A megvalósítás során az új munkavállalók munkáját közvetlenül segítő eszközök kerülnek beszerzésre 1 db Micro Mig 350 BasicPlus fogyóelektródás hegesztőgépet, nettó egységár: 749 700 Ft. 1 db Handy TIG 180 DC ControlPro AWI hegesztőrendszer, nettó egységár 615 040 Ft. 1 db CleanSpace2 frisslevegős légzésvédő rendszer, nettó egységár 198 000 Ft. 1 db vezérlő szoftver Lorch Multi Material nettó 128 00 Ft. 2 db automata hegesztő fejpajzs nettó 59 764 Ft/db, nettó összesen: 119 528 Ft. 4 db hegesztőmaszk nettó 2 188 Ft/db, összesen nettó 8 752 Ft. Az eszközök alkalmasak minden általunk használt anyag hegesztésére, így a munkakörük alapvető eszközét fogja képezni. A szoftver segíti a rendszer működését és programozását. A frisslevegő rendszer, valamint a munkavédelmi eszközök a kötelező biztonsági körülmények megteremtéséhez szükségesek. Társaságunknál a vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartó szerepét Papp Zoltán minőségügyi ügyintéző munkatársunk fogja ellátni. Amellett, hogy 1997. óta a szakterület kiváló képviselője (végzettségei: gép forgácsoló, esztergályos mester, forgácsoló technikus), a Fémipari Kft-nél a minőségirányítás területén feladata minőség-ellenőrzés. A hegesztő szakma hiányszakmának minősül, így a projektünk teljességgel hozzájárul ezen probléma orvoslásához, a beszerzett eszközök hatására elérni tervezett megfelelő gyakorlati és elméleti tudású szakemberek képzésével munkaerőpici értékük növelésével.
