    A XEROPRESS Bt. 1992.03.01-én alakult, jelenleg 3 magyar magánszemély tulajdonában áll. A beltag Sipos Zoltán, a kültagok Sipos Mihályné és Antal László. A vállalkozás üzemelteti a 2002-ben alapított Körös Televíziót, mely folyamatosan fejlődő és bővülő műsorkínálattal elégíti ki a nézői igényeket. A Kft-t a folyamatos fejlődés jellemzi, az arculat, a műsorok minősége, a kiszolgálás, stb. területén. A műszaki eszközpark folyamatos fejlesztésére révén 2015-től már HD minőségben sugározza adásait. Az eltelt évek alatt, a csak Szarvason, Csabacsűdön és Békésszentandráson látható televízióból, Békés megye kétharmadának és Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok Megye déli településeinek regionális médiumává fejlődött, és az eredeti 16 ezres nézőszámot, közel 100 ezerre növelte a Körös TV. Ennek a munkának az elismeréséül kapta meg 2011-ben a nézői szeretetet tükröző Békés Megyei Príma Média díjat, és 2015-ben a szakma elismerését jelentő Helyi Érték Díjat a vállalkozás. A cég árbevétele évről-évre erős, 2016-ban meghaladta a 86 millió forintot. Átlagos statisztikai létszáma évek óta állandó, 10 fő, a munkavállalók a műsorkészítés és szerkesztés területén dolgoznak. A felvételre kerülő 5 fő gyakornok is az ő munkájukat fogja segíteni, erősíteni. A gyakornokok esetében a vállalati kapcsolattartó Sipos Zoltán, ügyvezető és Kozák Orsolya főszerkesztő, riporter lesz. Mind a ketten több éves szakmai tapasztalattal és releváns végzettséggel rendelkeznek a területen, melyet a csatolt önéletrajzok alátámasztanak. A vállalkozás főbb szervezetfejlesztési, HR stratégiai céljait, fejlődési lehetőségeit a gyakornokok foglalkoztatásában látja. A Kft. rendelkezik megfelelő működési helyszínnel a gyakornokok foglalkoztatására. A projekt keretében 5 fő gyakornok kerül felvételre havi bruttó 200.000 Ft bérköltséggel. A támogatási kérelem költségvetésének részét képezi az 5 fő gyakornok bruttó bére és munkáltatót terhelő járuléka (21,5%) gyakornokonként 9 hónapra. A gyakornokok 2 fejlesztendő tevékenységhez kerülnek felvételre. A TEÁOR’08 59.12 - Film-, videogyártás, televíziós műsorfelvétel utómunkálatai tevékenységhez felvételre kerülő 3 fő gyakornok munkavégzéséhez a következők szükségesek: 3 db Asztali PC munkaállomás, 3 db 32" monitor és 3 db Mobil HDD 4 TB memória. A TEÁOR’08 59.11 - Film-,video-,televízióműsor-gyártás tevékenységhez felvételre kerülő 2 gyakornoknak szüksége van 2 db Notebook számítógépre, 2 db tabletre, 1 db okostelefonra és 1 db multifunkciós nyomtató/szkennerre. Az eszközbeszerzés keretében olyan eszközök kerülnek beszerzésre, melyek a televízió műsor készítéséhez szükségesek. Ezekkel az eszközökkel a gyakornokok fogják munkájukat végezni, a betanítást követően. Az eszközök magas színvonalat képviselnek, melyen megszerzett szakmai tapasztalatot a későbbiekben hasznosítani fognak. A felvételre kerülő gyakornokok személye még nem ismert, később kerülnek kiválasztásra. A tervezett, munkakör betöltéséhez szükséges OKJ végzettségek a következők: Vágó, feliratozó (2 fő): 54 481 06 informatikai rendszerüzemeltető Rögzítésvezető, archiváló: 54 481 06 informatikai rendszerüzemeltető Rendszergazda: 54 481 04 informatikai rendszergazda Asszisztens: 54 346 02 ügyviteli titkár Négy gyakornokok a video és televízióműsor-gyártás és ehhez kapcsolódó munkák területén szereznek gyakorlatot. Az asszisztens munkakörbe felvételre kerülő gyakornok általános üzletvezetési, adminisztratív területen szerez gyakorlatot, melyet a későbbiekben hasznosítani fog. A projekt eredménye, hogy a Körös Tv tovább fog tudni fejlődni, a műsorai színvonala emelkedhet a gyakornokok aktív bevonásának köszönhetően. Mivel a háttérmunkát a gyakornokok nagyban átveszik, így a riportokra, kreatív munkára több kapacitása marad a jelenlegi munkavállalóknak, így emelkedhet a műsor színvonala, ezáltal a nézettsége. A gyakornokok hasznos, a piacon értékes gyakorlati ismereteket és munkatapasztalatot szerezhetnek, ezáltal javul a munkaerő-piaci kilátásuk.
