I bought my business in 2017. Initially, within the framework of the TEÁOR'08 4711 Food-type shop retail activity, I operated a commercial unit in a well-frequented location in the downtown of Nagykálló. With my other company Matex Product Kft., I started to work in the construction industry alongside the office activity. Nyír-Spektrum Kft. and Matex Product Kft. are affiliated companies. As the number of construction orders increased, it became indispensable to expand the scope of activities of Nyír-spektrum Kft. with Roofing, roofing construction and construction of the 4120‘08 residential and non-resident building under code TEÁOR’08 4391. In recent times, it is essential to increase the number of employees for large-scale entrepreneurial construction. I would like to make use of this support option for this purpose. I would like to employ 2 trainees within the framework of the project. Workers must have a Master’s qualification in accordance with the National Training List level code 34 582 14. The employment of trainees and their professional education will be carried out by one of my excellent specialists Gergely Majoros bricklayer as a corporate internship contact. My company has been continuously employed for more than 2 years and has more than 10 years of experience in terms of work experience. Bricklayer trainees master the steps of concrete, masonry, ornamentation and clinker brick laying with the help of the trainee manager. No tools are required, the enterprise has all the smaller and larger machines and tools to carry out the works. The main task of bricklayer trainees is the construction, repair, maintenance, renovation and demolition of buildings and parts of buildings. Vállalkozásom 2017-ben vásároltam. Kezdetben a TEÁOR’08 4711 Élelmiszer jellegű bolti vegyes kiskereskedelem tevékenység keretein belül Nagykálló belvárosában jól frekventált helyen üzemeltettem egy kereskedelmi egységet. A Matex Product Kft. nevű másik vállalkozásommal építőipari tevékenységet kezdtem folytatni az irodai tevékenység mellett. A Nyír-Spektrum Kft. valamint a Matex Product Kft. kapcsolt vállalkozásnak minősül. Az építőipari megrendelések számának növekedésével elengedhetetlenné vált a Nyír-spektrum Kft. tevékenységi körének bővítése a TEÁOR’08 4391 kód alá tartozó Tetőfedés, tetőszerkezet-építés valamint a 4120’08 Lakó- és nem lakó épület építése tevékenységgel. Az elmúlt időszakban nagy volumenű vállalkozói kivitelezéshez elengedhetetlen a munkavállalói létszám bővítése. Jelen kínálkozó támogatási lehetőséget szeretném erre a célra kihasználni. A projekt keretin belül 2 fő gyakornokot szeretnék foglalkoztatni. A munkavállalóknak az Országos Képzési Jegyzék szinti 34 582 14 kódnak megfelelő Kőműves szakképesítéssel kell rendelkezniük. A gyakornokok foglalkoztatásával kapcsolatos teendőket, valamint szakmai oktatásukat cégem egyik kiváló szakembere Majoros Gergely kőműves fogja elvégezni mint vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartó. Cégemmel több mint 2 éve folyamatosan munkaviszonyban áll a munkavállaló, munkatapasztalatát tekintve pedig több mint 10 éves tapasztalattal rendelkezik. A kőműves gyakornokok elsajátítják a betonozás, falazás, díszítés, klinkertégla lerakás lépéseit a gyakornoki vezető segítségével. Eszközökre nincs szükség, a vállalkozás a munkák elvégzéséhez minden kisebb és nagyobb géppel, eszközzel rendelkezik. A kőműves gyakornokok főbb feladata az épületek és épületrészek létesítése, javítása, karbantartása, felújítása és bontása.
