A "Palotai Borszaküzlet" Kereskedelmi Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság 1999-ben alakult, mely üzemelteti Szombathely egyik legismertebb borszaküzletét, a LaBORt. A kezdetekkor főleg minőségi borok és borkülönlegességek alkották a kínálat fő részét, de ez mára a piaci igényeket figyelembe véve kiegészült egyedi ajándékcsomagok, exkluzív italok, különleges desszertek, kézműves csokoládék és hangulatos lakberendezési tárgyak kínálatával. Rövid határidővel vállalják személyre szabott ajándékcsomagok készítését, nemcsak a „csomagolásban”, ötletet adnak, az ajándéktárgy kiválasztásában is segítenek. Jelenleg bérelt üzlethelyiségben végzik tevékenységüket, de a hosszú távú tervek között szerepel a saját tulajdonú üzlethelyiség vásárlása, lakberendezési területén új szolgáltatások indítása. A vállalkozás jelenlegi teljes foglalkoztatotti létszáma 2 fő, 1 fő ügyvezető és 1 fő bolti eladó ezt egészíti ki a felvételre kerülő gyakornok. A létrejövő dekoratőr gyakornoki státusz a vállalkozás piaci keresletére épít, a megbízások száma illetve milyensége megköveteli a szakképzett munkaerő bővítését ezen a területen. Az üzletbe betérő vásárolók többsége nem csupán egy-egy ajándéktárgyat vagy egy-egy italt szeretne vásárolni, komoly igény mutatkozik az ízlésesen elkészített ötletes, plusztartalommal bíró ajándékcsomagokra, akár előre elkészített formában, akár ott helyben összeválogatva, egyedien az ajándékozottra szabva. A felvételre kerülő gyakornok végzettsége - dekoratőr OKJ 54-211-01 - megfelel ezen igényeknek. A mentori tevékenységet Palotai Anett ügyvezető-tulajdonos látja el, aki boltvezetői, lakberendezői tapasztalattal rendelkezik, közel 20 éve vezeti a LaBort. Ez idő alatt megismerte a vásárlói szokásokat, igényeket, számos ötletet nyújt a betérő vevőknek. Iránymutatásával a gyakornok megfelelő szakmai gyakorlatot szerez ahhoz, hogy önálló, kreatív munkavállalóvá váljon. Szakmai önéletrajza csatolásra került. A projekt célja, hogy javuljon a gyakornok betanulásának feltételrendszere, megkönnyítse a szakmai gyakorlati ismeretek, munkatapasztalat megszerzését, ezáltal a fiatal gyakornok szakmai elismertsége, önértékelése növekedjen, valamint hozzájáruljon a vállalkozás eredményes működéséhez. A projekt keretében 9 hónapon keresztül, illetve a kötelező fenntartási időszakban (+ 4,5 hó) kerül foglalkoztatásra, mentorálására kapcsolattartót biztosít a Kft. Projekt kezdés dátuma: 2019 04.08. A munkavégzés során a gyakornok gyakorlatot szerez a dekoratőr, bolti eladó szakmában. Feladatai között szerepel az ajándékcsomagok tervezése, összeállítása, segítségnyújtás a vevők számára, irodai adminisztratív és számítógépes feladatok ellátása, dekorációs terv készítése, kapcsolattartás. Az újonnan beszerzésre kerülő eszközök a számítógépes feladatok ellátásához szükségesek. Ezeken végzi a gyakornok az adminisztrációs feladatokat, dekorációs tervet készít, kapcsolatot tart a vásárlókkal, üzletfelekkel, marketing tevékenységet végez, stb.
