Due to the cost limit, the detailed technical content of the project is also uploaded in the annexes, here we write an extract of the uploaded document. Presentation of the applicant: Csonka Brothers Ltd. was founded in 1998 in Szombathely. The main activities of the company are hotel services and restaurant catering. Currently there are 22 people, with a large number of skilled cooks and waiters. The aim of the project is to promote the uptake of vocational qualifications acquired in school-based training, adult education or adult education in accordance with the call for proposals, and to help young people to gain early work experience. The experienced workforce can also serve the company’s development later. In line with the purpose of the project, we intend to employ trainees, whose wages, contributions, travel costs, the material costs needed during the employment and the infrastructure conditions necessary for proper work are financed from the project. The project would also finance the cost of salaries and contributions for company contact points for trainees, as well as the necessary administrative costs. In the framework of the project, the costs of the mandatory publicity are also charged to the tender. As part of the project, we plan to hire 4 trainees, 1 cook, 1 waiter and 2 reception trainees. Their field of employment, according to their qualifications, we would employ a trainee with a cook as a cook, and a waiter trainee would be employed as a waiter. We plan to recruit the chef with the number 33 811 04 OKJ (chef), the waiter with the number 34 811 03 OKJ (the waiter), the receptionists with the number 5281201 OKJ (hotel receptionist) or an equivalent level of education. One of our corporate internship contacts would be András Pfliegler, an employee with a degree in the vendglass industry, who has been working with us as a front office manger since 2002. Its main activities include the organisation of events and the management of the hotel reception. The other corporate internship contact would be Gábor Homolya, a waiter graduate, who has been working for us as a restaurant manager since 2013. We aim to create the working conditions and conditions of employment of trainees with the means to obtain them. Typically, we wish to acquire high-value tools for the preparation, storage, preparation and ancillary processes of food, as well as for the performance of the receptionist job, following the traditional kitchen needs and new trends, bearing in mind the company’s targeted development direction. Small-scale tools also help trainees in good working conditions. Details of the tools are provided in the attached professional content document. No infrastructure and real estate investments were planned under the project. Internship employment under the project will greatly contribute to improving trainees’ internship knowledge, work experience and thus their labour market prospects and employment, as they can acquire the necessary knowledge of the profession under real conditions, in practice, in addition to staff with the right tools, appropriate traineeships and knowledge. As experienced workers, there is a better chance of finding a job than in the absence of training. During the traineeship program, you can learn the correct use of tools with the help of trainees contact points and experienced colleagues. During everyday work, you can learn workflows. Traineeship contact points and other experienced colleagues will continuously monitor their work and inform them of any errors and help them to improve their work even better. Trainees document their activities and progress so they can see where they still have to develop. Later employment can be helped by the fact that they are already eligible for work, they do not need to be recruited separately, it is not necessary to teach them how to use the tools, as they already learn these during the internship programme. This could be a great advantage in the location. As a result of the traineeship, there will be 4 participants with work experience. The applicant has already signed an apprenticeship contract, thereby having an experience in teaching and managing pupils who do not yet have experience. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A költségkorlát miatt a projekt részletes szakmai tartalmát a mellékletek között csatolva is feltöltjük, itt a feltöltött dokumentum kivonatát írjuk. Pályázó bemutatása: A Csonka Fivérek Kft-t 1998-ban alapították Szombathelyen. Jelenleg 22 fő létszámmal üzemelnek, a munkavállalók jelentős része szakképzett szakács, illetve felszolgáló. A projekt célja a pályázati felhívással összhangban az iskolai rendszerű képzésben, felnőttoktatásban vagy felnőttképzésben megszerzett szakképesítés hasznosulásának elősegítése, a fiatalok korai munkahelyi tapasztalathoz segítése. A tapasztalt munkaerő a későbbiek során a cég fejlődését is szolgálhatja. A projekt céljával összhangban gyakornokokat kívánunk foglalkoztatni, akik bérét, járulékait, utazási költségeit, a foglalkoztatás során szükséges anyagköltségeket, és a megfelelő munkavégzéshez szükséges infrastrukturális feltételeket a projektből kívánjuk finanszírozni. Ugyancsak a projektből finanszíroznánk a gyakornokokkal foglalkozó vállalati kapcsolattartók bér és járulék költségeit, valamint a szükséges adminisztratív költségeket. A projekt keretében a kötelezően előírt nyilvánosság költségeit is a pályázat terhére kívánjuk elszámolni. A projekt keretében 4 fő gyakornokot tervezünk felvenni, 1 fő szakácsot, 1 fő pincért és 2 fő recepciós gyakornokot kívánunk foglalkoztatni. A foglalkoztatási területük, a végzettségüknek megfelelően, a szakács végzettségű gyakornokot szakácsként foglalkoztatnánk, a pincér végzettségű gyakornokot pincérként foglalkoztatnánk. A szakácsot 33 811 04 OKJ számmal (szakács), a pincért 34 811 03 OKJ számmal (pincér), a recepciósokat 5281201 OKJ számmal (szállodai recepciós) vagy korábban megszerzett, ezzel egyenértékű OKJ számú végzettséggel tervezzük felvenni. Az egyik vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartó Pfliegler András, vendglátóipari főiskolai végzettséggel rendelkező alkalmazottunk lenne, aki 2002 óta dolgozik nálunk front office mangerként. Fő tevékenységei közé tartozik a rendezvények lebonyolítása és a szállodai recepció irányítása. A másik vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartó a pincér végzettséggel rendelkező Homolya Gábor lenne, aki 2013 óta dolgozik nálunk étteremvezetőként. A beszerezni kívánt eszközökkel a gyakornokok munkakörülményeit, illetve alkalmazásuk feltételeit kívánjuk megteremteni. A kisértékű eszközök szintén a gyakornokok megfelelő munkafeltételeit segítik. A mindennapi munka során megtanulhatják a munkafolyamatokat. A gyakornoki program eredményeként 4 fő lesz a munkatapasztalatot szerző résztvevők száma. (Hungarian)
