Our company intends to use 4 persons under the OKJ ID number 5434402 in the framework of the project. Our company deals with accounting and tax consultancy. For a large part of the working time, this activity is carried out using IT tools, so it is necessary to provide suitable chairs for both trainees and mentors. The bulk of their activities are the processing of invoices. For quality and accurate work, numerical checks are essential, carried out with calculators with printers. With the development of technology, the use of mobile applications is gaining ground in our profession as well. In particular, it is possible to notify workers in the context of simplified employment. A lot of documents are processed in our office. With the help of trainees, they are expected to increase, and a new shelving system has become necessary to store them. The top of these shelves can only be reached by means of a ladder. The employment obligation also exists during the winter period, so the hanger on which their coats can be stored while carrying out the work is necessary. Heat bonding and laminating machines are used by trainees to join together documents produced in the course of their work that need to be extracted several times, so their usability lasts longer, so that they are not printed again. Given the fact that we keep the accounts of nearly 400 clients, the trainees will meet with more than one client’s material. It is unacceptable for us to confuse the data of several customers, so that to prevent this, the certificates produced by the trainees will be labelled with the help of the label printer so that they are sufficiently separated from each other. Our office would like to keep and store as many data as possible in electronic form. As many documents are submitted on paper in our office, it is necessary to have their own scanner in order to preserve them electronically. On a laptop, trainees will learn the processes of information, consultation and clarification on the external site during the departure to the customers. Our activity requires a high degree of trust from our clients. We maintain this, among other things, by paying special attention to the security of your data. This is done, inter alia, by destroying documents that are no longer needed. So you can't get any information out of our office in this way. The high-performance printer will print the documents they produce. On the tablet, trainees keep a uniform register of their workflows and mentors keep the progress log on it. We believe the size of our office is so large because of the high quality of the service we provide. In order to maintain this standard, we expect from all our employees a maximum attitude, which we aim to promote by providing a suitable working environment and continuous training. Given that we are involved in processing invoices, we have a lot of reporting and data requirements, so we believe that all the tools that we can use to make work easier or smooth for us are essential. They're the only ones we can compete with. All tools included in this application will be used either by the trainee or his/her mentor.     Társaságunk 4 fő 5434402-es OKJ azonosító szám alatt vállalkozási és bérügyintéző szakképzéssel rendelkezőt kíván jelent projekt keretében alkalmazni. Társaságunk számviteli és adótanácsadással foglalkozik. Ezen tevékenység végzése a munkaidő nagy hányadában informatikai eszközök használatával valósul meg, ülő munkavégzés során, így szükséges mind a gyakornokok, mind pedig a mentorok részére megfelelő széket biztosítani. Tevékenységük nagy részét a számlák feldolgozása jelenti. Minőségi és pontos munkavégzéshez elengedhetetlen a számszaki ellenőrzés, amelyet nyomtatós lehetőséggel rendelkező számológépekkel végzik. A technika fejlődésével a mi szakmánkban is egyre nagyobb teret nyer a mobil alkalmazások használata. Ezek ismertetéséhez, használatához nélkülözhetetlen, hogy rendelkezésükre álljon ilyen technikákat alkalmazni tudó mobilkészülékek. Többek között ezen megoldható az egyszerűsített foglakoztatás keretében foglalkoztatott munkavállalók bejelentése. Rengeteg bizonylat feldolgozása történik irodánkban. A gyakornokok segítségével ezek mennyisége várhatóan növekedni fog. ezek tárolására újabb polcrendszer kialakítása vált szükségessé. Ezen polcok tetejét csak létra segítségével tudják elérni. A foglalkoztatási kötelezettség téli időszakban is fent áll, így szükséges a fogas, amelyen a kabátjaikat tárolni tudják a munka végzése közben. Hőkötő és lamináló gépet a gyakornokok a munkájuk során előállított, olyan dokumentumok összefűzésére használják, amelyeket többször elő kell venni, így azok használhatósága tovább tart, így elkerüljük az újbóli kinyomtatásukat. Tekintettel, hogy közel 400 ügyfél könyvelését gondozzuk, így a gyakornokok is több ügyfél anyagával fognak találkozni. Számunkra elfogadhatatlan, hogy esetleg több ügyfél adata összekeveredjen, így ennek megelőzésére a gyakornokok által előállított bizonylatokat a címkenyomtató segítségével fogják feliratozni, hogy azok kellőképpen elkülönüljenek egymástól. Irodánk szeretne minél több adatot elektronikus formában megőrizni, tárolni. Mivel nagyon sok dokumentum papír alapon kerül be irodánkban, így ezek elektronikus megőrzéséhez szükséges, hogy minden érintett rendelkezzen saját szkennerrel. Laptopon a gyakornokok az ügyfelekhez történő kiszállás alkalmával fogják elsajátítani a külső helyszínen történő tájékoztatás, egyeztetés, pontosítás folyamatait. Tevékenységünk az ügyfeleinktől nagy fokú bizalmat követel meg. Ezt többek között azzal tartjuk fent, hogy különös gondot fordítunk az adataik biztonságára. Ezt többek között úgy valósítjuk meg, hogy azon dokumentumokat megsemmisítjük, amelyre már nincs szükség. Így irodánkból ilyen módon sem tud kijutni illetéktelenek számára semmilyen információ. A nagy teljesítményű nyomtatóval fogják kinyomtatni az általuk előállított dokumentumokat. A tableten egységes nyilvántartás keretében vezetik a gyakornokok az általuk végzett munkafolyamatokat, továbbá a mentorok ezen tartják nyilván az előrehaladási naplót. Úgy véljük irodánk nagysága az általunk végzett szolgáltatás magas színvonala miatt ekkora. Ezen színvonal tartásához minden munkatársunktól maximális hozzáállást várunk el, amelyet mi megfelelő munkakörnyezet biztosításával és folyamatos képzéssel igyekszünk elősegíteni. Tekintettel arra, hogy mi számlák feldolgozásával foglalkozunk, rengeteg bevallás és adatszolgáltatási kötelezettség szorításában, így úgy véljük minden olyan eszköz amellyel a munkát meg tudjuk könnyíteni, vagy gördülékennyé tenni az nélkülözhetetlen számunkra. Hiszen csak ezekkel tudjuk felvenni a konkurenciával a versenyt. Minden jelen pályázatban szereplő eszközt vagy a gyakornok vagy a mentora fogja használni.
