Molnár László egyéni vállalkozó 2003-ban kezdte meg egyéni vállalkozása működtetését. A fő tevékenység a festés, mázolás, tapétázás. Kezdetben csak egy személyes vállalkozásként, az utóbbi években már további 3 főnek is munkát teremtve ezzel immár 14 éve. 2015-ben 3 fő, 2016-ban 3 fő volt a foglalkoztatottak száma. Ez most a gyakornok alkalmazásával 4 főre nő 2017 júliustól. A szakmai tevékenység ipari és lakóingatlanok belső falainak festése, díszítőelemek elhelyezése. Külső falak hőszigetelése, vakolása, színezése, díszítő elemek elhelyezése. Továbbá ipari acélszerkezetek mázolása, tűzgátló festése is gyakori a megrendelések között. A munka mennyisége, a megrendelések száma folyamatosan növekszik, mely részben a minőségi munkavégzésnek és az elégedett vevőknek, részben a Nyugat-dunántúli régió munkaerőhiányának köszönhetően. Molnár Róbert egyéni vállalkozó elkötelezettnek érzi magát arra, hogy a festő szakma utódlásáról is gondoskodni kell, ennek megoldásáért a jelenlegi szakemberek sokat tehetnek.
