In 2014, the Kft. received a grant under the TÁMOP-2.3.4.A-13/1 scheme, in which the employment of 2 trainees and 1 mentor (wagektg), the equipment needed for the work of the trainees (1 piece of cut-off machine, 1 pcs Sous Vid tub), general ktgs (telephone, bank ktgs), 2 tables to provide mandatory publicity. The project has been successfully implemented (15.10.2014-15.07.2015) + continued employment until 1.12.2015). We signed apprenticeships since 2011 (3pcs in 2011; 6pcs in 2012; 3pcs in 2013; 7pcs in 2014; 7pcs in 2015; 2 in 2016, but these include apprenticeships that cover several years (completed in 2012 and 2014). In this grant application, we plan to employ 1 mentor (9*75eFt= 675eFt) and 2 trainees {(2*9*140eFt=2520eFt) + (2*9*11,4eFt=205,2eFt)=2725,2eFt}, as well as the tools needed to work for the trainees (1 plate and glass dishwasher: HUF 600 et net; 1 pizza oven: HUF 607e; total: HUF 1207e), for the purchase of work clothes (151eFt), for general ktgs (accounting: HUF 48,3et; knit.niv: HUF 24,1et, total: 72,4eFt) we wish to apply. Thus, the amount of aid claimed is: HUF 4,831.538 The mentor (Hódiné Vlasits Imelda) has gained experience under the above-mentioned scheme and during the apprenticeships to carry out his mentoring activities. A Domiroka Kft.-t 2002.10.30. napján alapították, Szombathely Csuszka utca 2. székhellyel. A cég fő tevékenysége éttermi, mozgó vendéglátás. A cég a Café Móló éttermet 9700 Szombathely, Rákóczi Ferenc utca 1. számú telephellyel 2003-ban hozta létre. Az étterem 2003. október 8. napján kapta meg működési engedélyét, és az alapító cég üzemelteti azóta is folyamatosan. Az étterem Szombathely belvárosában a Fő tér és a hangversenyterem között található. Az étterem étlapja és belsőépítészete igazi mediterrán hangulatot áraszt. Az étterem belső helységében 90 fő fér el, nyáron a teraszon 60 fő, így az étterem összkapacitása a nyári hónapokban 150 fő. Az évente kétszer megújuló étlap főleg mediterrán ételeket tartalmaz, de ezen felül megtalálható a nemzetközi ízvilág széles ínycsiklandó skálája, melyet egyedi, szemet gyönyörködtető díszítéssel tálalnak. A minden héten megújuló menüajánlat, a változatos programok, a színvonalas kiszolgálás is nagyban elősegítik az étterem sikereit. Ezen felül az havonta az évszakhoz, vagy valamely eseményhez kapcsolódó különálló ajánlattal is kedveskednek vendégeiknek. Szünnap nélküli nyitva tartással üzemel 10 – 24 óra között. 2014-ben a Kft. támogatásban részesült a TÁMOP-2.3.4.A-13/1 konstrukcióban, melyben 2 gyakornok és 1 mentor foglalkoztatására (bérktg), a gyakornokok munkavégzéséhez szükséges eszközök (1db felvágottszeletelő gép, 1db Sous Vid kád), általános ktgek (telefon, bank ktgek), kötelező nyilvánosság biztosítására szolgáló 2 db tábla elszámolására került sor. A projektet sikeresen valósítottuk meg (2014.10.15-2015.07.15. + továbbfoglalkoztatás 2015.12.01ig). Tanulószerződéseket 2011től kötöttünk (2011ben 3db; 2012ben 6db; 2013ban 3db; 2014ben 7db; 2015ben 7db; 2016ban 2db), ezekhez azonban még hozzájönnek azon tanulószerződések, melyek több évet foglalnak magukba (köttetett 2012-ben és 2014ben ért véget). Eme támogatási kérelemben 1 fő mentor (9*75eFt= 675eFt) és 2 fő gyakornok {(2*9*140eFt=2520eFt) + (2*9*11,4eFt=205,2eFt)=2725,2eFt} foglalkoztatását tervezzük, továbbá a gyakornokok munkavégzéséhez szükséges eszközök (1db tányér és pohármosogatógép: nettó 600eFt; 1db pizzakemence: 607eFt; összesen: 1207eFt) beszerzésére, munkaruhák vásárlására (151eFt), általános ktgekre (könyvelés: 48,3eFt; köt.nyilv: 24,1eFt, összesen: 72,4eFt) kívánunk pályázni. Így a tervezett igényelt támogatás mértéke: 4.831.538.-Ft. A mentor (Hódiné Vlasits Imelda) a fent említett konstrukció alapján, valamint a tanulószerződések alatt szerzett tapasztalatot mentori tevékenységének ellátására. 1980ban végzett középfokú vendéglátói képesítéssel( pincér, szakács, cukrász) a soproni vendéglátóipari szakközépiskolában, azóta folyamatos képzéseken vett részt pl. hotel menedzsment és marketing, valutapénztárosi és ügyintézői, középfokú borszakértő. 2008 óta lát el üzletvezetői feladatokat a DOMIROKA Kft-nél (felszolgálók, szakácsok, pultosok irányítása, ellenőrzése, tanulók szakmai felügyelete, munkaügyi feladatok ellátása, kapcsolattartás vendégekkel, területi képviselőkkel, szállítókkal, étlap összeállítása, kalkulációk, beszerzések, programok szervezése, stb.) Felvenni tervezett gyakornokok: Bánfi Vivien, Őri Máté. Mindketten a szombathelyi kereskedelmi és vendéglátói szakképző iskola és kollégiumban végeztek 2016ban. Vivien vendéglátásszervező-vendéglős (OKJ 5481101), Máté szakácsként (OKJ 3481104) végzett és ezeken a területeken kívánnak szakmai gyakorlatot szerezni. A projekt hozzájárul a szakképzésből kilépő fiatalok munkatapasztalat szerzésének elősegítéséhez, támogatva szakmai karrierjét, továbbá a megszerzett tudás hasznosulásához. A beszerezni kívánt eszközökkel a tanulók még ismeretekkel nem rendelkez(t)nek, így cégünknél ezt el tudják sajátítani. Infrastrukturális és ingatlan beruházást nem kívánunk végrehajtani. Projekt várható eredménye 2 fő gyakornok és 1 fő mentor munkatapasztalatának, szakmai tudásuknak bővítése válik valóra.
