Master-Computer Ltd. 2009. 03. We started our activity at 7 Mátyás King Street in Szombathely. As a member of the Master Group, we opened with the retail and wholesale trade of office equipment. Because of the changed circumstances, we had to open up to computer science. We didn't want to use an outside company to install our devices on the network and to support them later. After acquiring basic network knowledge, we were able to complete the full installation. In addition to our large companies (Szombathelyi Törvényszék, VASIVÍZ Zrt, Prevent Kft, Falco ZRT, OPEL Magyarország Kft.) we have become several small partners. Our company has outgrown the former 80nm space. 2011. 04. On 18th, we had the opportunity to rent a much larger business space not far from our previous site, under Mátyás Király u. 1/a. In the increased customer space, our customers can wait more conveniently, and the products in our shop are also more transparent. In addition to networked knowledge, we also had to get more and more involved in computing. This is when we identified the need for everyone to rely on reliable service. Our partners were satisfied with our copying services. This inspired us to provide the best possible service to our partners with computer sales. Sales also involved the construction of our computer service. We didn't want to rely on external resources here, either. If we hadn't, sooner or later we would have lost our partners. After the purchase of the appropriate software, we were able to significantly reduce the time for correcting errors. In addition to mistakes, they expected our help in other solutions. We also had to solve the installation of small printers, scanners, networked rescue units. We also had to improve data backups. Ransomware has appeared, which infects all the computers on the network and hides the data on it. With NAS and an encrypted data backup, this threat can be avoided, which is what we set up with our partners. We can provide the necessary accessories for the devices (toners, ink cartridges) with the help of our previous experience and excellent suppliers. In this segment, we achieved successful sales of both original and aftermarket products. Our office activity has also been greatly boosted. Our photocopying — printing service has become very popular among small and medium-sized entrepreneurs and private individuals. Many have chosen us not only because of the good price, but also because of our high quality service. 2017. In 03 months, we also launched our photo printer. For our partners we undertake to print their photos up to A/4 size. Increased needs require an increase in the number of employees. In connection with computer technology, we started to build a website and the necessary graphics service. We create not only a website, but also an e-shop. If necessary, we will take photos of the products provided by the customer. Many websites and product applications filter whether or not a photo uploaded to the internet is used by the advertiser. They can even block the ad on the basis of the photographs thus filtered. In order to meet these needs in all circumstances, you need a camera and optics of the right quality. All these tasks lie with the new colleague. We also need to use more power to develop our own website. We also renew our webshop with external programming assistance. On these, our customers will be able to immediately book the products available in the big wheel at a better price than the store price.     A Master-Computer Kft 2009. 03. 26-al alakult.Szombathelyen, a Mátyás király utca 7 szám alatt kezdtük meg tevékenységünket. A Master cégcsoport tagjaként irodatechnikai kellékek kis- és nagykereskedésével nyitottunk. A RICOH fénymásolók helyi márka képviseletét kellett kiépítenünk. A márka szervizelését is regionális szinten mi láttuk el. A RICOH cég bérleti és TÜSZ konstrukcióit is mi árultuk. A szombathelyi irodatechnikával foglalkozó cégeknek értékesítettünk kellékeket, és a fénymásolók javításához szükséges alkatrészeket. Cégünk létszáma ekkor 4 fő volt. Cégünk az első időkben csak fénymásolás technikával foglalkozott. Ricoh, Canon, és Kyocera fénymásolókat értékesítettünk, javítottunk, és adtunk bérbe teljes körű üzemeltetéssel, A saját értékesítések mellett alvállalkozóként együtt működtünk országos nagyvállalatokkal is. A Szervizpark és Ricoh céggel való együttműködésünk a mai napig meghatározó szerepet tölt be cégünk életében. A szervizeléshez szükséges supportot mint szerviz információkat, partlistákat, és alkatrész ellátást így első kézből kaphatjuk meg. Az új készülékek megjelenésével a szerviz tanfolyamokat is el tudjuk végezni. Az eszközök állandó megújulásával a folyamatos képzéseket mindig szem előtt tartottuk. A másolástechnika idővel egyre inkább eltolódott a digitális technika felé. A megváltozott körülmények miatt, nyitnunk kellett a számítástechnika felé. Nem akartunk külsős céget alkalmazni a készülékeink hálózatos telepítéséhez, és későbbi támogatásához. Az alap hálózatos ismeretek elsajátítása után a teljes beüzemelést el tudtuk végezni. A nagy cégeink mellett (Szombathelyi Törvényszék, Vasivíz Zrt, Prevent Kft, Falco ZRT, OPEL Magyarország Kft) több kis partnerünk is lett. Cégünk kinőtte a korábbi kb. 80nm-es helységet. 2011. 04. 18.-án a korábbi telephelyünktől nem messze, a Mátyás király u. 1/a alatt egy jóval nagyobb üzlethelyiség kibérelésére lett lehetőségünk. A megnövekedett ügyféltérben a vásárlóink kényelmesebben várakozhatnak, és az üzletünkben lévő termékek is jobban áttekinthetőek. A hálózatos ismeretek mellett egyre jobban bele kellett merülnünk a számítástechnikába is. Ekkor azonosultunk azokkal az igényekkel, hogy mindenki a megbízható szervizre szeretne támaszkodni. A másolástechnikai szolgáltatásainkkal partnereink elégedettek voltak. Ez inspirált minket, hogy a számítógép eladásokkal is minél jobb szolgáltatást nyújtsunk partnereinknek. Az értékesítés magával vonta a számítógép szervizünk kiépítését is. A hibák elhárításában itt sem akartunk külsős erőforrásokra támaszkodni. Ha nem így teszünk, előbb-utóbb partnereinket elveszthettük volna. A megfelelő szoftverek megvásárlása után a hibák elhárításának idejét jelentősen csökkenteni tudtuk. A hibákon kívül egyéb megoldásokban is számítottak segítségünkre. A kisebb nyomtatók, szkennerek, hálózatos mentő egységek telepítését is meg kellett oldanunk. Az adatmentések terén is fejlődnünk kellett. Megjelentek a zsaroló vírusok, melyek a hálózaton található összes számítógépet megfertőzve letitkosítják a rajta található adatokat. Nas-okkal, és egy titkosítható adatmentéssel ez a veszély elkerülhető, partnereinknél ezeket állítottuk üzembe. A készülékekhez szükséges kellékanyagokat, (tonerek, tintapatronok) a korábbi tapasztalataink, és kiváló beszállítóink segítségével tudjuk biztosítani. Ebben a szegmensben mind eredeti, és utángyártott termékekkel is sikeres értékesítéseket értünk el. Az irodai tevékenységünket is jelentősen sikerült felfuttatni. A fénymásolás – nyomtatás szolgáltatásunk a kis- és közép vállalkozók, és magánszemélyek körében nagyon népszerű lett. Sokan nem csak a jó ár, hanem a kiváló minőségű szolgáltatásunk miatt is minket választottak. 2017. 03 hóban elindítottuk a fénykép nyomdánkat is. Partnereinknek A/4 méretig vállaljuk a fotóik kinyomtatását. A megnövekedett igények a dolgozói létszám növelését igénylik. A számítástechnikához kapcsolódóan elkezdtünk honlap építéssel, és az ehhez szükséges grafikai szolgáltatással is foglalkozni. Nem csak honlapot, hanem webshopot is készítünk. Itt szükség esetén elkészítjük a megrendelő által adott termékek fényképét. Sok weboldal, és termékértékesítő alkalmazás szűri, hogy nem-e egy internetre feltöltött fényképet használ a hirdető. Az így kiszűrt fényképek alapján akár le is tilthatják a hirdetést. Ahhoz, hogy ezeknek az igényeknek minden körülmények között meg tudjunk felelni, szükség van egy megfelelő minőségű fényképező gépre, és optikára. Ezek a feladatok mind az új kollégára hárulnak. A saját honlapunk fejlesztésére is nagyobb erőt kell fordítanunk. Külső programozói segítséggel megújítjuk webshopunkat is. Ezeken a vásárlóink azonnal be tudják majd foglalni a nagykerekben éppen elérhető termékeket a bolti árnál kedvezőbben. Ez azért is fontos, mert fontos erőforrásaink maradnak meg, ha ezek a folyamatok automatikusan történnek. Ezen fejlesztésekkel az a célunk, hogy vevőink elégedettségét még jobban kivívjuk.
