The company’s turnover in the last 3 years has been as follows: HUF 16 980 in 2014, EUR 41 607 in 2015 and HUF 22 326 in 2016. In 2018, due to the volume of our orders, we expect a steady increase in the number of employees. In order to meet the overcapacity, we also need to increase the number of employees. Our main potential for development lies in the capacity expansion of our building electrical installation activities, for which an increase in the number of employees and the self-education of supply is an indispensable condition. The needs of the market justify the development of the company, and it would be a good basis for this to be based on the own-educated staff. As a result of the increase in the skilled workforce, business income increases and more work can be undertaken in the long term. During the internship, 2 male colleagues will be recruited. Trainee’s OKJ identification number: 34 522 04 (electrician). The company’s area of activity will be electrical installations. Gábor Csonka will be an electrician performing the task of corporate internship contact. He is qualified as an electrician (Tivadar Puskás Puskás Metal and Electrical Industry School). Gábor Mulla has been in employment with Vasi Champions Bt since 2.09.2013. During his work, he is engaged in the construction and maintenance of strong and low-current systems as a building electrical installer. Her qualifications and work experience make it suitable for trainees to expand their professional skills, coordinate their work and evaluate their performance. Thanks to the programme, the two trainees will be recruited in the field of electrical installation. Costs necessary for the implementation of the project: Staff expenses of 2 trainees, staff expenses of 1 contact person for trainees, administrative costs, compulsory publicity (information) and purchase of equipment related to trainees’ work. Gross salary is HUF 200 000/month for trainees. The contribution is HUF 43 000/person/month, calculated at 21.5 %. Thus, the gross wage and contribution costs per trainee for 9 months will be HUF 4 374 000. For the trainee contact, 80 000 HUF/month will be accounted for during the project for 15 months, thus totalling HUF 1 200 000. The planned cost of administrative activity will be HUF 52 500 (HUF 3 500 per month for telecommunications for 15 months) and the planned cost of mandatory publicity (information) will be HUF 20 000 (purchase of type C information table for HUF 20 000). The 2pcs tool suitcase (electrician, 80 parts, VTSZ 8206), 2pcs for 5 degree wallets, 2 Makita impact drillers and 2 Makita screwdrivers are the work equipment necessary for the employment of 2 trainees, with which they will perform their electrical installation work.     A Vasi Bajnokok Bt. 2002-ben került megalapításra, a vállalkozás magyar magánszemélyek tulajdonában áll, 90 %-ban tulajdonos (beltag) Andrási László, ill. 10 %-ban tulajdonos (kültag) Gergácz Szabolcs. Cégünk fő tevékenységi köre a TEÁOR 4321 Villanyszerelés. Főként új házak, lakások villamos kivitelezésével foglalkozunk, de több, nagyobb gyárral van szerződésünk napi szintű épület fenntartással kapcsolatban (villanyszerelés). Vállaljuk gyenge-és erősáramú rendszerek kivitelezését, régi házak, lakások villamos felújítását is. A munkaerőhiányt külső vállalkozók időszakos besegítésével próbáljuk orvosolni. Jelenleg kettő villanyszerelő dolgozik a vállalkozásban, de az elégedett megbízóinknak köszönhetően legalább kettő villanyszerelőre szükség lenne. További fejlődésünknek jelenleg csak a munkaerőhiány szab határt. Tevékenységeink közé tartozik még a központi porszívó rendszerek kiépítése, karbantartása. Szerződéseink vannak porszívó rendszerek havi karbantartására is. A jelenlegi humán erőforrás állomány munkaköri feladatai: villanyszerelés és irodai adminisztráció. A projekt során a gyakornokokat villanyszerelő munkakörben kívánjuk foglalkoztatni. Gyakornokok foglalkoztatására a korábbi években még nem került sor, jelen támogatási kérelmünk az első gyakornoki programunk megvalósítására irányul. Tanulószerződéssel nem rendelkezünk. A vállalkozás árbevétele az alábbiak szerint alakult az elmúlt 3 évben: 2014-ben 16 980 eFt, 2015-ben 41 607 eFt, 2016-ban 22 326 eFt. 2018-ban a megrendeléseink mennyiségéből kifolyólag folyamatos növekedésre számítunk, a többletkapacitás teljesítése céljából van szükség a munkavállalói létszám növelésére is. Legfőbb fejlődési lehetőségünk az épületvillamossági szerelési tevékenységünk kapacitásbővítésében rejlik, melyhez elengedhetetlen feltétel a munkavállalói létszám növekedése, az utánpótlás saját körű nevelése. A piaci igények indokolttá teszik a cég fejlesztését, és ehhez jó alap lenne a saját nevelésű szakember-állomány. A szakképzett munkaerő-állomány növelésének következtében nő a vállalkozás bevétele, és hosszú távon több munka vállalható el. A gyakornoki program során 2 fő férfi kolléga kerül felvételre. A gyakornok OKJ azonosítószáma: 34 522 04 (villanyszerelő). A vállalkozásnál betöltött tevékenységi terület villanyszerelés lesz. A vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartói feladatot Csonka Gábor villanyszerelő fogja ellátni. Villanyszerelő szakképzettséggel rendelkezik (PTSZKI Puskás Tivadar Fém- és Villamosipari Szakiskola). Csonka Gábor 2013.09.02 óta munkaviszonyban áll a Vasi Bajnokok Bt-vel. Munkája során erős és gyengeáramú rendszerek kivitelezésével és karbantartásával foglalkozik épületvillamossági szerelőként. Képzettsége és eddigi munkatapasztalata alkalmassá teszi őt arra, hogy a gyakornokok szakmai ismereteit bővíthesse, munkavégzésüket koordinálja, teljesítményüket értékelje. A programnak köszönhetően villanyszerelési területen jelentős szakmai gyakorlatot szerezhet a felvételre kerülő két gyakornok. A projekt megvalósításához szükséges költségek: 2 fő gyakornok személyi jellegű ráfordításai, 1 fő gyakornoki kapcsolattartó személyi jellegű ráfordítása, adminisztrációs tevékenység költsége, kötelezően előírt nyilvánosság (tájékoztatás) költsége és eszközbeszerzés a gyakornokok munkavégzéséhez kapcsolódóan. A bruttó munkabér 200 000 Ft/hó a gyakornokok esetén. Ennek járuléka 21,5 %-kal számolva 43 000 Ft/fő/hó. Így a gyakornokra jutó bruttó bér- és járulékköltség 2 főre 9 hónapra vonatkozóan 4 374 000 Ft lesz. A gyakornoki kapcsolattartóra vonatkozóan 80 000 Ft/hó bérköltség kerül elszámolásra a projekt során 15 hónapon keresztül, így összesen 1 200 000 Ft értékben. Az adminisztrációs tevékenység tervezett költsége 52 500 Ft (havi 3500 Ft telekommunikációs költség 15 hónapra vonatkozóan), a kötelezően előírt nyilvánosság (tájékoztatás) tervezett költsége pedig 20 000 Ft lesz (C típusú tájékoztató tábla beszerzése 20 000 Ft értékben). A projektben beszerzésre kerülő 2db szerszámos bőrönd (villanyszerelő, 80 részes, VTSZ 8206), 2db 5 fokos falétra, 2db Makita ütvefúró és 2 db Makita csavarbehajtó a 2 fő gyakornokok foglalkoztatásához szükséges munkaeszköz, mellyel a villanyszerelési munkájukat végezni fogják. A gyakornokok foglalkoztatásának tárgyi feltételét jelentik ezek a kézi szerszámok és eszközök, a napi munkavégzés elengedhetetlen eszközei a villanyszerelési munka terén 2 fő számára. A két villanyszerelő gyakornok részére beszerzésre kerül a munkaruházat is: 2db Stanmore derekas nadrág, 2db Stanmore munkakabát, 2db Stanmore télikabát, 2db Stanmore póló, 2db Stanmore pulóver és 2db Cobra S3 bakancs.
