Our company was founded in 2006, the owners of the company are Hungarian private individuals, László Ccellei 50 %, and Edina Orsolya Ccelleiné Palkó has 50 % ownership. Our main activity is the retail sale of meat and meat products (TEÁOR'08 4722). We didn't have an apprenticeship. The company’s turnover was HUF 109 901 in 2015, HUF 115 753 in 2016 and HUF 136 526 in 2017. Our main potential for development lies in the expansion of the capacity of butcher’s commercial distribution, for which an increase in the number of employees is an essential condition, thereby freeing up and expanding our capacities in the field of sales, receipt and servicing. As a result of the continuous provision of the workforce, the company’s income is increasing and our turnover is increasing in the long term. During the traineeship, 2 people will be recruited. In terms of education, we plan to recruit colleagues from Meat Products (OKJ OKJ 31 541 01) or Meat preparation (OKJ 31 541 05) or Bolti seller (OKJ 34 341 01). The area of activity occupied by the company will be service with butcher’s goods and sales. The regular tasks of the trainees will be the receipt of goods, the completion of the warehousing tasks, the communication with the buyers, the service, the delivery of meat products in the requested form (e.g. minced, sliced) and the carrying out of administrative tasks related to trade and cash management. Managing director László Ccellei will be the contact person for the internship in the company. He has a professional qualification as a commercial manager, a professional qualification for sale of meat and merchandise, and a commercial baccalaureate, the head of the enterprise. Since 11 February 2006, he has been employed as a manager under an employment contract at Lacihús 2006 Bt. Her qualifications and work experience make it suitable for trainees to expand their professional skills, coordinate their work and evaluate their performance. The programme will allow the two apprentices to be recruited to gain a significant traineeship in the retail sector of butchers, and their chances on the labour market will significantly improve within the retail sector. Costs necessary for the implementation of the project: Staff expenses of 2 trainees, 1 corporate trainee contact, administrative costs, compulsory publicity (information) and acquisition of equipment related to traineeships. The gross salary will be HUF 250 000/person/month for the two trainees. The contribution of 21 % is HUF 52 500/person/month. Thus, the gross wage and contribution costs for trainees will be HUF 5 445 000 for 9 months. For the trainee contact, wage costs of HUF 80/month will be charged during the project for 15 months, thus totalling HUF 1 200 000. The planned cost of administrative activity will be HUF 75 000 (HUF 5000 per month telecommunication costs for 15 months) and the planned cost of mandatory publicity (information) will be HUF 20,000 (purchase of an information table). In connection with the employment of the two trainees, 1 table vacuum packaging machine, 1 cut-off slicing machine, 1 meat grinding machine and 1 table water bath hot display cabinet will be procured during the project. These butcher shop facilities provide the physical infrastructure necessary for the two trainees to work. With the vacuum packaging machine, the meat product will be packed professionally before handing over, as requested by the buyers, the meat product will be minced or sliced with the mincing machine or the slicer at the time of sale, and the goods offered for sale will be stored and presented in the table-bath hot display cabinet, regulating the temperature between 0-90 °C. The implementation site of the project is (9700 Szombathely, Sz Filter Csaó utca 23. fst. 20.) suitable for the operation of the existing and to be procured assets, we attach the on-site photo documentation of our site as well.     Cégünk 2006-ban került megalapításra, a társaság tulajdonosai magyar magánszemélyek, Csejtei László 50 %, Csejteiné Palkó Edina Orsolya 50 % tulajdonjoggal bír. Fő tevékenységi körünk a Hús-, húsáru kiskereskedelme (TEÁOR'08 4722). A családi vállalkozásunk kezdetben 4 fővel működött, az elmúlt 12 év alatt volt néhány üzletünk, jellemzően bérleményben üzemeltettük üzleteinket.Az igazi áttörés 2013-ban történt, amikor egy nagyobb húsáruház jellegű üzletet nyitottunk , azóta dinamikus a növekedés , jelenleg is 13 fős a létszám a vállalkozásban. A hús –hentesáru piacon meghatározó a jelenlétünk Szombathelyen. A tulajdonosok napi szinten részt vesznek a vállalkozás munkájában, mind az előkészítés, mind az értékesítés területén. Jelenlegi két üzletünk mellett a jövőben szeretnénk egy saját tulajdonú üzletet is vásárolni. Ez az elkövetkező 2 év üzleti célja, ezért is szeretnénk fiatalokat ki- illetve átképezni, foglalkoztatni a hús-hentesáru kereskedelem területén. Gyakornokok foglalkoztatására a korábbi években még nem került sor. Tanulószerződéssel nem rendelkeztünk. A vállalkozás árbevétele 2015-ben 109 901 eFt, 2016-ban 115 753 eFt, 2017-ben 136 526 eFt volt. Legfőbb fejlődési lehetőségünk a hentesáru kereskedelmi forgalmazás kapacitásbővítésében rejlik, melyhez elengedhetetlen feltétel a munkavállalói létszám növekedése, mellyel az értékesítés, az áruátvétel, a kiszolgálás terén kapacitásaink szabadulnak fel, illetve bővülnek. A munkaerő-állomány folyamatos biztosításának következtében nő a vállalkozás bevétele, forgalmunk hosszú távon növekedik. A gyakornoki program során 2 fő kerül felvételre. Végzettségét tekintve Húsipari termékgyártó (OKJ OKJ 31 541 01), vagy Húskészítménygyártó (OKJ 31 541 05) vagy Bolti eladó (OKJ 34 341 01) kollégák felvételét tervezzük. A vállalkozásnál betöltött tevékenységi terület a hentesáruval történő kiszolgálás, értékesítés lesz. A gyakornokok rendszeres feladata lesz az áruátvétel, a raktározási feladatok elvégzése, a vevőkkel történő kommunikáció, kiszolgálás, a húsáru átadása a kért formában (pl. darálva, szeletelve) és a kereskedelemmel kapcsolatos adminisztratív teendők elvégzése, pénztárkezelés. A vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartói feladatot Csejtei László ügyvezető fogja ellátni. Felsőfokú kereskedelmi menedzser szakképesítéssel, hús-hentesáru eladó szakképzettséggel és kereskedelmi érettségivel rendelkezik, a vállalkozás vezetője. 2006.02.11-től munkaszerződéssel foglalkoztatott ügyvezetőként tevékenykedik a Lacihús 2006 Bt-nél. Képzettsége és eddigi munkatapasztalata alkalmassá teszi őt arra, hogy a gyakornokok szakmai ismereteit bővíthesse, munkavégzésüket koordinálja, teljesítményüket értékelje. A programnak köszönhetően hentesáru kiskereskedelmi területen jelentős szakmai gyakorlatot szerezhet a felvételre kerülő két gyakornok, munkaerő-piaci esélyeik nagymértékben javulnak a kiskereskedelmi szektoron belül. A projekt megvalósításához szükséges költségek: 2 fő gyakornok személyi jellegű ráfordításai, 1 fő vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartó személyi jellegű ráfordítása, adminisztrációs tevékenység költsége, kötelezően előírt nyilvánosság (tájékoztatás) költsége és gyakornoki munkavégzéshez kapcsolódó eszközbeszerzés. A bruttó munkabér 250 000 Ft/fő/hó lesz a két gyakornok esetén. Ennek járuléka 21 %-kal számolva 52 500 Ft/fő/hó. Így a gyakornokokra jutó bruttó bér- és járulékköltség 9 hónapra vonatkozóan 5 445 000 Ft lesz. A gyakornoki kapcsolattartóra vonatkozóan 80 eFt/hó bérköltség kerül elszámolásra a projekt során 15 hónapon keresztül, így összesen 1 200 000 Ft értékben. Az adminisztrációs tevékenység tervezett költsége 75 000 Ft (havi 5000 Ft telekommunikációs költség 15 hónapra vonatkozóan), a kötelezően előírt nyilvánosság (tájékoztatás) tervezett költsége pedig 20 000 Ft lesz (tájékoztató tábla beszerzése). A projekt során beszerzésre kerül a két gyakornok foglalkoztatásához kapcsolódóan 1 db asztali vákuumcsomagoló gép, 1 db felvágott szeletelő gép, 1 db húsdaráló gép és 1 db asztali vízfürdős melegentartó vitrin. Ezek a hentesbolti eszközök a két gyakornok munkavégzéséhez szükséges tárgyi infrastruktúrát teremtik meg. A vákuumcsomagoló géppel a húsárut az átadás előtt szakszerűen csomagolni fogják, a vevők kérése szerint az eladáskor darálják vagy szeletelik a húsárut a darálógéppel, ill. a szeletelő géppel, az asztali vízfürdős melegentartó vitrinben pedig az eladásra kínált árut fogják tárolni és bemutatni, 0-90 C fok között szabályozva a hőmérsékletet.
