The location of the project is the branch of “PROJMEN” Ltd. in Balmazújváros (4060 Balmazújváros, Árpád utca 8.). The place of implementation of the project is suitable for the implementation of the activities planned in the project. During the implementation of the project we undertake to provide 1 corporate internship contact, whose basic task is to mentor the trainee, monitor and document his/her professional progress, and support the trainee’s integration into the workplace. The contact person for a traineeship shall meet the following requirements: — tertiary education — 4 years of employment at “PROJMEN” Kft. In order to prepare the project, we contacted the Kisvárdai Vocational Training Centre, the supporting documents of which were attached as an annex to the grant application. We also contacted the Employment Department of the Balmazújváros District Office in order to find a suitable trainee. “PROJMEN” Ltd. It has 6 completed business years and started operations in December 2009. His main activity is 7022'08 Business and other management consulting. The main profile of the Ltd. is project management and tender writing. Its current statistical stock is 2 persons. By implementing the project, we contribute to the employment of young people leaving 1 vocational training in order to gain work experience.     A projekt keretében 1 fő számára betölthető gyakornoki álláshely létrehozását célozzuk. A projekt megvalósításával célunk 1 fő fiatal gyakornok munkaerő-piaci integrációja, a gyakornok szakmai gyakorlati ismereteinek, munkatapasztalatának bővítése, mélyítése, ezáltal munkaerő-piaci kilátásának és foglalkoztatási feltételinek javítása. A projekt megvalósításával célunk a közvetlen munkahelyteremtés, illetve a Kft. humánerőforrás-állományának bővítése. Az 1 fő gyakornokot 9 hónapon keresztül kívánjuk foglalkoztatni, majd ezt követően 4,5 hónapon keresztül továbbfoglalkoztatni. A projekt megvalósításával biztosítani kívánjuk a vállalati gyakornok minél hatékonyabb szaktudáshoz való jutását, mely érdekében a megfelelő munkakörülményeket biztosítani kívánjuk számára. A projekt keretében mind kisértékű, mind pedig nagy értékű eszközök beszerzését megvalósítjuk. A projekt kertében kötelezően megvalósítandó, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek, illetve választható önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek is megvalósításra kerülnek az alábbiak szerint: - 1 fő gyakornok foglalkoztatása 9 hónapon keresztül (kötelezően megvalósítandó, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenység) - 1 fő vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartó tevékenységének biztosítása 9 hónapon keresztül (kötelezően megvalósítandó, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenység) - adminisztrációs tevékenység ellátása (kötelezően megvalósítandó, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenység) - kötelezően előírt nyilvánosság, tájékoztatás tevékenységének biztosítása (kötelezően megvalósítandó, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenység), mely keretében aloldal, "C" típusú tájékoztató tábla, fotódokumentáció, sajtóközlemény és térképtér felöltése tevékenységek kerülnek megvalósításra. - a gyakornoki munkahely kialakításához, a munkavégzéséhez szükséges eszközök beszerzése (választható, önállóan nem támogathat tevékenység) A projekt megvalósításába bevonásra kerülő gyakornok mindenben megfelel az alábbi követelményeknek: - 25 évesnél fiatalabb, - OKJ-s képesítéssel rendelkezik, - az Ifjúsági Garancia rendszerben regisztrált. A projekt megvalósítása során vállaljuk a Kisvárdai Szakképzési Centrummal való együttműködést (3 személyes részvételt igénylő együttműködés). A projekt megvalósításának helyszíne a "PROJMEN" Kft. balmazújvárosi fióktelepe (4060 Balmazújváros, Árpád utca 8.). A projekt megvalósítási helye alkalmas a projektben tervezett tevékenységek megvalósításra. A projekt megvalósítása során vállaljuk 1 fő vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartó biztosítását, akinek alapvető feladata a gyakornok mentorálása, szakmai előrehaladásának nyomon követése, dokumentálása, a gyakornok szakmai, munkahelyi beilleszkedésének támogatása. A vállalti gyakornoki kapcsolattartó megfelel az alábbi követelményeknek: - felsőfokú végzettség - 4 éves munkaviszony a "PROJMEN" Kft.-nél. A projekt előkészítésének érdekében felvettük a kapcsolatot a Kisvárdai Szakképzési Centrummal, melynek igazoló dokumentumai a támogatási kérelem mellékleteként csatolásra kerültek. Emellett az elvárásoknak megfelelő gyakornok megtalálása érdekében szintén felvettük a kapcsolatot a Balmazújvárosi Járási Hivatal Foglalkoztatási Osztályának munkatárásával is. A "PROJMEN" Kft. 6 teljes lezárt üzleti évvel rendelkezik, működését 2009. decemberében kezdte meg. Fő tevékenységi köre 7022'08 Üzletviteli, egyéb vezetési tanácsadás. A Kft. fő profilja a projektmenedzselés és pályázatírás. A jelenlegi statisztikai állománya 2 fő. A projekt megvalósításával hozzájárulunk 1 fő szakképzésből kilépő fiatal elhelyezkedéséhez, annak érdekében, hogy munkatapasztalatot szerezhessen. A projekt megvalósítására gyakornoki álláshely kerül kialakításra a Kft.-nél, melyet a projekt zárását követően is fenn kívánunk tartani. A gyakornoki álláshely kialakításának előnye, hogy egyrészt a fiatal munkavállaló valódi gyakorlati, szakmai munkatapasztalatot, referenciát szerez, ezáltal javul a munkaerő-piaci helyzete. Amennyiben pedig hosszú távon megfelel szakmai elvárásainknak, abban az esetben főállású, állandó foglalkoztatása is biztosíthatóvá válik. A ”PROJMEN” Kft.-nél alkalmazásra kerülő gyakornok pályázatíró, projektmenedzser gyakornok munkakört fog betölteni, tevékenységi területe pályázatírás, projektmenedzselés, pénzügyi vezetés lesz. A gyakornoki álláshely betöltésének előfeltétele az 54 344 01 OKJ számú, pénzügyi-számviteli ügyintőzői képesítés megléte. A vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartói feladatokat Erdei Anikó látja el.
