It is an advantage for the farmer that the dog will have good breath thanks to the natural fruit straws, and the anti-inflammatory effect of the chamomile in the product can relieve any inflammation of the gums or injury. The approved grant shall: 191 815 eFt, complemented by self-sufficiency for 58.860 HUF. Beneficiaries to be involved in development: 1. Long-term unemployed 2. Low-skilled 3. Under 25 years of age 4. Over 50 years of age 5. They have altered working capacity. Strategic business and social objective: Our mission is to produce and sell marketable products (quality, healthy pet food) based on a sustainable business model to create long-term employment solutions to provide job opportunities for disadvantaged target groups in a disadvantaged area. These disadvantaged, often inactive, unemployed, hard-to-do people can achieve a higher quality of life through work and lead a safer life back into the world of work. All in all, we want to implement our vision of helping disadvantaged people through a marketable business model in the form of work and employment. Social headline target: We can bring as many people back to the primary labour market as possible in the districts of birch. In line with market needs and opportunities, we want to integrate and re-integrate as many people who have worked previously in public employment status, as well as people with disabilities and other disadvantaged backgrounds on the labour market. Business headline targets: Our primary goal is to strengthen our business potential in the significantly growing pet-food sector, making use of available human resources. The strategic objective is to create a stable and gradually expanding customer base, ensuring that jobs created are maintained and jobs are increased in the medium term. A vállalkozásunk induló vállalkozás, az elmúlt 4 hónapban az átlagos statisztikai lésztámunk 0,5 fő volt. A vállalkozás alapításának oka az volt, hogy a tulajdonodok szerettek volna egy olyan vállalkozást alapítani, amely társadalmi értékeket képvisel gazdasági köntösben, azaz olyan gazdasági ötletet tudnak megvalósítani, amely a hátrányos helyszetű, megváltozott munkaképességű munkavállalók számára könnyen elvégezhető feladatokat teremt és ezzel a társadalmi és gazdasági fenntarthatóság egyben, egymás mellett tud megvalósulni. A vállalkozásnak 2 tulajdonosa és 1 ügyvezetője van. Korábban nem végzett a vállalkozás tevékenységet így nem volt árbevétele, székhelye és egyben telephelye egy szabad vállalkozási zónában és komplex programmal fejesztendő településen található, Fülöpön. A vállalkozás tevékenysége bérelt ingatlanban valósul meg. Piaci igény Nonprofit Kft.-nk kutyafogkeféket kíván gyártani, mely eszközök megoldást jelentenek a kutyák szájápolási problémáira. A mai kutya eledelek a gyártási folyamatok során olyan átalakuláson estek át, mely hatására a kutyáknak nem kell rágniuk, szinte egy két rágás és már le is nyelhetik az eledelt, mely következtésben a kutyákból a rágás ösztönét kineveljük továbbá a rágáskor kialakuló fogtisztítási mechanizmus megszűnik, így könnyebben be tud gyulladni az ínyük, a fogaik elkezdenek romlani, mely egyrészt fájdalmas, másrészt más betegségek kialakulását is eredményezheti. A gazdának előnyt jelent, hogy a természetes gyümölcs aszalványoknak köszönhetően a kutyának jó szájszaga lesz, továbbá a termékben található kamilla gyulladás csökkentő hatása az esetlegesen kialakult ínygyulladást, vagy így sérülést csillapítani tudja. A GINOP-5.1.2-15 előminősítés vezetői összefoglalója: A tevékenység Fülöp településen valósul meg, mely keretében a tervezett foglalkoztatotti létszám a célcsoportból 23 fő. További 3 fő szakmai munkatárs kerül alkalmazásra. Az igénelt vissza nem térítendő támogatás: 191 815 eFt, melyet önerő egészít ki 58 860 eFt értékben. A fejlesztés során bevonandó kedvezményezettek: 1. Tartós munkanélküliek 2. Alacsony iskolai végzettségüek 3. 25 év alattiak 4. 50 év felettiek 5. Megváltozott munkaképességűek. Üzleti és társadalmi stratégiai célkitűzés: Vállalkozásunk küldetése, piacképes termékek (minőségi, egészséges állateledel) előállítása és értékesítése révén, fenntartható üzleti modell alapján tartós foglalkoztatási megoldások létrehozása, hogy egy elmaradott térség hátrányos helyzetű célcsoportja számára munkalehetőséget biztosítsunk. E hátrányos helyzetű, sok esetben inaktív, munkanélküli, nehéz sorsú emberek a munka révén magasabb életminőséget érhetnek el, biztonságosabb életet élhetnek visszavezetve őket a munka világába. Összességében tehát azt a víziónkat kívánjuk megvalósítani, hogy piacképes üzleti modell segítségével hátrányos helyzetű embereknek nyújtsuk segítséget munka, foglalkoztatás formájában. Kiemelt társadalmi cél: Nyíradonyi járásban minél több embert tudjunk visszavezetni az elsődleges munkaerőpiacra. A piaci igényekhez és lehetőségeinkhez mérten minél több korábban közfoglalkoztatotti státuszban munkát végző személy, illetve megváltozott munkaképességű és egyéb munkaerőpiaci szempontból hátrányos helyzetű személyt szeretnénk a nyílt munkaerőpiacra integrálni, re-integrálni. Kiemelt üzleti célok: Elsődleges célunk a szignifikánsan növekvő pet-food szektorban üzleti potenciálunkat erősíteni, kihasználva a rendelkezésre álló humánerőforrást. Stratégiai cél egy stabil és fokozatosan bővülő megrendelői kör kialakítása, amely biztosítja a létrejött munkahelyek fenntartását és középtávon a munkahelyek számának növelését. Kiemelt üzleti célunk vállalkozásunk pénzügyi-gazdasági erősítése annak érdekében, hogy társadalmi küldetésünket fenntartható módon megvalósíthassuk. Pénzügyi-gazdasági fenntarthatóság: Célunk racionális pénzügyi, gazdasági környezet megteremtése. A fenntarthatóságra nem, mint lehetőségre tekintünk, hanem üzleti célként fogalmazzuk meg.
