They also produce individual small and medium series parts on their machines, based on a computer model, sample or technical drawing. The staff includes both highly experienced and young professionals who are open to development. The company has been profitable since its establishment, which has been continuously spent on the technological developments of the Ltd. The average statistical number in 2015 was 18, of which 14 used physical and 4 intellectual employment paths. The company seeks to develop employees’ knowledge through continuous training to keep pace with the latest professional challenges at all levels. 1 logistics manager within the project (OKJ number: 54 345 01) is used. In order to assist her internship, one corporate contact person will be appointed as Katalin Tóthné Juhász, who fully meets the requirements of the designated contact person, as she has more than 3 years of professional experience at the company, where she has been working as a logistics officer and accountant since 01.07.2013. The task of the logistics trainee will be concentrated around optimising material flows at the company, thereby coordinating the transmission, reception and processing of material and information flows between customers and the company. In addition, for the products produced by Tóth Metal Bt., it organises the purchase of raw materials and its transfer to the production plant and then distributes and transmits the finished product to the sellers. The MAHR Digimar 817 CLM Height Testing equipment to be procured will be used by the trainee in the pre-shipment phase for quality control. The instrument guarantees maximum flexibility and quality thanks to its simple and convenient handling, so the trainee can perform statistical measurements in the processing of measured values, which, on the one hand, help the company to work more easily and efficiently, and on the other hand enhances his/her own professional knowledge. During the implementation of the project, the trainee will have the opportunity to learn and learn the latest technologies, familiarise himself with the business environment and expectations, thus contributing to the improvement of his/her internship knowledge, work experience, and thus labour market prospects and employment. As a result of the project 1 trainee and 1 corporate contact person will be employed for 9 months. 1 MAHR Digimar 817 CLM Height Tester will be purchased. At the physical completion of the project, the trainee’s performance assessment will be carried out. A Tóth Metál Kft egy 100%-ban magyar, második generációs, családi tulajdonú kisvállalkozás. Eleinte kötőelemek, csavarok, anyák, fittingek és fémtömegcikkek gyártása volt a fő profil. A változás 1992-ben kezdődött. Ifj. Tóth László és felesége irányításával a cég egy dinamikusan fejlődő kisvállalkozássá nőtte ki magát. A Kft. 2016.09.30. előtt betéti társaságként tevékenykedett, a jogutódlás óta működésüket változatlan tevékenységi kör mellett folytatják. A vállalkozás fő profilja a precíziós forgácsolt alkatrészek gyártása, melyeket hagyományos gépeken, illetve 14 modern CNC vezérlésű esztergán és megmunkáló központon állítanak elő két, illetve három műszakos munkarendben. Főbb termékeik az autóipari alkatrészek, gépépítő elemek, hadiipari alkatrészek, tengelyek, perselyek, fittingek, süllyesztékes kovács szerszámok, stancszerszámok gyártása és felújítása, segédmotorok alkatrészei, egyedi gyártású görgősláncok és patentszemek, speciális felrakó és feltöltő hegesztések. Gépeiken egyedi kis,- és közepes sorozatú alkatrészeket is gyártanak, számítógépes modell, minta vagy műszaki rajz alapján. A munkatársak között megtalálhatók a nagy tapasztalattal rendelkezők, illetve a fejlődésre nyitott fiatal szakember állomány egyaránt. A cég megalakulása óta nyereséges, melyet folyamatosan a Kft. technológiai fejlesztéseire fordítottak. Az átlagos statisztikai létszám 2015-ben 18 fő volt, ebből 14 fő fizikai és 4 fő szellemi foglalkoztatásút alkalmaztak. A vállalkozás folyamatos továbbképzésekkel próbálja fejleszteni az alkalmazottak tudását, hogy minden szinten lépést tudjanak tartani a legújabb szakmai kihívásokkal. A projekt keretében 1 fő logisztikai ügyintéző (OKJ szám: 54 345 01) kerül alkalmazásra. Gyakornoki munkája segítéséhez 1 fő vállalati kapcsolattartó kerül kinevezésre Tóthné Juhász Katalin személyében, aki a kijelölt kapcsolattartóval szemben támasztott követelményeknek maximálisan eleget tesz, mivel több, mint 3 éves szakmai tapasztalattal rendelkezik a vállalatnál, ahol logisztikai referensként és könyvelőként dolgozik 2013.07.01. óta. A logisztikai gyakornok feladata a vállalatnál az anyagáramlások optimalizálása körül koncentrálódik, ezáltal az ügyfelek és a cég közötti anyag, illetve információáramlások továbbítását, fogadását, feldolgozását koordinálja majd. Ezen kívül a Tóth Metál Bt. által előállított termékek vonatkozásában megszervezi az alapanyagbeszerzést és annak a termelőüzembe való juttatását, majd elosztja és továbbítja a készterméket az értékesítők felé. A beszerzésre kerülő MAHR Digimar 817 CLM Magasságmérő berendezést a kiszállítás előtti fázisban fogja a gyakornok használni minőségellenőrzésre. A műszer maximális rugalmasságot és minőséget garantál egyszerű és kényelmes kezelésének köszönhetően, így a gyakornok olyan statisztikai méréseket tud végezni a mért értékek feldolgozásában, melyek által egyrészt segíti a vállalat könnyebb és hatékonyabb munkáját, másrészt saját szakmai tudását is bővíti. A projekt megvalósítása során a gyakornoknak lehetősége lesz megismerni és megtanulni a legújabb technológiákat, megismerkedhet a vállalati környezettel, elvárásokkal, így a projekt hozzájárul a szakmai gyakorlati ismereteinek, munkatapasztalatának, ezáltal munkaerő-piaci kilátásai és foglalkoztatása javulásához. A projekt eredményeként 1 fő gyakornok, valamint 1 fő vállalati kapcsolattartó foglalkoztatása történik 9 hónapon keresztül. Beszerzésre kerül 1 db MAHR Digimar 817 CLM Magasságmérő berendezés. A projekt fizikai befejezésekor elkészül a gyakornok teljesítményértékelése. A projekt hozzájárul a szakképzésből kilépő fiatal elhelyezkedésének, munkatapasztalat szerzésének elősegítéséhez, a fiatal valódi munkatapasztalatot szerezhet, ezáltal javul foglalkoztathatóságuk és hosszabb távú munkaerő-piaci esélyei.
