The mission of the Szombathely Civil Round Table is to ensure the participation of civil society organisations that become members of the Round Table in urban decision-making by establishing and maintaining partnerships. More effective enforcement of the interests of the participating civil society organisations, coordination of their positions, and the provision of unified action in the preparation of local government decisions. In the organisation’s office (9700 Szombathely, Ady tér 5), there are currently 4 people working in the main job. Some of these persons are involved as project managers or professional implementers in the implementation of the project. The domestic labour market experienced both labour shortages and unemployment in 2018. In the SME sector (in addition to labour demand), business experience, market acquisition know-how is needed, which stabilises their operations and provides a solid basis for growth. There is a significant need for management advice, but solvency is limited. Our social enterprise meets this dual market needs at the same time by carrying out labour placement and bounty hunting connected with mentoring, especially for medium and large enterprises. The consulting staff required for the provision of the single advisory service is provided by the 80 experts of BossConnect, as well as with the involvement of a new local consultant of about 15 people. Services to be provided by the social enterprise: — Bounty hunting and, optionally, paying mentoring of the selected staff member; — Outsourced talent management services (consultation, pay mentoring); — Tailor-made advice for startups; — Executive advice for company managers; — Advice to SMEs to improve export capacity. Recruitment and bounty hunting services are carried out entirely by social enterprise staff, while consultancy services for companies are provided by social enterprise consultants. The social enterprise invoices the consultancy fee and pays 60 % of it to the consultant as a subcontractor’s fee. 10 % of the revenue is paid to the BossConnect Mentor Program for coordination at national level and for professional know-how (franchise and depth) for business start-up. The remainder constitutes the gross operating result of the social enterprise, from which it pays profit-sharing to employees, organises free mentoring and spends on development. The consultancy service based on BossConnect’s know-how is sold exclusively in Vas County and partly in Győr-Moson-Sopron County. The target areas supporting the achievement of this objective are: — Target group member — employment of a new worker: 8 disadvantaged workers employed 8 hours a day for 8 subsidised months, followed by own resources. — Market access support: In order to introduce the 5 services that will be developed on the market, purchase marketing tools and carry out marketing activities and promote services among potential customers. — Project management activities: Employ a project manager and financial manager meeting the requirements of the Call. — Product/service expansion and development: Use of 1 professional implementer supporting service expansion to coordinate IT development; Purchase of 8 desktop machines and monitors with the necessary program package; acquisition and customisation of a complete case management system; — Development of professional operation: The professional implementation of the social enterprise coordinating the organizational development and the acquisition of an external expert to assist its work. The cost elements for the target areas will be explained in detail in the application form. According to the certification certificate No. 2018/91/2 issued by IFKA, the submitted project plan achieved 80.5 points. Based on the score obtained, we have become eligible to submit our project idea under the call for proposals GINOP-5.1.7-17. As a result of the amendment of the Call of 27.08.2018 and the introduction of the new eligibility criteria, we revised the project budget and significantly reduced the share of external service providers. A significant part of the marketing and organizational development activities will be carried out by the newly-involved professional developers against a salary. In addition, due to our other projects, new employees will be placed in a rented office. A Szombathelyi Civil Kerekasztal küldetése, hogy partneri viszony kialakításával, illetve fenntartásával biztosítsa a kerekasztal tagjává váló társadalmi szervezetek részvételét a városi döntéshozatalban. A résztvevő társadalmi szervezetek érdekeinek hatékonyabb érvényesítése, álláspontjuk egyeztetése, egységes fellépés biztosítása az Önkormányzati döntések előkészítésében. A szervezet irodájában (9700 Szombathely, Ady tér 5) jelenleg 4 fő dolgozik főállásban. A fennmaradó rész képezi a társadalmi vállalkozás bruttó üzemi eredményét, melyből a munkavállalók számára nyereség-részesedést fizet, szervezi az ingyenes mentorálást, költ fejlesztésekre. A BossConnect know-howjára épülő tanácsadási szolgáltatását kizárólag mi értékesítjük Vas megye területén, valamit részben Győr-Moson-Sopron megyében is. A fenti cél elérését támogató célterületek az alábbiak: - Célcsoporttag - új munkavállaló foglalkoztatása: 8 fő hátrányos helyzetű munkavállaló foglalkoztatása napi 8 órában 8 támogatott hónapig, majd utána saját erőforrásból. - Piacra jutás támogatása: A kidolgozásra kerülő 5 szolgáltatás piaci bevezetése érdekében marketing eszközök beszerzése, valamint marketing tevékenység folytatása, a szolgáltatások népszerűsítése a potenciális ügyfelek körében. - A projekt menedzsmentjével kapcsolatos tevékenységek: A Felhívásban foglalt követelményeknek megfelelő projektmenedzser és pénzügyi vezető alkalmazása. - Termék/szolgáltatásbővítés, fejlesztés: Szolgáltatás bővítést támogató 1 fő szakmai megvalósító alkalmazása az informatikai fejlesztés koordinálására; 8 asztali gép és monitor beszerzése a szükséges programcsomaggal; komplett ügyviteli rendszer beszerzése és testreszabása; - Szakmai működés fejlesztése: A társadalmi vállalkozás szervezetfejlesztését koordináló szakmai megvalósító alkalmazása, valamint a munkáját segítő külső szakértő beszerzése. A célterületekhez tartozó költségelemek részletes kifejtésére a pályázati adatlap Költségek részében kerül sor. (Hungarian)

A significant part of the marketing and organizational development activities will be carried out by the newly-involved professional developers against a salary. In addition, due to our other projects, new employees will be placed in a rented office.
