I name the pictures based on the brand, item number and colour of the product so that I can easily find the product in a photograph later on. In Photoshop, I will retouch the images so that only the product can be seen exquisitely, recognizable, and sold. I mask the front view of the product with my logo to prevent advertising and competition from being stolen. On the website management page, I create the product I want to upload. I'll name it, put it in a product group, price it. I'll upload the finished pictures and activate it on the site. This is how the products go from purchasing to the webshop. It is important that I have an invoicing program in which I can invoice the ordered goods to the customers. I conclude a contract with a transport company who delivers the ordered products from my warehouse to the address of the customer. I‘m going to get the packaging that I’ll have with a two-size box with my logo. You've also made a promotional bag that I can put in the ordered product. You've created an email address for the site and a phone number. You can then start trading through the site. If I receive an order by e-mail, I will reply as soon as possible, informing you about the exact date of delivery. I'll find the ordered product, box it, invoice it, put an invoice and a return form in the box. In the shipping company’s program, I‘ll fill out the shipping data and print it on a side of sticky paper that I’m sticking to the box. I'll close the box and give up the package. In my opinion, I can do this through actions and price reductions. I initially planned my revenue to HUF 500 000, I would like to increase this from mid-2019, and by 2020 I calculated an annual turnover of HUF 13 million, for which my company will continue to tax according to another tax. Part of my expenditure is eligible: wage costs, a total of HUF 2.166,000 for 12 months, the mandatory public 6.000 HUF, the remaining amount to be spent on marketing costs and the purchase of equipment. In the case of the computer configuration to be purchased, the purchase price exceeds HUF 250 000, as computers below 250.000 HUF are not suitable for the operation of the webshop. They do not run properly with the necessary software (e.g. photoshop program).' "Egyéni vállalkozásomat Szombathelyen indítottam 2018.11.01-én, mellyel internetes webáruházon kiskereskedelmet szeretnék folytatni. A vállalkozásom fő profilja a webáruház kezelése, működtetése lesz. Táskák, bőröndök, pénztárcák kiskereskedésével kívánok foglalkozni. Táskákat, bőröndöket, pénztárcákat és kiegészítőket szeretnék árulni. A megrendelt termékek csomagolása, postázása, kapcsolattartás a vásárlókkal folyamatos akciók, új termékek feltöltése, köremailek küldése, kezelése, termékekről szép jól látható fényképek készítése, weboldal átláthatóvá tétele, célközönségnek szóló marketingkampány folytatása, Facebook, Instagram követök számának növelése. Youtube csatornán történő reklámozás képezik a vállalkozás napi rutinját. Fő célom hírnevet szerezni Magyarországon, erős, stabil webáruház felépítésével. A vállalkozás piaci pozíciójának megerősödésével a jövőben szeretnék alkalmazottakat felvenni. Nagyobb helységbe költözni, nagyobb raktárat használni. Bővíteni a termék kínálatot. Fejlett számítógépes rendszeren szeretnék kiterjeszkedni európai kereskedelemre. Pozitív tulajdonságom, hogy kreatív, kitartó és logikus gondolkodású vagyok. Amit egyszer kitalálok és látok benne fantáziát azt szeretem megvalósítani. Maximalista vagyok, ami a kereskedelemben elengedhetetlen. Jó a kommunikációs készségem. Segítőkész vagyok minden helyzetben. Feladataim az alábbiakra terjednek ki: Beszerzem az árukészletet. Bevételezem az árut elnevezést, termékcsoportot, árat adva neki. A raktáramban az árut cikkszámonként elpakolom. A cikkszámok alapján feliratozom a polcokat hogy mindent könnyedén megtaláljak. Felállítom a fotózáshoz szükséges berendezéseket. Elkezdem lefotózni a termékeket előlről, oldalról, hátulról, belülről és próbababán. A kész képeket rátöltöm a számítógépre. Elnevezem a képeket a termék márkája, cikkszáma és színe alapján hogy a későbbiekben is könnyen rátalálhassak az adott árura fényképen. Photoshop programban megretusálom a képeket, hogy csak a termék látszódjon kitűnően, felismerhetőn, eladhatón. A termékről az elől nézeti képet maszkolom a logómmal, a reklám és a konkurencia képellopásának megakadályozása érdekében. A weboldalt kezelő oldalon létrehozom a feltölteni kívánt terméket. Elnevezem, termékcsoportba rakom, beárazom. Feltöltöm hozzá a kész képeket és aktiválom az oldalra. Így zajlik a termékeknek a beszerzéstől a webshopba felkerülésig a menete. Fontos, hogy legyen egy számlázó programom amiben a megrendelt árut tudom számlázni a vevőknek. Szerződést kötök egy fuvarozó céggel, aki a megrendelt termékeket a raktáramból kiszállítja a megrendelőnek a címére. Beszerzem a csomagolást ami nálam két méretű doboz lesz a logómmal ellátva. Reklámtáskát is készíttetek, amibe bele tudom rakni a megrendelt terméket. Email címet készíttetek az oldalnak és telefonszámot. Ezt követően kezdődhet a kereskedés az oldalon keresztül. Ha beérkezik egy megrendelés emailben kapok értesítést róla, amire mihamarabb válaszolok, kiértesítve a pontos szállítás napjáról. Kikeresem a megrendelt terméket, bedobozolom, kiszámlázom, egy számlát és egy visszaküldési formanyomtatványt a dobozba rakok. A szállítócég programjában kitöltöm a szállítási adatokat és kinyomtatom egy oldalán ragadós papírra, amit felragasztok a dobozra. Bezárom a dobozt és feladom a csomagot. Fontos hogy az internetes kereskedelem egy teljesen más, új kereskedési forma, aminek alap pillérje a marketing. Minden egyes eladott termékem árának az 5-10%-át marketingre kell költenem és folyamatos akciókkal kell jelentkeznem ahhoz, hogy az oldalam felpöröghessen és egész Magyarországon ismertté tudjon válni. A webshop üzemeltetés akkor tud jól működni véleményem szerint ha be tud indulni egy áru forgási sebesség. Terveim szerint nem szeretném őrizgetni az árukészletemet, hanem minél jobb forgási sebességgel szeretnék dolgozni az árukészletemmel. Ezt véleményem szerint az akciókkal és árcsökkentésekkel tudom megvalósítani. Bevételeimet kezdetben 500 ezer Ft-ra terveztem, 2019 közepétől ezt szeretném növelni, 2020-ra pedig éves szinten 13 millió Ft-os árbevétellel kalkuláltam, ami végett a vállalkozásom más adónem szerint fog a továbbiakban adózni. Kiadásaim egy része elszámolható költség: bérköltség, 12 hónapra összesen 2.166.000Ft, a kötelező nyilvánosság 6.000 Ft, a fennmaradó összeget marketing költségekre és eszközök beszerzésére szeretném elkölteni. A beszerzendő számítógép konfiguráció esetében túllépi a beszerzés ára a bruttó 250 000 Ft-ot, mivel a webshop működtetéséhez nem megfelelőek a bruttó 250.000 Ft alatti számítógépek. Nem futnak rajtuk megfelelően a szükséges szoftverek (pl. photoshop program)."
