Since its foundation in 2006, the Pannon Economic Network Association is a non-profit organisation financed partly by business and partly by the European Union, which provides socially, economically and commercially useful services. The association operates in the region of Western Hungary, its location is located in Szombathely, but it also has an office in Győr and Zalaegerszeg. Its main objectives are: achieving real, tangible results in the economic and social development of Western Hungary; creating jobs and value, building domestic and international partnerships, strengthening and maintaining the local knowledge base, remedying labour market problems, reducing social inequality, implementing training and development projects. The number of completed and ongoing international projects exceeds 50. During the pre-qualification, we called the DigitALL service centre the project to be implemented. While using the name, we encountered legal problems, so we intend to implement the project under the name AM-Lab. The definition and identification of the social problem continues in Vas County as well as the ageing of the population, the ageing of small settlements and the emigration of young people. This trend imposes a new organisation of services and raises the question of the availability of sufficient and adequate staff. The workforce needs to be available not only in space and time, but also in appropriate competence, which in many cases is not met in the county. It is important to develop new knowledge, services and production processes that respond to the issues of population decline, the migration of young people and the capacity of the region to retain its population. The AM-Lab Competence Centre to be set up will strengthen the long-term sustainability of the organisation by introducing new services and training. . Summary of the technical content of the project PBN intends to focus in the project on the development of new knowledge, based on experience and practical knowledge, which is marketable for employees in the labour market. This allows them to fill locally, orientated, more profitable, professionally challenging jobs, giving them a better quality of life and opportunities for professional development. At the same time, the AM-Lab Centre also provides a service to local businesses in order to strengthen sustainability, credibility and entrepreneurial links, both as a test centre and as an educational venue. The total budget of the project is HUF 35.591.832. Disadvantaged target groups of the project: — The unemployed under the age of 25, the people over the age of 50, and those returning from GYES to the labour market. In the project, 6 people will be employed. In the project, we will apply for a wage subsidy for 6 months, amounting to HUF 9144.000. Crafted jobs: goods procurer, theoretical and practical instructor, event/training organiser, customer contact, administration. Vezetői összegfoglaló Az előminősítés során DigitALL szolgáltató központként neveztük a megvalósítani kívánt projektet. . A projekt szakmai tartalmának összefoglalása A PBN a projektben arra kíván fókuszálni, hogy a projekt által a foglalkoztatottak a munkaerőpiacon piacképes, új, tapasztalatokon és gyakorlati tudáson alapuló ismeretekre tegyenek szert. Ezáltal helyben, orientálva, jobban jövedelmező, szakmailag kihívást jelentő állásokat tölthessenek be, jobb életminőséget, szakmai fejlődési lehetőséget biztosítva nekik. A fenntarthatóság, a hitelesség és a vállalkozói kapcsolatok erősítése céljából ugyanakkor a AM-Lab Központ szolgáltatást is nyújt a helyi vállalkozásoknak, tesztközpontként és oktatási helyszínként is funkcionálva. A projekt összköltségvetése 35.591.832 Ft. A projekt foglalkoztatott hátrányos helyzetű célcsoportjai: - 25 év alatti pályakezdő munkanélküliek, az 50 év felettiek, illetve a a GYES-ről, v gondozásból a munkaerőpiacra visszatérők A projektben tervezetten 6 fő kerül foglalkoztatásra, melyre a projektben számukra 6 hónapra igénylünk bértámogatást, amelynek összege 9.144.000 Ft. Kialakított munkakörök: áru beszerző, elméleti és gyakorlati oktató, rendezvény/tréning szervező, ügyfél kapcsolattartó, adminisztráció. A projekt szakmai megvalósításáért felelő 3 fő projektmenedzser és 1 fő pénzügyi vezető pénzügyi és munkaidő igényét a pályázó saját forrásból kívánja fedezni. Képzések: A foglalkoztatni kívánt 6 fő a projekt során felkészítő képzésen és tréningen vesz részt: a projekt segítségével beszerzendő 3D nyomtatási technológiák, eszközök megismerésére gyakorlati szintű felhasználására valamint a munkakörök betöltéséhez szükséges képességek elsajátítására. Felkészítésük hosszú távú célja, hogy a továbbiakban a bemutató központ olyan munkatársai legyenek, akik ezt a tudást, közvetíteni tudják, gyakorlati bemutatókkal és elméleti ismeretekkel a projekt többi célcsoportja számára. A képzés elvégzése után a 6 fő munkavállaló minősített képzésű oklevelet fog kapni. A projektben szervezett képzés költsége nettó 1.050.000 Ft.
