During the preparation of the project, the building’s assessment and energy certification were completed until the submission of the application. As part of the project, a solar system with a power of 6.6 kWp will be installed on the roof of the building. Planned date of conclusion of the contractor’s contract and delivery of the work area: 2021.03.01. In the course of the planned development, materials and structures are selected from available and affordable, commercially available alternatives, with the aim of bringing the building to a specific energy state at the time of designing the project. The project enables the company to provide its tenants with a building that can be operated with a minimum energy input and in a way that is as low as possible on the environment. The applicant has appropriate years of experience in building operation, real estate investment and in managing projects implemented with a grant. It has the necessary resources, both human and relationship capital are provided for the successful implementation of the project. (English)

    A projekt előkészítése során a pályázat benyújtásáig elkészült az épület felmérése, energetikai tanúsítása. Meghatározásra került a fejlesztés optimális műszaki tartalma, aminek energetikai és költség vonzatai is egyensúlyban vannak. A meghatározott műszaki tartalom alapján elkészült a közte és tervezett állapotra vonatkozó energetikai számítás, valamint tervrajzok és műszaki leírás. A projekt megvalósítására egy kivitelező kerül bevonásra, az ajánlatok bekérését követően megkötött szerződés alapján. A projekt megvalósítása során a megrendelőt Jánosi Róbert műszaki ellenőr fogja képviselni. A projektben megvalósítani kívánt építési tevékenység a következő: Az épület homlokzatának szigetelése EPS ragasztásos technológiával valósul meg. Szintén indokolt a padlásfödém hőszigetelésének elvégzése. Az épület valamennyi nyílászzárónak minősülő szerkezete cserére kerül. Az épület korszerűtlen részben földgáz, részben fűtőolaj égestésével működtethető fűtési rendszerrel rendelkezik, ennek a teljes cseréje indokolt. A tervezési szakasz optimalizálása eredményeként földgáz üzemű kondenzációs kazán kerül telepítésre. A projekt részeként 6,6 kWp teljesítményű napelemes rendszer kerül telepítésre az épület tetején. A kivitelezői szerződés megkötésének és a munkaterület átadásának tervezett dátuma: 2021.03.01. A tervezett fejlesztés során beépítésre anyagok és szerkezetek a korunk elérhető és megfizethető, a kereskedelmi forgalomban általában megtalálható alternatívákból kerülnek kiválasztásra, azzal a céllal, hogy a projekt tervezésekor meghatározott energetikai állapotba kerüljön az épület. a meghatározott indikátorok teljesüljenek. A projekt által a vállalkozás olyan épületet tud biztosítani a bérlőinek, amely minimális energiaráfordítással, a környezetet a lehető legkisebb mértékben terhelő módon üzemeltethető. A pályázó megfelelő, több éves tapasztalatokkal rendelkezik épület üzemeltetés, ingatlan beruházás területén, továbbá pályázati támogatással megvalósított projektek menedzselésében is. A szükséges erőforrásokkal rendelkezik, mind a humánerő, mind a kapcsolati tőke biztosított a projekt sikeres lebonyolításához. (Hungarian)
